Matty (00:00):
Hello amazing souls
and welcome to today's show.
Emily and I are excited tobe back with you again, and
we want to dive into howlearning to access the Akashic
Records has changed our lives.
I mean, we knew that it wasgoing to change our lives, but
we kind of want to share someof the unforeseen ways, the ways
that we did not think about.
Emily (00:22):
Yeah.
And there are just so manyways that we did not expect
that it would change our lives.
So we're so excited to betalking about this and just
sharing our experiences and howvaluable this, this learning
how to access the Akashicrecords has been for us.
Matty (00:38):
Yeah, like going
into it, I knew it was going
to deepen my spirituality.
I was going to have moreclarity with my intuitive gifts.
I was going to learn howto read my soul record
and then learn how to readother people's soul records.
So I knew some things weregoing to change for me going
in, but I didn't realizehow much getting out of my
(00:58):
own way was going to be had.
How much getting outof my mind and into my
intuitive heart would helpme stop second guessing
the decisions I was making.
Really doubting myintuitive guidance.
All the overly critiquingmy experiences in hindsight.
You know, I didn't realizethese things were going to
shift in my life and be changedforever and for the better.
(01:23):
You know, that was kind ofunexpected, but we want to
dive into some specificitieson things that we just had
no clue were coming our way.
Emily (01:31):
For sure.
Matty (01:33):
Alright honey,
you want to lead us off?
Emily (01:36):
Yeah.
So one on the, we've talkedabout this in past podcasts
and I mean, really thishas been the biggest life
changing way that the AkashicRecords has helped us.
But it helped us sell ourhouse and break a record in
North Carolina for the highestsale of a manufactured home.
And at this time, when we weregetting this guidance, we had
(02:00):
been, laid off of our jobsbecause the restaurant that we
worked at closed completely.
This was during the pandemic.
So it was like, we justgot a phone call one day
and it's like, come getyour shit, we're all fired.
And we're like, What?
Because it was like completelyout of the blue, we had
no idea it was coming.
It was just like, alright, this is happening.
(02:21):
And so, I mean, of course thepandemic was kind of, you
know, off the charts and kindof mind blowing for everyone.
And everyone has had theirown experiences as far as
what happened, you know, during the pandemic and
how it affected them.
But for us, it was just like, okay, all of a sudden we had no
job and no, not only did we nothave a job, but it was like, we
(02:44):
had no job to go back to either.
So it was like, we werecompletely just, Kind
of wondering what, whatare we going to do?
Like, what are wegoing to do next?
Like we literallyhave no options.
We have like reachedthe end of our rope.
Matty (02:58):
I felt like I was
in a boat without a rudder,
just dangling in the breeze.
Emily (03:03):
Yes, but let's move past
all the, the bad part because
being at rock bottom helped usdo was to, we decided, okay,
since we don't have a cluewhere we want to go from here.
If we learn how to trust ourintuition and, you know, connect
deeper with our intuition, thenmaybe we'll get some guidance
(03:28):
that will help us move forward.
Like that was our, that's,that was our logic.
So a part of this was.
Okay, let's learn how toaccess the Akashic Records.
And kind of thingsfell into place.
Like once we made that decision,it's like all of these things
kind of fell into place andwas like, Oh, all right, this
(03:48):
seems like a great next move.
So we learned how toaccess the Akashic Records.
And of course, we were likepracticing all the time
because we had all this time.
And we kept getting like thisnudge that's like, Hey, You
know, you could sell yourhouse and start traveling
because, you know, a littlebit of backstory there.
(04:12):
We've wanted to travelfor a really long time.
Like we had been talkingabout it for like 10 years.
We had been puttingmoney towards it.
We've been racking up, youknow, points on our credit
cards towards travel.
We have been, we hadbeen like laying the
groundwork towards this.
So it was just kind of like, dun, dun, dun, dun, you know,
(04:33):
you could actually make thisall happen, you know,
in less than a year,if you sell your house.
We loved aspects of our house.
Like we loved where ourhouse was, but when we bought
our house, we knew that itwas not our forever home.
And I mean, I can'teven say it was like
this home that we loved.
It was our intention tostart renting it out.
(04:55):
Like that's what wewere planning on doing.
So we never really hadlike this deep connection,
this homey home, you know, comforting feeling from
our home, from this house.
So it was like, Ohwait, we can sell it.
And then we don't have to doall the repairs that it needs.
And we're going to get like.
(05:17):
I mean, we essentiallydoubled our money in less than
five years of living there.
Like it was more than, yeah, more than doubled our money.
It was like completely mindblowing that this could even
present itself, especially inthis like crazy pandemic time.
But it was like.
Matty (05:36):
There were some home
prices going bonkers, but
this wasn't happening inthe manufactured home world.
Emily (05:42):
Yeah
Matty (05:43):
So this was kind of
unfathomable for us and until
we started to get in intothis and into the details from
the guidance we were getting.
And how much to ask for itand how much to sell and
stuff and we were just kindof like, uh, All right.
We're going with this.
We're trusting this Against theadvice of our realtors who we're
not into, uh, our intuitivesenses about selling the home.
