Matty (00:00):
Hey there amazing souls and welcome to today's show.
Emily and I are excited tobe back with you once again.
Last week we spent time tellingyou five unexpected ways
that working in the AkashicRecords changed our life.
Just things that wedidn't see coming.
And we kind of wanted to keepthat theme going and this
show is going to be all aboutsix valuable ways you can

(00:20):
explore within the AkashicRecords to enhance your life.

Emily (00:23):
Hello everyone.

Matty (00:27):
So keep in mind that entering the Akashic Records
and why you want to go thereand the information you're
looking for is very personal.
I can't know the exact reasonsthat you want to go, but I
can sure try my best alongwith Emily to give you some
ideas of the areas or sometopics that you can explore.
That can really increaseawareness around your life

(00:50):
and what's going on and howto just overall create more
meaningful experiences and adeeper connection to yourself

Emily (01:00):
Oh just a happier more fulfilling life in general.

Matty (01:04):
And I think that's something we can all agree
that we all want more of.

Emily (01:09):
Well yeah, if if everyone's living a happier and
more fulfilled life, I mean theworld would just be a better
place because why would everyonebe trying to control others and
be mean to others if, if they'rehappy and fulfilled themselves?
There would be noneed for any of that.

Matty (01:28):
Oh my god, yes.
What a beautiful image thatI have in my mind thinking
about the fact that if wewere all just living a more
meaningful and fulfilled life.

Emily (01:38):
It's how much kinder we would be to others.

Matty (01:42):
How much we wouldn't probably even care about
others, what they were upto because we would just be
satisfied with ourselves andknow that they're achieving
that for themselves too.

Emily (01:51):
Indeed.

Matty (01:52):
And why would I get in the way of that?
Wow.

Emily (01:56):
So let's get started, shall we?

Matty (01:57):
Yeah, let's jump right in.
So first off, accessing theAkashic Records is going
to expand your intuitionthrough connecting with
other beings in the records.
With your spirit guidesand with others that you're
looking for guidance orinformation from that may not
be in your immediate spiritguide group, but you're

(02:18):
tapping into different divinebeings, different realms,
so you can gather guidanceand awareness from them.
You're going to receiveinsightful, intuitive messages
regularly that are relevantto your personal life, to your
relationships, to your career.
And any other circumstances thatyou want to encounter or play

(02:40):
with when you're in the records.

Emily (02:42):
Yeah.
So really that's part ofthe fun is connecting to
the records, having, I mean,we'd like to have a nice list
of questions to ask, likeonce we go to the records.
Sometimes, you know, I'lljust go and kind of hang
out in the, the fun, niceenergies, but I found that
sometimes you can kind of getlost in the fun a little bit.

(03:06):
You don't really forget whileyou're there, but it is a
little bit more difficultto try to kind of wrap your
head around, oh yeah, I wasgonna find some stuff out.
So it is kind of nice to havesome questions already, you
know, that you've alreadythought about, that you
really want to know before youaccess the Akashic Records.
You know, go in there andI mean, really you can

(03:28):
receive guidance on anything.
We're going to break down someof those things here in this
podcast, but just connectingwith the Akashic Spirit guides
and the rest of your guideteam is just really amazing.

Matty (03:45):
It's super cool to, I mean, I have a relationship
with my spirit guides now.
And inside jokes and, youknow, different feels.
There's a different energythat comes through depending
on who I'm working with.
And it's super cool tokind of have these nuances
within my intuitionand with my guide team.

(04:07):
And going into the Akashicrecords means that you're
traveling into the astral realm.
Emily and I teach to take adivine co pilot with you to
kind of help make sure someof that astral debris and
the entities that may not befully there for our benefit
cannot tag along for the ride.
But naturally you'regoing to the astral realm,

(04:28):
so you're using your intuition.
You're opening yourself up.
Every time you go to therecord, you're strengthening
your intuition, yourintuitive senses, you're
building trust, you'recreating a deeper connection.
And that's something that wehear from our clients, they
want a deeper connection, not only with other people.

(04:49):
But with their own intuitivesenses, with themselves, they
want to trust themselves more.
Just naturally by going to therecords, you build this trust.
You increase yourintuitive capabilities.

