In Spanish, dar a luz is an idiom that literally means to give birth to light. It's the soul assignment we’re being asked to remember right now.

There's no going back now. We are in active labor and there's only one way through this. Return to your breath, your body, and your guidance. 

We came for this. We have each other.

  Last week I've had a headacheall day and it makes sense now
  why I know it's energetic,because when I connect to my
  team, my guides, I don't feel it, and as soon as I come back

  into my body, it's there.
  This is a result of a world thathas tried to commodify creation
  .
  This is the result of a worldthat has shut down its heart and

  connection to the earth.
  This is the result of a worldwhere violence is currency and
  control and human feelings havebeen systematically eradicated
  and used as a weapon.
  The people across the globe donot want this.

  The people across the globewant peace.
  They want to spend time withtheir loved ones.
  This is the result of diseasedsystems powered by greed, for
  which nothing will ever beenough.

  No amount of money or fame, orresources or pain will ever be
  enough to satisfy this blackhole that's in charge of our
  world right now.
  But here's the good news thisis the end of the old way.

  This is the culmination of theway it's been, and we, if you
  are listening to this right now.
  You are part of this collectivethat came here to anchor the
  light, to usher in a new way tobirth a new world.

  And birth is messy and birth ispainful, but the good news is
  we have tools.
  If you have a menstruating body,if you've ever given birth, I
  would invite you to see if youare called to use your blood as

  an offering to the earth.
  Connect to the earth andwhisper your prayers to her.
  You are in divine connectionwith Mother Earth.
  We are one in the sameconnection with Mother Earth.
  We are one in the same.
  Our power has always beenfeared, because our blood is

  creation, not destruction.
  Our blood is miraculous, thebeginning of all things, the
  source of stem cells, and rightnow we are seeing in real time
  what it looks like when ourcreation and our power are
  attempted to be replicated.
  A corpse cannot give birth.

  A body with a uterus is not thesame as an embodied woman.
  Dissection is not the same asbirth.
  It is time that we reclaim ourpower and offer creation and
  sisterhood to the earth.
  Violence, spilling of blood, isa perversion of the word

  sacrifice.
  Sacrifice was meant to bedevotion.
  Sacrifice in devotion is loveand presence in a 3am feeding.
  It is not killing your child toprove worthiness or love.

  This is not devotion.
  This is not love.
  Connect to your creation,connect to your divine power.
  We are the portal, we are theanchor, we are the source of

  like you've forgotten how tobreathe, you are bracing for
  impact and that is not the bestway to navigate what's coming.

  In small ways and in big ways,everyone will feel the impact of
  what's coming because it'salready begun.
  This timeline is alreadypainful.
  Just because you've notexperienced it doesn't mean that
  it has not reached many.

  the future and bring all ofyour power, all of your
  awareness, all of your energyright to this point in time and
  space.
  Focus all of your attention,all of your energy on your heart

  Breathe in big and, as youbreathe out, expand the light in

  your heart.
  Expand it till it's reachingout past your body, out past
  this room.
  Bring up the brightness of thislight, let it expand and every
  single other person listening tothis at the same time.
  Connect your light with theirsand imagine that all of these

  lights all across the globe,everyone listening in this exact
  moment, hearts on connected.
  We are the people of the earth.
  Invite all of the helpersacross all space and time, in

  every dimension, for the highestgood of all involved.
  We invite all of our helpers,the ones who love us
  unconditionally, the ones whowant the best for us, the ones
  who love us and want to see ushappy and safe.
  Invite them in, add them to ourgrid of light.

  Let them hold this with us.
  Let the feelings pass throughyour body like waves.
  Let the feelings pass throughyour body like waves.
  Let yourself break.
  You can hold on to this lightand also feel everything.
  Let it go, just like in birth.

  Let this be your offering tothe planet, to your family, to
  your lineage, to the energy ofhumanity.

  We are here to hold the light.
  What that looks like right inthis moment is connecting to
  your breath, connecting to yourbody, connecting to your energy,
  connecting to your intention.
  Connect to right now.
  Let it go, surrender.

  clearly what your next step is.
  Who can you check on?
  What organizations are alreadydoing the work?
  Who can you help?

  who can hold this with you.
  By now, you have been shownwhat your strengths are.