Emily (06:08):
Yeah, they were, you
know, nervous that it was going
to ruin their reputation ifthey put it on for too high
and the people were like, whatthe hell are you thinking?
This house couldnever go for that.
Which is true, normally, but there were some kind of
magical things about the house.
Mainly the property, becauseit was, you know, it butt
up to 90 acres of land.
(06:29):
And I do miss all theanimal friends that we had.
That is like the only thingthat I miss, or, is the, is the
wildlife and the plants and the
Matty (06:37):
turkey
babies every spring.
Emily (06:38):
Yeah So there are
definitely things that I
missed but there was justbut but Matty and I knew it
was like way too much upkeep.
I mean the the Not sumac.
What is it?
Wait, is it sumac?
That like goes crazy.
Matty (06:54):
No, it, they call
it the tree of heaven.
It looks a lot like sumac.
That was popping up.
But we had 'em.
Emily (06:58):
No, I'm talking
about the vines.
Matty (06:59):
We had a lot of kudzu.
Kudzu and wisteria.
Both of those.
Emily (07:02):
That's the word.
Yeah.
Cu, I mean of coursewisteria is beautiful, but,
but it's grows like crazy.
And if you're not familiarwith kudzu, it like literally
chokes out trees galore.
And like Mattyand I spent hours.
Upon hours, upon hours andhours and hours and hours.
And I can keep on going, butyou probably want me to stop
saying hours at this point, but we spent so many hours,
(07:26):
like relieving the treesfrom the kudzu and just, so
we put a lot of love andeffort into the property.
But we knew that as we, youknow, we're getting older, we
valued our time and our freedom.
And it just wasn't how wewanted to continue to spend
our time because we knew it wasgoing to be like a constant.
Matty (07:46):
Oh, that's
a forever fight.
Yeah right there.
Yeah
Emily (07:50):
So anyway, we learned how
to access the akashic records
and like within months literalmonths we got started getting
these little hints like oh,you know, you could sell your
house and start travelinglike you've been talking
about for the last 10 years.
And we're like, huh, what?
And then it was like eachtime that we like access the
Akashic records, we would geta little bit more insight.
(08:12):
Like, okay, you could getmore money for the house.
If you redo the kitchenor paint this wall.
And so we used all of our timeto literally, make the house so
much nicer than when we livedin it and it was kind of fun.
We enjoyed doingall of that work.
(08:34):
It was very, very, veryfrustrating at times and
it definitely was a lot ofYouTube tutorials and teaching
ourselves things and, inthe end it really paid off.
I mean, the Akashic Records gaveus like some clear, distinct,
like, look out for this.
You are, you are waitingfor the cash offer.
(08:55):
We're like, oh, really?
Okay.
A cash offer?
Sweet.
You are waiting for someoneto acknowledge the love that
you put into this place.
We're like, what?
Okay, cool.
And then it was like, okay, and this person is
going to be associatedwith a nearby business.
And so you will know that it'sthe person because they're
(09:16):
going to be associated withthis nearby business and so
it's going to be very importantfor them to be in this area
because of that business.
We're like, okay andsure enough, this person
writes us a letter.
They're the only person, Athat had a cash offer and
B that wrote us a letter.
And the letter literallytalked about how much love
(09:38):
we put into the place and howthey could really tell that
we put a lot of love into it.
And then they talked aboutthe nearby business saying
that they were moving therebecause they were going to
start working there part time.
So I was like, what?
Like we got this informationmonths before we even put
our house on the market.
(09:58):
And then we kept checking inbecause when you're working
with future probabilities,it's not written in stone.
So we kept checking in, okay, are we still on track for this?
Is this still correct?
Yes.
Okay.
And then we just kept checkingin, checking, checking in,
maybe a little more obsessivelythan we could have, but.
Matty (10:17):
Oh, I, I get obsessive,
but you know, that's,
especially with something new.
And I mean, one of thefirst big things we're
getting is sell your house.
I mean, working in theAkashic records and getting
intuitive guidance andchanneling in the records
didn't give us baby steps.
It was like, by the way, here'sone of the scariest things
(10:38):
you could do coming out ofa, the pandemic's only, you
know, a year old at that time.
Sell your house.
You should go nomadic andtake off into the world
and give up your home base.
Sell your house.
I'm just like, what the fuck?
Are you kidding me?
This is okay.
Okay.
Yeah.
This feels good, but my mind isfreaking out and full of stuff,
(11:00):
you know, but it felt right.
Yeah, this was part of thegetting out of my own way and
making decisions with my mind.
I was learning abig one right away.
Like I said, it wasn'tbreaking me in easy here at
all, but we worked through ourchecklist of renovations to
do that we could do ourselves.
We were, you know, keeping up.
Hey, we've taken careof these two things.
Are we on to the next?
(11:21):
We're still on path.
Anything else newthat needs to be done?
Okay.
No, great.
We're moving forwardwith the plan.
Emily (11:28):
While, at the same time
learning how to build a website
on WordPress and trying tofigure out all of this other
stuff, but we're not goingto go into that right now.
But yes, it was intenseand you're right that was
kind of a ballsy move.