Emily (05:03):
Absolutely.
And that's definitelysomething that I was
not expecting as much.
I mean, I just kind ofassumed that I would
never have a connectionwith my spirit guides.
And then it was like whenwe got the attunement,
I was like, holy shit.
And then it's like, never, never wavered since then.
My connection to my spirit, myAkashic Record spirit guide.

Matty (05:26):
I've been using my intuition for
almost two decades.
Same.
Without really having arelationship with my guide team.
I might, you know, be like,Hey, thanks for the guidance
or I appreciate this, butI didn't, I didn't have
the nuances of energy.
I didn't have names for guides.
I just didn't have the samekind of level of feels that

(05:46):
I have now that I can accessthe records and have, I really
feel like I have a relationshipand it will never go away now.
You know, if you've everheard the saying, you know,
once, you know, you know, forever, I mean, this is one
of those things, once youexperience it, it's there,
can always be tapped into.

Emily (06:03):
Yeah, so you could even think about the Akashic Records
as a way of meditating or aplace to go during meditation
where you exponentiallyexpand your intuition.

Matty (06:20):
I would agree with that?
Absolutely.
Yeah.
I thought you were going to saysomething else, so I was paused,
but I'm like, I totally agree.

Emily (06:25):
Yeah.
All right.
So let's move onto the second one.

Matty (06:28):
Okay.
This one's a fun one for me.
I've definitely have spent alot of time pondering, and I
did this way before I worked inthe Akashic Records, but never
really felt the connection tothe information I've gathered.
And my own personalawareness that I've
gained around expanding myawareness and understanding

(06:50):
of spiritual truth.
I mean you're tapped intoGod, Goddess, the universe's
supercomputer, the spiritualGoogle that they've created,
which is the Akashic Records.
I mean, you're tappedinto a place that
houses universal laws.
And spiritual truth.

Emily (07:09):
Yeah.
And of course our human mindcould never wrap our heads
around all that it encompasses.
But it is pretty cool tobe able to get the little
glimmers here and there of,of the spiritual truths.
That you can, you know, really expand your awareness
around some of these things.

Matty (07:30):
I think the Akashic records has helped me to awaken
to my soul's point of view.

Emily (07:36):
Yes, absolutely.

Matty (07:37):
Has helped me establish ed a much more
or a semblance of a trulypeaceful, like approach to life.
Because I understand moreabout the higher perspective
for why I'm here and whatspirituality means to me
and what my connectionwith all that is, is like.

(07:57):
This has really helped me findway more peace in my life.

Emily (08:01):
Yeah.
A lot more self love.
Cause you're like,Oh, okay, that's me.
That's who I came here to be.
And so you can wrap yourhead around it more and you
really can have a lot moreself love because of that.

Matty (08:15):
I think that's one of the, the big points that we're
all trying to, uh, grow into.
And we're all at varyinglevels of our own allowance
for self worth and self love.
But I, I definitely thinkthat's one of the points
for every human to be hereis to be this divine being
having a human experience.

(08:35):
Kind of disconnected fromthat knowing and there
are some tools to getreconnected and we're talking
about the Akashic records.
And that's a big toolwe think that can help
with this connection.
But I think we're all heretrying to find a way to look in
the mirror and love what we see.
Close our eyes and love whatwe think and feel and get to a

(08:57):
point where you understand thatthere is no right or wrong.
They're just Is being andhowever, your being is okay.

Emily (09:05):
It is a lot about loving, you know, who you
are, but it's also about notdisliking who you're not.
Like, not getting wrapped upin, Oh man, I really wish I were
like this, or, you know, Man,I wish I were more outgoing.
I mean, I definitelyfeel that way.
I do have, you know, thatlonging sometimes, wishing

(09:27):
I was a little bit moreof an outgoing person.
And I do have my moments, and I've found that my
outgoingness increases, depending on who I'm around.
But I've had to, youknow, find love for that
and be okay with that.
So I do think it's moreabout not only you learn
how to love yourself more.
It's also about nothating the things about

(09:50):
yourself that you dislike.
It's about finding morecompassion and grace for
those things as well.

Matty (09:57):
Not judging against yourself because you feel
like you fall short incertain areas of your life.

Emily (10:04):
Yes.

Matty (10:05):
Which is a good segue to, we wanted to
share what we feel like aresome spiritual truths that
we've learned along the way.
And, you know, see if youresonate or not with this.
Because, ultimately, God,Goddess, the Universe
makes room for everyone'sspiritual beliefs.
But we feel like these arepretty universal truths.