  Keep it going.
  Follow one step at a time.
  You will be led to exactlywhere you're meant to be and
  exactly who you're here to serve.
  You will know when you getthere.
  You don't have to have theanswers, you just need to

  connect with yourself and yourguidance.
  In this present moment, ifyou're listening to my voice,
  nothing has happened to you yet.
  You are safe.
  Take a deep breath, slow downyour racing thoughts.
  If you find your body moving,let it move.

  If you find your body shaking,let it shake.
  If you don't find it moving atall, bring in some movement.
  Shake out your hands, shake outyour shoulders.
  Move your body.
  Let it move like waves in theocean and once you're done

  moving, find a way to float.
  If you can take a bath withsome Epsom salt, do it.
  Let that draw out everythingthat needs to go and let it
  rebalance everything that'sneeded.
  You can only control what you'rehere to control, and your

  energy is the one thing, thefirst building block.
  That's the most powerful thingthat you have agency over.
  Stop doom scrolling.
  Stop taking polls of yourentire network of people in your
  phone.
  Stop.
  The answers are never outsideof you.

  The answers are always insideof you.
  Yes, gather information and giveyourself a limit.
  Bring all of your energy,recall it back towards you.
  Imagine that you have a columnof light through your spinal
  column, through the top of yourhead all the way down through to
  your feet, and imagine that itis a magnet and you are drawing

  all of your attention, energy,intention, like droplets being
  called back.
  You are reclaiming your poweracross all space and time and
  dimensions.
  We are recalling your power now, to this point in time, to this
  body, to this timeline, and youhave clarity.
  You know who is important, youknow what is important, you know

  what you need.
  And if you don't breathe whenyou don't know what to do,
  collect your energy, collectyour intention, move your body,
  move the energy through, let itgo, let everything that's not
  yours fall away.
  Now, if you have racing thoughts, get it out, journal.

  You don't need to read it, youdon't need to see it.
  If you can even just scribbleit out on paper, do it, go, jump
  , take a walk, roll around onthe floor, find a way to get it
  out, to feel it, to process itthrough.
  It is not the same as justsitting there and stewing in
  
  (15:08):
  your thoughts.
  Do something to bring what's inyour body out of your body.
  You have been shown how to doyour healing work.
  For this time, you have beenshown how to trust yourself.
  For this time, you have beenshown how to discern information
  
  (15:30):
  and consider the source.
  For this time, stay informed.
  Give yourself a limit Processthrough the feelings.
  Stay grounded and, inconnection.
  Others who are grounded in thismission can hold it with you,
  because they are also doing thiswork and they are here to do it

  with you.
  Everyone has a role to play inthis soul level revolution.
  If your role is simplylistening and breathing in this
  moment, know that you are doingenough in this moment and as
  soon as you have more energy, assoon as you have another
  directive, you will know andthen you will act, and you will

  do it over and over again.
  Release the shoulds, releasethe guilt.
  This is not the time.
  We don't have time for that.
  The only thing we have time foris presence and intention and
  love.
  First for ourselves for beingbrave enough to hold this, brave

  enough to come here and facewhatever this is going to be.
  Then love for everyone who wehave deemed worthy to be in that
  safe circle with us, becausenot everyone has shown
  themselves to be safe.
  It's just information, it's notpersonal.
  The mission has not changed.

  The mission has begun.
  Hold the vision of what we arehere to birth.
  Ask for help because you arenot alone.
  Connect to the light in yourheart.
  There is nothing that can turnthat light off other than your
  choice.
  So, in this moment, choose toturn it up.

  In this moment, choose toconnect with others who are
  feeling the exact same.
  Choose to anchor that intentioninto the earth and connect with
  the light of the earth.
  We are here to usher in a newway and all we have to do is
  hold on to ourselves, hold on toeach other, but we're not

  bracing for anything.
  We are floating, we arebreathing, we are responding.
  We are breathing, we areresponding, we are observing, we
  are surrendering and we areacting.
  We are taking action as we areled.
  Be discerning with who is onyour team, your team of light in

  the spirit side and in thehuman side.
  Send your light to where it'smost needed.
  It could be to yourself, and ifyou have leftover light, let it
  find where it's most needed.
  Take action behind the scenes,ask for help behind the scenes.
  Ask to be shown what you needto see and then do everything

  you can 3D, make your calls,sign the petitions, show up at
  protests if it's safe.
  If you're in a position whereyou need help, ask for help.
  Find associations andorganizations that are already
  doing the work.
  You don't have to reinvent thewheel.
  You are not alone.