I guess I just haven'treally thought about it
like that, but you're right.
Matty (11:47):
I mean, that's
how I, when I look back
on it, it was, it wasn'tgetting broken in easy.
It was do one of thescariest things you could
possibly do, right now.
Go for it.
And it was a big leap of faith.
It was a big bettingon ourselves.
Emily (12:02):
It's funny to me
though, because at the time
sticking around there andgoing back to the same ol
same ol seemed even scarier.
Matty (12:10):
Oh, agreed.
Yeah, just waiting for foodand beverage to open back up
and find new restaurant jobs.
Emily (12:15):
And a year,
like a year and a half.
Matty (12:17):
Yeah.
Emily (12:18):
So, yes.
So, that was the first wayin which, I mean, and that's
a pretty big mind blowingway that the Akashic Records
helped change our life.
And so, love, would you liketo talk about the second one?
Matty (12:34):
Yeah.
I would definitely like tojump in with this and know
that during the same timebefore we sold the house.
Um, probably one of the, inhindsight, the gifts of being
laid off and being at home allthe time was our beloved Beagle
Lilu, she was getting old.
(12:56):
She was 13, you know, shewas an, she was an old lady.
She was an old queenbee kind of Beagle.
Emily (13:02):
But she was also sick
too, which we had known about.
Matty (13:06):
But we got all this,
we had all this time with her
now, which was a big blessing.
Emily (13:10):
It was amazing.
Matty (13:11):
We knew that
there was colon cancer.
We had that confirmed fromthe vet. And she had been
through a trio of surgeriesactually when she was younger.
And I was definitelyhesitant with her age to
put her under an exploratorysurgery to see what was up.
So, you know, we were takingsome time to kind of feel this
(13:34):
out and see what was right.
And we connected withLilu with her soul record
in the Akashic records.
And just started to askquestions and receive
guidance on let's getourselves out of the way.
What does Lilu want?
What's best for her?
(13:55):
And not trying to makea decision from the mind
of what's best, but let,let her soul guide us.
Connect there in the recordsand get guidance from her soul.
And from that her soulconfirmed that she's in
more pain than she lets on.
She was really goodat masking it, but we
started to see some signs.
Emily (14:14):
Yeah, but I think
that's, like, very prominent
in hunting dogs, too.
They're very much like,I'm not in pain, I swear.
Matty (14:22):
Found out that she also
had tumors in her stomach.
And, I mean, within a coupleweeks of doing some of this
research with her soul andtrying to formulate a plan,
her stomach, the bumpsstarted to protrude out.
And it was a verysensitive area for her.
So we were getting likeconfirmation from some of
the work we were doing.
(14:43):
We knew that she wanted tohave a peaceful passing.
We knew that she wantedto be buried on the land.
We lived in thesame neighborhood.
Her entire life was spentin two different houses in
this one neighborhood nearthis big park she loved.
Emily (15:00):
Such a cool
neighborhood for a beagle.
Matty (15:02):
Yeah.
Well, when she got loose, therewas land to run around in.
There weren't any really, noreally, really busy streets.
You didn't have to worry abouta highway or anything like
that or crazy busy streets.
And there was lots ofland for her to roam.
And she was a sneaky bee.
So we used to call her SneakyB because she would, I mean,
three different style of fencesshe learned how to get out of.
Emily (15:23):
Well, we also
called her Nasty.
Matty (15:25):
Nasty girl.
Yeah, because if you've ever hada beagle, you know the nastiest
things in the world are like thegreatest discoveries for them.
I mean.
Emily (15:36):
Any kind of
death, any kind of poop.
Matty (15:40):
Yeah, they, they
want to cover their scent up
with anything and everythingbecause they're hunting dogs.
Emily (15:45):
Yeah, they're
a very stubborn breed.
Matty (15:48):
And so loving and sweet.
Oh, so loving.
So sweet.
But so stubborn.
And so nasty.
There's definitely a, thelove relationship is you,
you've got to be open for itall when you have a beagle.
That's for sure.
So as we're spendingAnd many baths.
Yes, and many baths.
As we're, uh, spending moretime with her, and a few
(16:11):
months had passed and wechecked in again, and with
her soul record and, you know, just, is this what she wants?
What's going on?
Okay, what's thetime frame look like?
Because we've moved a few monthscloser to the original and
the time frame was still on.
Which was seven months fromthen, when we first checked in.
I'm starting to check on dates, like specific dates, and I
(16:34):
get two dates, and they're twoweeks from her 14th birthday.
And I remember going, can't youjust wait until your birthday?
And I just felt this energyand this big, sigh, and I was
like, you're in pain, and it'sgetting worse, is this true?
Yes.
(16:54):
And I was like, okay, sotwo more weeks is too much?
Yes.
And I was like, so theseare the maximum dates for
longevity of our time together.
Yes.
And I'm like, well you knowyou've given me a Monday
and a Wednesday and I'mgonna choose Wednesday.
I'm gonna take thosetwo extra days, girl.
Okay, we also wentthrough on what she wanted
(17:15):
her last meal to be.
What sort of treats she wanted.
And I wasn't surprisedthat bacon was involved.