(10:25):
And the first one would be,there's no judgment by God
or any other divine being.
Judgment's a human constructand we all, from time to
time, and sometimes all thetime, can fall prey to this
construct on both sides of it.
Whether you're the onedoing the judging, or

(10:45):
you're the one being judged.
Or you're both becauseyou're judging yourself.
That's a real slipperyslope right there.

Emily (10:53):
Totally.

Matty (10:54):
And this is why judgment is so easy to be
used as a control tactic.
And if you review history, you know that it has been.
Especially on grand scalesof certain organizations or
countries, and they've judgedagainst others across their
borders, or they don't believethe same that they have, and

(11:16):
then they justify what theydo out of those judgments.

Emily (11:21):
Yeah, I mean, horrible things have happened
from these judgments.
I mean, genocide and wars andjust it's just, it's awful
the things that have happenedfrom this human construct.

Matty (11:35):
From this human interpretation of what they
think their deity mightwant or their fellow country
people want to see happen.
But make no mistake, judgmentis a human construct.
It was created by humans.
Ultimately, the only onejudging yourself is you.
But that's only until yourelease your human nature

(11:58):
and return back to spirit, back to the creator, back
into your light body.
And you enter into your inbetween human lifetime fully
you reconnect with the restof your soul that's there.

Emily (12:11):
Yeah, that was very prominent in the life between
lifetime sessions and inthe past life regression
sessions when we go tomeet the spirit guides.
That is a very prominentfeeling, is that shedding
of the judgment and movinginto the higher perspective
of your life, of youractions, of, of, of it all.

(12:34):
Why you even needed toexperience some of those things
that you experience, like thatall just kind of flows into you.
It's pretty magical.

Matty (12:43):
Yeah, well, you've, you've shed your emotional
and conscious blocks.
Yeah.
Yeah.
The karma that we take onin this human life, it's
still there, but it's notthe same when we're in a
light body in spirit anymore.
We're free to see, like yousaid, babe, we're free to
see the higher perspectiveof all of our experiences.
And in my experience, leadingpeople into these sessions,

(13:06):
you know, sometimes theymight say, man, I, I could
have handled that better.
Or, you know, darn iti, I went to learn this
and I totally F that up.
That might be the, the harshestjudgment you have for yourself
when you're in a spirit body,but you're, it's more like,
I'll do better next time.
You're, you're like alreadypatting yourself on the

(13:26):
back, you know, like, good game, good game.
I'll be better next time.

Emily (13:30):
If you're willing to allow yourself to shed that.
If you stay within the humannature, then this guilt and
the shame can stick with you.
That's why you have tobe willing to release.
I think I justwhistled a little.
Release that part ofyour human nature.
Be willing to, I mean, Ithink a lot of people call

(13:52):
it, just go towards the light.
And that's literally whatthat means is like when you're
moving towards the light, you're shedding all of that
human, your human aspects.
All of those emotional aspects, all those feelings of judgment,
shame, guilt, whatever it is.

Matty (14:11):
I feel like it's the attachment that if you don't let
go of the attachment and we'vetalked in past episodes about,
Keepers of Neutrality and thatsometimes souls will kind of
put themselves in a timeout sothey can really sit with some of
their actions and what they did.
But these are souls thatcan't quite fully release the
attachments or the judgmentsthey hold against themselves.

(14:34):
That guilt or that shamethat's in there for the
actions they've taken.
And sometimes you justneed to go, I mean, I don't
know, spend a century orhowever long it takes.
There's not really, time justdoesn't really work in linear
fashion there, but you know, you just go put yourself in time
out or a purgatory if you will.
And once you feel like you'reready, then you come back into

(14:56):
the all with everyone else inspirit and fully reconnect with
your soul and then get readyto come do it all over again.

Emily (15:04):
But you always have that choice to do that immediately.

Matty (15:07):
And not put yourself in that time out.
Yeah, absolutely.
Yeah.

Emily (15:10):
You always have that choice to release that
attachment right off the bat.
Pretty incredible.

Matty (15:18):
So as we talk about some of these spiritual
truths, I mean imagine yourselfaccessing the Akashic records.
You can get guidance from yoursoul's record on what spiritual
truth means to you and whereyou fit into these truths.
On a grand scale or in thislifetime on, you know, if you
want to get specific about that.