But, no chicken, no beef.
She didn't want steak.
I was, I was kindof like, really?
I'll get you tenderloin girl.
Like we can, we can hook it up.
Bacon, just bacon.
I'm great with just bacon.
(17:37):
Oh, and I love thosepeanut butter treats
you always give me.
Okay.
So she literally wantedlittle pieces of bacon
and peanut butter treats.
She didn't want any, anyparticular cheeses or anything.
She was happy to just geta little bit of cheddar
cheese mixed in a coupleof little nibbles of that.
And it's like, okay, youknow, so that was kind of
fun to go over what shewanted for her last meal.
(17:58):
What she wanted forflowers to be around.
She wanted red roses.
Roses, red, specifically.
And the blanket shewanted to be wrapped in.
The one that she alwayssnuggled in her bed.
She wanted to bewrapped in that blanket.
When the days came up, thatMonday, and this is October,
middle of October, and inAsheville, the middle of
(18:19):
October could be 35 andugly or 70 and beautiful.
And this Monday was oneof those, it was like
68, 70 degrees, blueskies, gorgeous weather.
We went to the park.
Our walks at the parkweren't really walks anymore.
A lot of times we justkind of hung out around
(18:40):
the entrance because sheloved to greet people.
And she loved to get treats andhang out and sit in the shade.
Emily (18:46):
Yeah, we'd
have little picnics.
Stop and Sniffs and thenlike little Lilu picnics.
Matty (18:51):
Yeah, so we
were doing that.
So she just got to smell on abunch of people and greet them
and do what she loved to do.
Yeah, hang out and then somany people would come by
and just be like, Oh my God,you're, you're a little beagle
so cute.
Can I say hi?
And I'd be like, shewould really, do you
see her tail right now?
She would love it ifyou came and said hello.
So she got to do that so, somuch, which I think she kind
(19:12):
of knew when I told her I'mgoing to choose Wednesday
and get a couple extra days.
She knew she'd get this day atthe park and get to do what she
loved to do and get treats andto meet people and hang out.
Then Tuesday was like45 degrees and rainy.
Emily (19:26):
Yeah.
And windy.
Matty (19:27):
And windy and
just an awful day.
But the rain didsoften the ground.
So when Wednesday rolled around,it was like 65 and blue skies
was almost as pretty as itwas on Monday, except all the
rain had softened the ground.
So when we dug our grave,it was kind of easy to
break through the ground.
I remember thinkingthat like, oh, this is a
(19:49):
little bit easier than Ithought, the ground softer.
I was like, oh, it rainedlike crazy yesterday.
Wow.
You set yourself upwith a perfect day to
hang out at the park.
A day for us to hang insideand it rained and then it
made it easier for us tomake preparations for you
and it's a beautiful day.
And she just hung out andlaid on the ground and
watched us dig her grave.
(20:09):
Just chilled with us.
Happy.
Emily (20:11):
I mean, she seemed,
yeah, so happy, like prideful.
Yeah, no.
Exactly.
And of course, wewere like destroyed.
Matty (20:17):
Yeah, I'm bawling
my eyes out digging her
grave and she was like, like prideful about it.
That's the word baby for sure.
And we finished that up and wejust walked around the property
hanging out Picking her upand crying and hanging out and
giving her treats and lettingher sniff and chase a mole if
she you know She'd try to getat moles and sniff around on
them we just let her go wherevershe wanted to go around the
(20:39):
property and just hung out.
And then a little bitbefore the lady came to help
with the peaceful passingwe started giving her bacon and
her little peanut butter treats.
And we'd set up herbed and rose petals.
And she was layingin the middle of it.
It was just beautiful.
The Akashic records and tappinginto her soul helped it.
(21:02):
It helped us to honor her in away that I never would have ever
saw coming when I learned howto access the Akashic records.
That it would help me honormy beagle, my fur baby, one of
the greatest loves of my life.
You know, I just never sawthat coming that I would
use the records in this way.
Emily (21:23):
Yeah, it was amazing.
She was amazing.
I miss her so much.
Matty (21:28):
Yeah.
Emily (21:29):
Another interesting
thing about the records is that
now when we go to the records, were you about to say this?
I was.
Go ahead then.
Matty (21:39):
Well just, when we go
to the records and we have
kind of our own little roomset up, there's a doggie door.
And, you know, when I goI'm just like, I ask for my
Akashic Record Spirit Guidesto be there and then I usually
just make a little, if anypuppies want to show up
and visit, that's cool too.
And, I mean, two out of three, three out of four times.
(22:01):
Lilu and Doogle, which wasEmily's kind of soulmate
dog, if you will, he hadhad a peaceful passing.
Emily (22:09):
He wasn't kind of, he
was definitely a soulmate dog.
Matty (22:12):
You're right, I
shouldn't have said kind
of, he was the soulmate.
Emily (22:14):
That I got when I was 19
and had until I was 34 I guess,
or I guessed I was like 20.
Matty (22:22):
But they, they often
show up and hang out and I can,
I mean they're physically notwith me, but I can feel them.
Like giving me little licks andkisses and you know, I can feel
their soft fur as I rub on themand love on them and stuff.
And it's it's amazing thatwe connect with their soul
quite often in that way.
Emily (22:43):
Yeah, they usually
greet me like right when I
arrive like out in the gardens
Matty (22:49):
I don't know, for
me it's always in the room.
They come busting through thatlittle doggie door and, yeah.
Emily (22:54):
And it is.
It's so real.
Like, to the point that I canfeel them licking my face and
tears will just stream down myeyes because of how real it is.
It's it's really incredible.
Matty (23:08):
Yeah, I've had some
wild moments opening up soul
records like that, but justto make a mention and like
their energy comes in that way.
Yeah It's super supercool and comforting
Emily (23:20):
Yeah, and like little
nuances that I forget about
their behaviors, you know, cuz it's been what nine
years since ten years nowsince Doogle passed away.
Matty (23:31):
Yeah ten years.
Emily (23:32):
Ten years and then
this March, for Lilu,
it's been, what, four, five, four years now?
Matty (23:40):
It will be
four next October.
Emily (23:43):
Yeah.
So, like, little nuancesabout their behaviors that
I don't remember, you know,because it's been so long.
And then it, like, surprises me.
I'm like, oh yeah, I totallyforgot that, you know, cause
Doogle would always do this onetiny little lick on my hand.
He wasn't much of a licker.
Like, Lilu would like, tongue, she would stick her tongue
(24:04):
all the way down your throat.
If you let her.
But Doogle, he wasnever like that.
He would just do onelittle lick on my hand.
And he always does that inthe records, it's really cool.
Aww, we're talking aboutpuppies and Aspen, the dog
that we're keeping right now, she's like climbing in my lap.
She's like, please don't cry.
You got puppy right here.
Matty (24:26):
Yeah, we've actually
had uh, Lilu and Doogle show
up and confirm how much theylike Aspen too, and think
she's a really good fit for uswhen we're taking care of her.
Emily (24:39):
Yeah.
Shall we move on?
Matty (24:41):
Let's move on.
Emily (24:43):
Okay, so the third
thing that we, just kind of
like life changing way thatthe Akashic Records has helped
us is It's helped us make moresense of our lives and the
traumas that we've endured.
And I do think this issomething that maybe we,
(25:05):
I don't, I don't know.
I can't really say that Iexpected this because I honestly
didn't know what to expect.
I was just like, woo,I want to learn how to
access the Akashic records.
It's something that I'vewanted, ever since I learned
about Edgar Cayce in college, you know, back in 2000.
I wanted to learn how toaccess the Akashic Record.
So, I didn't really think muchabout what, you know, what
(25:29):
would happen because of it.
I was just like, thisseems really cool.
I want to learn this.
So, to be able to, you know,go to our souls' records and
just make more sense out ofthings that have happened.
And I mean, this reallyhelped, you know, with our
Akashic Record Soul Journeyreport, too, like, learning
our life lessons and beingable to put into perspective,
(25:53):
like, how our life lessonshave played out in our lives.
And that definitely has helpedus understand the traumas
that we've endured as well, because it's like, okay,
now I can see how my lifelessons or me wanting to learn
this theme in this lessonof my life has played out.
Like through this specificinstance or the these
(26:15):
you know chain of eventsor this specific trauma.
And you know I can't say thatI have the higher perspective
for everything because Idon't we don't get that.
We don't get to have thatin this lifetime at all
times, but it definitelyhas helped me gain a higher
perspective for a lot of thingsthat I didn't have before.
(26:37):
Which has been very helpful.
And it just kind ofgives you like this sense
of peace about things.
Because when you can kind oflearn the higher perspective
about, okay, this is why thisperson came into your life
and treated you like shit.
Or this is why, you know, you've had so much trouble
finding work, or this is whyyou've had these relationship
(27:01):
patterns and these issues.
It really does help put thingsinto a higher perspective and
help bring more peace into yourlife and more understanding.
Matty (27:11):
It's amazing
what awareness can do
and getting a higherperspective on situations.
How much, like Emily said, how much peace it can bring
to your life when you canhave concepts or have the
ideas or the understandingsto wrap your mind around and
then you can take charge.
You can get the powerback from things that
(27:32):
you might have felt thatwere out of your control.
Certain limiting beliefsthat kept popping up.
Certain patterns in yourlife that were on repeat.
But once you know why,you can put an end to it.
You can start to changeand transform your life for
the better, to have moremeaningful experiences.
And I know personallyfor me, going through the
childhood traumas that Idid, I, I struggled for
(27:55):
a long time with, why me?
Why did this happen?
I was so young, whydid this happen to me?
What, how could thispossibly make any sense?
What was the point in this?
What's the point in thesethings happening to anybody?
But to understand why I washaving these experiences, the
opportunity that, to breakthis cycle in my ancestors DNA.
(28:17):
To balance my own karma frompast life experiences helped me
to find a little bit more peacewith what I had gone through
and then take the power back.
To understand Okay, i'mgetting the understandings,
I'm getting the awareness now.
Okay, so how do I move forward?
How do I accelerate my healing?
Emily (28:36):
Yeah getting
the power back.
That's huge.