(15:38):
Why are you here and whatdoes it mean to be here now?
With regard to what youinterpret as spiritual truth
and how to work it in a moreharmonious way in your life.
The Akashic Records are aspiritual source besides
the dogma of any religionor any other organized
spiritual practices.
You can tap intowhat your soul feels.

(15:59):
What's important to you, whatit means to you, without the
influence of anyone or anyother organization present.
It's done wonders for me.
Wonders for my own peace, my ownunderstanding, my knowing, my
lack of fear of what comes next.

(16:20):
All right, let's move on.

Emily (16:21):
So another really cool thing, and we've
definitely talked aboutthis on many podcasts is
that you can find out howpast lives have influenced
your present relationships.
This could be your romanticrelationships, your parental
relationships, your friendships,your work relationships.
I mean, really any relationshipthat you have in your life, you

(16:45):
can go to the records and youcan do research on why these
specific themes keep popping up.
And not only that, but youcould look at, you know, sources
or root causes of presentproblems and patterns that you
have in those relationships, fears, depression, shyness,

(17:09):
any kind of addictions orchronic poverty.
Or, you know, why you justfeel lonely no matter what,
even though you live witheight other people or, or five
other people, there's someof these things really do
just have their root cause, you know, from a past life.

(17:31):
And a lot of times it can besomething that was kind of
ingrained into you during a veryemotional time of a past life or
on your deathbed, essentially.
You could be on your deathbedand hear some really depressing
news and then you, you know, you die with this really, like,

(17:52):
deep sadness that carries over.
But because these feelingsthey don't have a way
to work themselves out.
When you don't have theemotional body to work
through it, then theycan sometimes carry over.
Now, when you are in spirit, you can have the healing,

(18:12):
but if it's something thatyou take on, like an extreme
emotion, like a belief or somesort of emotional pattern that
is ingrained into your body.
If it's done like right beforeyour death, then you don't
have a way to work throughthat in the physical reality.
And so therefore, it,it continues with you.

(18:35):
And it's passed to eitherthe next life or another life
that mimics the same archetypethat you experienced in the
lifetime where it started.

Matty (18:45):
Yeah, we've talked about these as past life
hangovers before and it reallyis energy from a past life
that is hung over into thislifetime that you're in now.
And Like Emily was sayingthat she was talking about,
you know, maybe on thedeathbed and something
really emotional happens.
But really at any time when youhave like a heightened sense

(19:06):
of emotions you've got all thisextra energy and we can really
take on beliefs and then theyget more deeply rooted than they
normally would because we'reexperiencing heightened emotions
and maybe intense mentalprocesses at the same time.
And it just reallyamplifies this energy or
this negative belief andthen it becomes part of us.

(19:28):
And this could happenright before we cross over.
This could happen at some point, but it goes unresolved and then
it shows up in our lifetime now.

Emily (19:36):
Yeah.
It's like literally likeplanting the seed into
your energetic template.

Matty (19:42):
It's a good way to look at it.

Emily (19:43):
And then because it doesn't have time to like
grow and develop and like beworked through then the seed
just kind of sticks with you.

Matty (19:52):
Until your next life.
And then it's spring andthe seed goes, yay, it's
time for me to come up.

Emily (19:58):
Yeah, or another, or a specific pattern or something
mimics the same thing thatyou experience and then
it's like a trigger time.

Matty (20:07):
Let's trigger that imprint from that past life.
Yeah.
Absolutely.
So these are areas and topicsthat you can explore around
your past lives if there areor is something that's going
on that you really just can'tquite put your finger on
or don't quite understand.
You can use the AkashicRecords to start to play with,

(20:28):
well, where did this come from?
Is it a past life?
What's going onwith this pattern?
And then the next thingwe wanted to talk about
was once you realizethat there is a pattern.
Or a set of circumstances ora problem or something that
you don't quite have figuredout and you're starting to
get some awareness around it.

(20:48):
Well now you can use theAkashic Records to not only
get the awareness aboutwhere these patterns came
from, and it may be a pastlife, but it might not be.
It could be your ancestral DNA.
It could be the environmentand the way that your parents
raised you or other experientialconditioning from, you know,

(21:10):
your close friends or whatyou've done in your life
have created these patterns.
But most importantly is nowyou can start to get some
guidance and some stepson what to do about it.
What's the best way to moveforward and maybe get healing.
Or even potentially reversingunwanted physical or emotional,

(21:33):
maybe financial or relationshippatterns that are in your life.
But it all startswith awareness.
And then you have theAkashic records to do the
exploring within to furtherthat awareness, to use that
deep connection to yourintuition and get some steps
on what to do about it.

Emily (21:50):
I mean, say you had a really religious life where you
were a nun and in this lifetime, you took a vow of poverty.
And you took that vowthinking that that was a
very spiritual thing to do.
That's done in a lot ofemotion, but that's not
even negative emotion.
That's like done in like faith.
And like positive emotion, because, you know, you

(22:14):
are proving your faithand your love for your
religion through this vow.
And so these types of thingscan also, you know, filter
through into present day lives.
And I mean, pretty mucheveryone that we've researched
in the Akashic Records, theirsoul journey, they've had
some religious lifetimes.

(22:36):
I mean, not necessarily everyonethat we've researched has,
you know, became a nun, butthey definitely had some sort
of very religious lifetime.
I mean, we're here, we'reall looking for the truth.
We all want to knowwhy we're here.
We all want to understand that.
And so, it is very, very commonfor us all to choose some sort
of religious lifetime or somesort of spiritual lifetime.

(23:00):
In order to understand thetruth About ourselves and you
know, why we're here wherewe came from and all of that.

Matty (23:09):
Well, especially when religions or you know different
spiritual practices can tellyou I we have the answers.
Do what we tell you to do andfollow these guidelines and
you'll end up in heaven foreverand ever and ever in eternity.

Emily (23:25):
And some of that advice is very devastating.

Matty (23:28):
I mean heaven is a potential for anyone.
Heaven is somethingyou can have right now.
Heaven, the way it'sdescribed, is a form.
It's a place to go, to be.
Well, you're in a place.
You be in a placeright now called Earth.
And anything and everythingcan happen in Earth.

(23:48):
Heaven can be hereright now for you.
I just find it veryinteresting in the regard
of there are so manypossibilities and potentials.
And we're coming hereto explore, to, to
learn about ourselves.
So absolutely, why wouldn't youjump both feet in, right into
the deep end, and have someintensely religious lifetimes,

(24:09):
or spiritual lifetimes, thatyou're trying things out.
Different ways of being, different ways of learning
about yourself, about yoursoul, through the many
lifetimes, like, totally.

Emily (24:19):
Yeah, and we've definitely found that the people
that have tried it all, thathave had the most experiences
with all the different typesof religions and spiritual ways
of being, they're definitelythe more rounded, well
rounded people, I feel like.

Matty (24:36):
I would agree, like, what's showing up in their,
soul journey reading thatwe're doing, and then when
we're having our 90 minutecoaching call and getting
to know them a little bitbetter and stuff, yeah.
When you see a lot of religiousand spiritual practices
that have showed up, theytend to be well rounded and,
you know, kind of peaceful.

Emily (24:56):
But I just mean like well rounded in their
understanding of life.
Like their openmindedness as well.

Matty (25:02):
Oh, big picture people.

Emily (25:04):
Yeah.

Matty (25:04):
Yeah.

Emily (25:05):
Definitely more of like people that just kind
of naturally understand thatthere is a higher perspective.
Not soup, you know, notliving with blinders on.
Just kind of cool, cool thing to observe.

Matty (25:18):
No one thing, one religion, one practice knows
everything, has it all.
I think there are truthsthat we can take from lots
of different places andincorporate them within what
spirituality means to us as awhole, you know, and if you're
both feet in the deep end inone thing, then good for you.

(25:39):
That's, that's what yourlife's up to right now.
I hope you get themost out of it.
I know I've tried it inother lifetimes myself.

Emily (25:48):
Oh yeah.

Matty (25:49):
In this one I'm, I'm more of a feeling into
what feels right to me.
And what works out for me andI've definitely taken from
many sources to achieve myawareness and my knowledge
and experience along the way.
I think my path is thepath of many paths.
Alright, shall we move on?

Emily (26:10):
Let's do it.