Matty (28:38):
Huge!
Emily (28:39):
And I mean so so much
Of life, I think we're like,
you know, we put the blameout on someone else and we're
like, okay they did this to me.
So that obviously means thatI'm unworthy, or I'm this way,
but, but that whole time you'relike letting them still have the
power and the power over you.
And being able to gainthat higher perspective
(29:00):
really does kind of put thepower back in your shoes.
And allows you to see youknow, some people are just
dicks and they're gonnaact the way they act.
And that and yes, there mayhave been some sort of pattern
that you chose to learn.
Or some sort of way that youmaybe, you know, helped create
the environment for thisto happen, but the way they
(29:24):
treat you says way more aboutthem than it does about you.
But if you continue totake it on that it is all
about you, then you aregiving your power away.
And so, it really is about, youknow, realizing that you can't
control other people's actions.
I mean, never.
(29:46):
You can never controlanyone else's actions.
And I mean, think about thetimes where you acted in a way
that you were like, Oh, shit,I really wish I would
have done that better.
Sometimes we don't evenhave control, like, full
control over our own actions.
So, trying to control someoneelse's actions is just futile.
But, making someone else'sactions mean something
(30:07):
about you is really, youknow, very disempowering.
Matty (30:11):
Well, it helped
me find the learnings.
What did I get from this, from this experience?
And get past the, what happenedto me and that was totally
wrong or that was good or bad.
And it just helped me,like, well, what was the
opportunity to learn?
Have I grown?
How did this shape me?
(30:32):
What can I do now from it?
This is the kind of perspectiveand higher, or higher
perspective and awarenessthat has come through working
with my own soul recordin the Akashic records.
Or working with eachother's to help us make
sense of it or to work withsomeone else in this case.
But it really just opens upthe experience within the
(30:53):
confines of your own soul, notthe totality of everything.
You're getting intuitiveguidance within
your soul's record.
So you're eliminating a lotof the noise a lot of the
outside influences and downto, why did this happen to me?
What did I learn from it?
What opportunitiesfor growth are here?
(31:13):
How do I move forward?
It's just helped meaccelerate things.
And like Emily said at thebeginning, just make more
sense of our lives and thetraumas, the experiences
that we've been through.
Emily (31:24):
For sure.
Let's go to a happier one.
Matty (31:27):
Yes, let's move forward
and we'll piggyback off of the
Akashic Records giving us theguidance and helping us with
the little nuances of justwhat to do to sell our home.
Well, after that, it's helpedus live our dream of open
ended traveling for three anda half years, a little over
three and a half years now.
Emily (31:47):
But in a
very purposeful way.
Matty (31:49):
Totally, I agree
in a very purposeful way.
And by using the AkashicRecords and knowing what my soul
wanted to experience and see.
What was higher on the listof priorities or places to be.
When you sell your home and yourhome base is gone and the world
is your oyster, so to speak.
Or if you just want to stay inthe country and drive around
(32:10):
in your car, the entiretyof the United States and you
know, you can cross bordersinto Mexico and Canada.
I mean, where areyou going to go?
What do you want to do?
You may have some ideas.
But when you start to getdown to what state parks, what
national parks are higher onthe list of priorities to see.
(32:30):
Where do you wantto go experience?
What time of the yeardo you want to be there?
The Akashic Records helpedus to basically take this
plethora of choices andwhittle them down quickly.
And as we've been workingwith the Akashic Records,
we're developing more trustwith our intuitive guidance.
We're not secondguessing decisions.
(32:51):
So we're making decisionsquickly and we're knowing, Hey,
this is in our highest good, this is where I want to go.
We've looked at a few Airbnbsor we've looked at, uh, several
different home sits and welet the records just whittle
it down for us at that point.
Emily (33:07):
And we've been toying
with lots of different
ways to use it too.
I mean, sometimes we'rejust like, all right,
universe, you decide.
You know, we'll apply likethrough trusted house sitters.
You apply to go to a certainplace, to a certain home
to take care of theirhome and their animals.
And so we'll just, you know, apply for a couple and be
(33:29):
like, all right universe.
Or we'll say we need thisspecific time frame and then
we want to go here or Here andthen it's like the universe
just kind of serves it tous up on a silver platter
Matty (33:44):
Yeah, that's really
cool when we just put forth
the time frame in the areathat we want, and if it's, if
it's meant to be, somethingwill open up, and then boom.
Oh yeah, that month in this timeframe, right here in Sedona.
Here you go, there it is.
Emily (34:03):
Well, that's a good
segue for the next one.
Which we feel like thisis an important one
because we love Sedona.
Well, I guess we shouldgo just really quickly.
So, so far, we have been allaround the United States.
We spent a month in Canada.
We spent two months in Thailand,on an island, uh, Koh Samui.
(34:26):
We've visited so manynational parks, state parks.
We've experiencedchanging climates.
We've experienced a lot of very, very interesting things that
we would not have otherwise, just staying in one place.
Matty (34:45):
I have marveled at more
Mother Nature in the last three
and a half years, easily morethan the 45 years before that.
It's not even close.
Emily (34:56):
Yeah.
And if you all don't know, mother nature is incredible.
I mean, I know you all know.
Matty (35:03):
She's the
greatest artist there is.
Okay, so one of the thingsthat came up for us and we're
going to talk about Sedonaand I know at face value,
if anybody's been there, youknow, how incredible Sedona is.
It's freaking amazing.
So it's not.
It's not like, wow, theAkashic Records told
you to go to Sedona.
Right.
What big deal, I mean, you know.
(35:24):
But it was the plethoraof choices we had with us.
The plethora of differenthome possibilities.
And it was finding this one, this specific home, the people
we met, the area of Sedona thatit was in, versus other choices
in Sedona and other areas thatwe could have went to instead.
(35:47):
We, at this point, had beendoing our Soul Journey Akashic
Readings for a few years.
We didn't know who Dr.
Michael Newton was.
And one of the really coolthings, by taking this
homesit in Sedona, at thisparticular place, and talking
with the owners, is theyintroduced us to a book called
Journey of Souls, that Dr.
(36:08):
Michael Newton wrote.
And he is a clinicalhypnotherapist, he's no
longer with us, but he wasa clinical hypnotherapist,
one of the forerunnersof past life regression.
And during a session,he actually accidentally
slipped into with one of hisclients in a regression into
an in between lifetimes.
(36:29):
And up into this pastlife regression is
just thought past life, you live your life.
It's over, there's justgray, there's nothing.
And then you have another life.
No one ever found out how to tapinto the void of what happens
in between our human lifetimes.
After 7, 000 sessions, hetakes his clinical studies and
(36:50):
starts to write a few books.
We had no idea that our Journeyof Souls or Soul Journey
Akashic Readings and his bookJourney of Souls were going
to align with each other.
We had no idea thevalidation that his work
was going to do to our work.
It blew our minds.
(37:11):
The categories that weresearch for people in their
Akashic reading, and thenthe descriptors that he
would use, or his clientswould use, would line up
perfectly at certain times.
With the same things thatwe were already researching
and giving to our clients, that their souls were doing
in between their lifetimes.
It was mind blowing.
Emily (37:32):
Yeah.
I mean, we like read, causethere was only one book.
And so we basically read itout loud to each other, just
like, oh my gosh, oh my gosh.
This is exactly like our AkashicRecord Soul Journey Reports.
Just validating a lot of theexperiences that his, you
know, 7, 000 clients plus, because he, you know, still
(37:56):
continued to work with clientswhile writing the books.
But I mean, he wasn'tthe only person that came
to these conclusions.
There were definitely someother people around that
same time that were comingto these similar conclusions
that there isn't this voidin between our lifetimes.
There's actually a lot of stuffthat happens in between there.
(38:16):
But just the fact that his workwas really unique because he
was just such a logical person.
I mean, he had a really hardtime wrapping his head around,
like, this is the reality ofwhat was actually happening.
That's why he did over 7, 000 ofclient cases before he was even
(38:37):
willing to talk about the workthat he was doing with people.
And he was very systematicabout his research with it.
Each of his clientswere literally, like,
reciting similar things.
I mean, they were, youknow, they may have
different words for, youknow, their experiences.
But it was literally, like, similar experiences that each of
these people were experiencingduring their hypnotherapy
(38:59):
sessions when they were inbetween their lifetimes.
You know, it's whatwe actually do.
It's how we ended up findingthe past life regressionists
that we trained underbecause we were just so
blown away by these books.
Because he ended up writingmore than one, but it was
in Sedona that we were, you know, introduced to
the journey of souls.
(39:20):
But he was just so systematicabout the way he approached
all this information, and itwas just really mind blowing
how all of these peoplehad similar experiences.
And they were able to, like, they, you know, went for their
life review, they went totheir, the Council of Elders.
(39:42):
Like I said, they have, like, different names for the
different experiences they had,but what they were experiencing
and what they were, you know, documenting were very similar.
What they were detailingwas very similar.
It was just so cool.
Matty (39:57):
Yeah.
They're in between lifetimetrainings, the little jobs
they take on for Spirit to helpall of creation out, literally
they would give names of thetrainings that their soul had
undergone and they were thesame names for the trainings
that we look up for people.
It was just prettymind blowing for us.
Not that we needed validationthat we were on the right
(40:18):
path or that what we wereoffering up for our clients was
was so valuable and just, youknow, kind of monumental to, you
know, break down what your souldoes in between your lifetimes.
It was just super cool that thisguy had documented 7, 000 cases.
It just kind of, you know, blew our minds a bit.
(40:41):
And to think that we had thisplethora of choices of other
places that we could have been.
Emily (40:47):
Yeah, in that moment,
but we went to keep these
two cats and meet this, like, amazing couple.
And, I mean, it was just, like, we're just sitting
there, like, this couple, youknow, they're in their 80s.
And they were so in it withus, like, in our conversations.
No one was struggling to findwords in these conversations,
(41:09):
and we're talking about, our work, and he's talking
about what happens, you know,in between your lifetimes.
And he's like, oh, this isa really great book, and
just so nonchalantly, like, hey, check this book out.