Matty (26:11):
Cool, cool, cool.
So this next one, givenjust what's going on in the
world and politics, and alot of people think there's
a lot of chaos and upheaval.
And I don't want to, you know, fall on any side of any issues
here, but the Akashic Recordsfor the grand scale of things,

(26:32):
like, you can learn aboutglobal energies and issues.

Emily (26:36):
And patterns.

Matty (26:38):
Definitely patterns, social, cultural,
religious, military.
You can work with theAkashic records as the
past, everything that was.
The present, everything that is.
And the future potentials, everything that could be.
It's just a, kind oflike we were talking

(26:58):
about spiritual truths.
It's hard for us in a human bodyusing just our mind to look at
what's going on in the world.
Just consider, given the stateof politics, there's a lot
of attempts to separate us asconstituents, as people, as
whether you want to talk aboutus as Americans or any other

(27:20):
country, but us as humans.
People look around every dayand they think there's chaos and
wake up going, well what next?
There's a lot ofthat energy going on.
I see it on social media.
People's emotions are rangingfrom angry, scared, overwhelmed,
gleeful, even feeling excitedabout what's happening.

(27:43):
For many different potentialreasons that excitement
could be happening.
No matter what you're feelingright now during these times.
Feeding into this usversus them energies.
I think it keeps us from seeingour similarities and finding
common ground potentialswith which to move forward.
And I know that the AkashicRecords and tapping in

(28:06):
and exploring some of thegrand scale of why these
things are taking place canreally help bring awareness
and higher perspective.
It's just so hard to findusing only our minds and
our human experience.
And we talked aboutjudging earlier.
There's a whole lot ofjudging about who's doing

(28:27):
what and why they're doing itand if it's right or wrong.
Remember, it's ahuman construct.
There's ultimatelyno right or wrong.
We may feel like it's wrongfor us or right for us.
But ultimately in thegrand scheme, there's just
us and our experience.
And I feel like it'sa really good idea.

(28:49):
And the Akashic Records hashelped me to know this and
see this in my own life.
Is when I'm starting to getpulled in different directions
and feeling certain thingsabout what's going on in the
world or what I'm seeing orhearing or feeling is to get
back to an emotional center.
And not let politics divide us.
I think this is a greatthing to attempt to do

(29:09):
to find a balance point.
And just imagine yourself,if you were tapping into
the Akashic records.
What kind of higher perspectiveand guidance you could get
on the bigger picture ofyour community, the country
you're in, the world atlarge of what's happening?
Explore some of these patterns.
What does it mean?
If you're feeling negativeabout what's happening, what

(29:30):
are the potential positivesthat can come from these things?
And you can explore this stuffbecause the Akashic records
isn't just soul records.
Anything that's beencreated has a record.
So our communities, ourcountries, businesses, I
mean, your animal friendshave records there.
The things that we as humanshave built have records,

(29:51):
there is just remembranceand there's so much
awareness that could be had.

Emily (29:56):
So, yeah, I definitely agree that, you know, there
is some chaos happening, andit definitely is perpetuated
through the media, andkeeping everyone in a state
of freaked out edness.
Yeah, the Akashic Recordsis a great resource for

(30:16):
tapping into the higherperspective and learning
more about what's going on.
How we can help, how we canmove forward, how we can
learn to love and createcommunity within this chaos.
And of course there is,you know, the caveat.
What, what's the caveat?

(30:37):
Well, it's time consuming.
It's time consuming todo all this research.
It's not like you just go tothe records and everything
is just implanted into you.
You know, it does, itdoes take time to, to
learn about these things.
And of course you, if you wantto be thorough, which I would
hope you would want to be, thenyou need to look at it from a

(30:58):
lot of different perspectives.
And so that is somewhattime consuming.

Matty (31:02):
Doom scrolling on social media is time consuming.

Emily (31:05):
Absolutely.

Matty (31:06):
I think exploring the Akashi records would be a much
more positive use of one's time.
I've definitely found thatthe more I use the records
and the less I engage withnews and media in general.
I mean, I do love mypuppy pictures and cute
animal stuff when I findit on the social media.

(31:27):
That's, that's myjam right there.
I get pretty excited aboutthat, but exploring the
Akashic records really hashelped me find more of a
center point and a balance.
And Emily so beautifully putit, ways to move forward.
To create community.

Emily (31:43):
I mean, if not for everyone, at least
for yourself, how you canlearn to live in this world
and not go fucking crazy.