And then we started readingit immediately, and you know,
pretty much finished it thenext day or maybe the day after,
but we couldn't put it down.
Matty (41:29):
It did not take
us long to read it out
loud to each other.
That's very true.
So that is another way thatthe Akashic Records just
helped us make a choice inour travels that specifically
brought us to a place.
It not only blew our mindsfor the sheer beauty and
spiritual energy and that Sedonais, but led us to something
(41:51):
that someone else had beendocumented that like literally
backed up all of our work.
It was just, like I said, we'vementioned it a couple of times.
It's just kind of mind blowing.
Emily (42:00):
So I think we're
kind of going to stop there.
I mean, there are so many otherways that learning to access
the Akashic records haschanged our lives, you know,
just with day to day decisions.
Being able to just havemore peace in our decisions.
And just being able to knowwhat our next moves are and not
(42:22):
stress over them as much as weused to or worried about whether
we are making the right decisionor making the wrong decision.
It's just kind of like, okay, you know, I'm in
the records, my guides saythis is in my highest good.
Okay.
And then we just take the stepsforward and go towards them.
And it's just, it's been a muchmore peaceful experience for us.
(42:47):
We've definitely, I mean, I'mnot saying like our entire
life is just full of peace nowand we never have any stress.
I'm not saying that at all.
But what I am saying is thatwe don't get caught up over our
decisions or what is the rightone and what is the wrong one.
We know that moving forwardin any kind of decision is
(43:08):
better than, than indecision.
Matty (43:11):
The amount of fear that
I'm going to get it wrong, that
I used to live with the vastmajority of that's just gone.
It's just nipped in the bud.
Emily (43:20):
Yeah.
I definitely agreewith that as well.
Matty (43:22):
I make decisions and have
so much more peace with them.
And I even understand thateven if it's something in
hindsight that didn't feellike the greatest experience,
I can check in and realize,Oh yeah, I was a little stuck
in this area in my life.
And that actually got some ofthat energy shook up and got
me to move and make changes.
Or to see that I neededthat experience to
(43:44):
move forward, you know?
So I don't judge things asmuch either in hindsight.
I just kind of know thatthis is in my highest good.
Let's move forward.
What's my next step.
Okay.
I'll work it out tothe best of my ability.
All right.
What's my next step?
Okay, cool.
Let's keep on moving.
Let's make this thing happen.
It's just, there's so muchmore peace in, in my mind
(44:07):
with my life and you know,to use my intuition and to my
access to the Akashic recordsto help make these decisions
has just changed my lifein a massive, massive way.
I wish I could, you know, just download a little of the
energy so you'd understandhow much is different for me.
If you know me, you wouldunderstand, but if you not just
(44:28):
take my word for it, that ismy life is vastly different.
And I am a much happier, muchmore at peace person than I
have ever been in my life.
And I greatly owe that.
I mean, you know, to myselfto take the steps to do the
things, but learning how toaccess the Akashic records
has been the biggest stepin the tool that I use in my
(44:49):
toolbelt more than any other.
Emily (44:51):
Yeah, I would definitely
agree with that as well.
So if this stuff sounds reallygood to you and you're thinking,
you know, that learning toaccess the Akashic records could
really benefit you in your life,we are putting together a class.
We are so excited aboutputting together this class.
(45:12):
We've been making stepstowards this for a long time.
We have lots ofwritten material.
We have lots of outlines.
We have slides made and abeautiful attunement to the
Akashic records recorded.
So there has been a lotof effort put towards.
This beautiful classthat we really are so
(45:32):
excited about teaching.
We, don't have a, an exactdate yet, but I know we are
wanting to at least launchthe beta course within, I
mean we said this month, butthen Matty really needed to
go home to get to spend timewith his family since his
dad's been in the hospital.
So if this is something that, you know, really resonates with
(45:56):
you and you feel like couldreally benefit you in your life,
we would love to teach you allwe know because it's really
been so life changing for us.
We are putting together, youknow, a sign up sheet so if
you get on our newsletter, youwill definitely be notified
about when it's going tobe released and when the
(46:17):
class is going to start.
Matty (46:19):
There'll be a link to
sign up for the newsletter
in the show's descriptions.
And I, I'm giddy about this.
I started to kind of giggle andlaugh when Emily was talking
about it and it wasn't thatshe was saying something funny.
It's I'm so excitedto be teaching.
Emily (46:34):
Yeah, me too.
Matty (46:36):
To share like
everything we've been through.
To help open someone else's eyeson how to use the records for
their own personal empowerment.
Emily (46:46):
Yeah.
Creating magic in their lives.
Matty (46:49):
Yeah.
It's going to be a trip y'all.
We're going to havea good time and we're
going to be a part of bigtransformations for each other.
Emily (46:57):
Yeah.
It's going to be incredible.
Matty (46:59):
Well, I loved getting
to talk about the Akashic
records with you today.
Emily (47:03):
I loved getting to talk
about it with you as well.
Matty (47:07):
We hope you all have
a wonderful rest of your week
and we will catch you on theflip side for another episode
on the following Wednesday.
Emily (47:15):
Yes, indeed.
Thanks so much for tuning in.
Bye.