Matty (31:51):
Amen to that.

Emily (31:53):
So let's end on a more positive note.
Yeah.
The sixth thing that you canexplore in the Akashic Records
that can be very valuable toyour life is you can find your
personal purpose and live a moreconscious and fulfilling life.
And this has definitelybeen huge for me.

(32:15):
Someone who has constantlybeen a soul searcher,
soul seeking, constantlywondering what my purpose is.
How I'm supposedto live the doubt.
Why aren't things fallinginto place for me better.
And, you know, learning howto access the Akashic Records
and being able to do theresearch in my soul's record

(32:38):
has definitely helped me withjust more of a knowing
that you know, thereis no wrong way to go.
There's only movement forward.
I mean you can staystagnant if you'd like.
But really movement forward isan experience is the main goal.

(32:59):
And really learningto allow yourself to
have more satisfaction, success in your life.
Because sometimes, youknow, we're blocking those
things for ourselves.
Sometimes you can do the samething every day and be miserable
and then one day you can changeyour perspective about it

(33:23):
and start enjoying it more.
Enjoying taking a shower, enjoying brushing your
teeth, enjoying working out.
Because, I mean, if you'reconstantly doing those things
and just hating it the entiretime, then just think about
what effect that is havingon your body, on your spirit,

(33:43):
on your emotions, on yourconsciousness in the now.
So really, you can start to havemore peace with why you're here.
And really have more peacewith the mundane as well.

Matty (34:00):
It's helped me big time with that one right there.

Emily (34:03):
I definitely still, I mean, we all still struggle
with all things all the time.
But I've definitely learnedhow to find more joy and find
more satisfaction and just morestillness within the things
that I have to do every day.

Matty (34:24):
I know for me, when I first started researching
the Akashic records and Iwas wanting to know about
sole purpose, but I wasalways anchoring it to
my career or finances.
That's what I thought solepurpose was, was achieving some
thing or, you know, some bigcriteria or idea that I needed.

Emily (34:41):
Checking off the boxes.

Matty (34:42):
Yeah.
No.

Emily (34:43):
Check them off.

Matty (34:44):
Nothing was coming up.
I couldn't find anything inmy sole purpose that was that
my soul came specificallybecause of this career,
because of certain financialgoals that I wanted to hit.
My soul had ideas of whatI could do that would
bring more satisfaction andsuccess to my life, but it
was more about feelings.

(35:05):
And the more being insuccess and satisfaction
feelings led to more successand satisfaction within
career and within finances.
So I did want to make sureto mention that your sole
purpose may not be attachedspecifically to your career.
To the job you're doing toyour finances specifically.

(35:28):
Which I know are super importantthat we all have plenty of
resources to take care ofourselves and our loved ones.
And to do the things thatwe want to do and to,
you know, enjoy ourselveswhile we're here on earth.
But I've found that likeEmily was saying, it's
more about finding growth.

(35:48):
And success andsatisfaction in just what
you're doing every day.
Experiencing that more has beenmore purposeful for my soul.
And I had no idea that Icame as part of my soul
purpose until we exploredthe Akashic records was.
to literally exploreemotions in a body.
And when I think of my life,I've been deeply down and

(36:10):
super elated and everythingin between when it comes
to love relationships andfamily and friendships.
I mean, I feel like mylife's been the gamut of
Emotionality, on how I feel, how I kept it all bottled up
inside, how I let it fly out.
That that was one of the bigthings for my sole purpose was

(36:33):
coming to have that exploration.
Not to have an even keeled lifeor just to find joy all the
time, it was to explore it all.

Emily (36:42):
Well, I do want to make a clarification, though.
Because, yes, your purposeis not your career.
Meaning, you didn't justincarnate to be like, I'm going
to be a lawyer this time around,or I'm going to be a teacher.
No, it's more like I'm going tocarry all of these qualities
that like carrying thesequalities and playing these

(37:04):
qualities out is how Ifulfill my soul's purpose.
Now you can carrythose qualities out and
fulfill your soul purposethrough your career.
Or through your everyday life.
Because you are playing outand you are living your soul's
purpose through these qualitiesthat you came here to be.

(37:27):
That's your purpose.

Matty (37:29):
Thank you.
That's a really greatway to put that.
I, I just wanted to make surethat people weren't attaching
sole purpose to their career.

Emily (37:36):
Well, I think that's kind of what we've been taught.

Matty (37:38):
Yeah, exactly.
That comes up a lot andwe've definitely been
taught that for sure.
But you're right, it isabout the qualities that
you have, that you came toexpress, that you came to
grow from and to experiencecan absolutely be wrapped up
in your career, absolutely.
And what you're achievingfinancially through your career.
I mean, Totally.

(37:59):
Thank you for puttingthat out there.

Emily (38:01):
Yeah.
And these can be qualitiesthat you are innately good
at because you've carriedthem forth into this lifetime
from your in between lifetimetrainings or from past lives.
But they could also bequalities that you're wanting
to explore that you may notbe so great at that you are
looking at from all different, all different ways here.

(38:25):
And so by doing that, you can learn to embody
those qualities more andmore throughout multiple
lifetimes, many lifetimes.
Sometimes it takesa few, sometimes it
takes, you know, a lot.
Just depends on how fastof a learner you are.
But It's really about bringingforth these qualities and

(38:48):
embodying these qualitiesin order to create this more
sense of wholeness within you.

Matty (38:56):
Yes.
That is definitely part ofour soul's purpose is to live
our life, have our experiencesand create more wholeness
or become more wholesome, well rounded as a soul.
Yeah.
Beautiful.

Emily (39:12):
I feel like that's a good stopping point.

Matty (39:14):
It's a lovely stopping point.

Emily (39:16):
It's really fun to talk about these things.
And we're definitelygoing to be talking more
about the Akashic records.

Matty (39:23):
I mean, it's pretty much my favorite subject.
We dive into the Akashicrecords and what can happen.

Emily (39:29):
Well, we are putting together a course
to teach others how toaccess the Akashic records.
Which is why we wanted to talkabout a lot of these things
and why you would even want toaccess them in the first place.
And really just kind of paintthe picture of all of the
different ways that it canreally be valuable in your life.

(39:51):
I mean, this is a lifetimeand highly valid, a
valuable skill to have.

Matty (39:58):
And if we didn't cover something in your
mind's going, well, whatabout this and this and this?
The answer is yes.
Anything and everythingcan be explored within
the Akashic records.
As long as it's aboutyour soul or someone that
you're involved with.
Or something that's happeningin a grand scale, like, that's

(40:21):
involved with the country and,you know, what's happening
at large with that, or thepeople around you, now you
can't go prying into thepersonal stuff of another soul.
But when you're experiencingsomething with them, you
can totally explore whatthis relationship means and
what's, what's happeninghere and where'd that pattern
come from and what can I doto move forward in a more

(40:41):
harmonious way and, youknow, and heal this pattern.

Emily (40:44):
Well, you can explore anything, but whether
you're given access, thatis yet to be determined
because it depends on.
You know, whereyou're coming from.
If you're coming from a placeof prying and not integrity,
then you may not have access.
And sometimes, even withyour own stuff, you may not

(41:04):
have access because it's nottime for you to know yet.
There's definitely been timeswhere I'm like, you know, I get
the notification, if you will.
Nope, you can't know that yet.
That's for you tofigure out still.

Matty (41:20):
Let's work on the next step towards
getting to know that.
Right.

Emily (41:23):
So it's like, I can give you this information, but
because, I mean, sometimes youhave to still figure things
out in order to get that nextlittle bit of information.
And if you are looking for anexample of this, in my Life
Between Lifetimes session, Iasked the question, is there

(41:45):
a place in, the world whereit would be in my highest, you
know, highest good to live.
And I just kind of hearlike this chuckle and
it's like, well, that'sfor you to figure out.
I'm not going to tellyou that, but it's
going to blow your mind.

Matty (42:02):
Yeah.
Can you imagine all theexperiences in between
then and getting to thatplace that won't be had.
Because the first thingwe would do is buy tickets
and pack up and go.
And we would lose all of thispotential experiential knowledge
for living, which is whywe're here to get this stuff.

Emily (42:20):
So that's just a, you know, a fun example
of sometimes you're notquite given the access or
the information, you know, exactly as you would like it.
But, you know, there's usuallya good reason for that.

Matty (42:33):
So if you're resonating with what we're talking about
and you can see the potentialbenefits for accessing the
