Matty (00:00):
Hello, amazing souls,
and welcome to today's show.
Emily (00:03):
Hello, welcome.
Matty (00:05):
Emily and I are excited
to be with you once again,
and we're going to talk abouta topic that is near and dear
to both of us, and somethingthat has helped our lives
tremendously to grow and shiftand transform from where we
were to just, I feel like, quantum shifts different than
(00:27):
what I used to live with.
And how I used to holdmyself back and keep myself
down and just where I wasemotionally and mentally.
Emily (00:35):
Yeah, we definitely
used to carry a lot more
anger and frustration.
And this has definitely helpedus regulate our nervous system
some and just help our overallview on our life in general.
Matty (00:52):
Absolutely.
It's helped a lot with doubt, regret, shame, things like that.
My overall view now when I lookback on my life, I just have
such a different perspectiveon the things that happened
and why they needed to happen.
Emily (01:06):
Well, so what is it?
Matty (01:07):
All right.
So I got two questionsfor you before we jump in.
Do you know the one thingin common that every
relationship in your life has?
Emily (01:16):
Ding, ding, ding.
Matty (01:18):
It's yourself.
And who is the only personyou truly have any control
over when it comes toeffecting change or creating
transformation in your life?
Emily (01:30):
Ding, ding, ding.
Matty (01:32):
It's yourself.
Emily (01:35):
Or maybe I should
have done a drum roll.
Yes.
I mean, if we haven'ttalked about it enough,
you can not help someoneelse change if they aren't
willing to help themselves.
I mean, you can't changesomeone else, just period.
Matty (01:51):
And no one else
can change you, but you
can sure change yourself.
Emily (01:56):
You can change yourself
and change energy when it
comes to someone else, butyou cannot change them.
Matty (02:02):
Nope, you can shift
the energy which will shift
the relationship and it may ornot, may or may not be exactly
what you're looking for.
But doing the self worktransforms you and you start
to call in that new levelof self respect, of healing
(02:23):
that you've transformed.
Whatever it is, youstart to call that in.
So we're going to go overseven ways to heal your
relationship with selfusing the Akashic Records.
And this is really near anddear to us as we're gearing up
to launch our first ever courseteaching other people how to
access the Akashic Records.
Emily (02:41):
Yes, we're so excited.
Matty (02:44):
Akashic Attunement
is what we're calling it.
We are so excitedabout it y'all.
Emily (02:51):
Yes, indeed.
Matty (02:54):
All right.
Let's jump in.
I think we should jump in.
Emily (02:57):
With number one.
Matty (02:58):
Do you want
to take us off?
Emily (03:00):
Sure.
So the very first way thatthe Akashic Records can
help heal your relationshipwith self is understanding
your soul's journey.
This is definitely a verypowerful way that the Akashic
Records helped us beforewe even learned how to read
in the Akashic Records.
We, you know, we got our souljourney readings and it was like
(03:23):
mind blowing how much it helpedus validate, just understand
so many things about our life.
It helped validate just a lotof things that we were going
through, what we, what we hadgone through and it helped clear
up the negative energy aroundthings like our life lessons.
(03:50):
Like, cause we definitelylearned, like, you
come here to learn thissmorgasbord of life lessons.
I mean, I say smorgasbord, but I mean, most people that
we've researched had between.
There were a couple peoplethat were only focused on one
life lesson, but the majorityof people had somewhere
between three, four, I thinkmaybe seven was the most.
(04:15):
But if you're, if you're lookinginto that many life lessons,
if you're exploring that manylife lessons in your lifetime,
then you are just dabbling ina bunch of stuff, I feel like.
Matty (04:27):
And your soul
mission, I mean, part of
that is about learning.
That you came hereto intensify the soul
growth and the learning.
Where other souls that mightbe more on a learning slash
support where they're here tolearn, but also support others
in their learning and growth.
May not be so intensely learninglife lessons if you will.
(04:49):
You're gonna have a little bitmore well rounded approach.
Emily (04:52):
Definitely and you know
some other things that are the
Soul Journey Akasha readinghelped us with, and then we
in turn learned how to do it.
And then we, we restructured itand we added some things to it
to better help our clients andjust things that we felt like
were very important to know.
We really dive in deep.
(05:13):
We, we really enjoy doingthis research, but some other
things that you can learn andwhat helped us is, we learned
our soul's personality traits.
We learned past lifeblocks to bring them up
for healing in the now.
We learned which gifts areimportant to focus on to create
the most success in our life.
(05:34):
And, you know, one of thebiggest things is what your
soul's purpose is, butwe're going to go into
that in a little bit moredepth in a little bit.
But, knowing these thingsreally just help you
understand your true selfand your soul self better.
And you can understand, like, okay, this is my soul, and that
is my personality and sometimesthose things don't always
(05:58):
mesh super well together.
And it's about really, like, bringing those two parts
of yourself together sothat you can really live a
life like more in alignmentwith those things and bring
those parts of you together.
Matty (06:13):
Well, yeah, I mean your
soul or your soul's personality,
that's like the most innateway you think and way of
being every lifetime you come.
But then we have this humanconditioning on top of it.
So they can be in conflict orvastly different because we get
so heavily conditioned by ourenvironment or our parents or,
you know, our friend groups orjust our experience in life.
(06:36):
That it is kind ofinteresting to be like, Oh
yeah, that is underneath me.
That has been kind ofinnately with me throughout.
Kind of was a part of mylife and you know, now it
feels like it's just tapping, trying to get through.
Because I've, you know, forme personally, I buried so
much shit on top of it that Ifelt like I wasn't connecting
with that deep innate soulpart of me and having a soul
(06:58):
journey, reading for myself.
And a huge reason why Iwanted to do this for other
people was to help themsee the divinity within.
Here's the personality ofthat spark, that soul, that
higher self that you are.
I just, I love it.
I find it wildly fascinating.
Emily (07:14):
For sure.
One of the things that I foundreally fascinating about one
of Michael Newton's books, Ican't remember which one was,
he said one of the biggest, like, one of the craziest
things you can basically doto yourself is be this, like,
really advanced soul and thencome into a body that has a
(07:35):
very disrupted brain chemistry.
Like, basically, like, avery advanced soul going
into a body that has a lotof mental illness, maybe
some sort of, like, reallydisrupted brain wiring.
I just felt thatwas like so crazy.
(07:56):
I mean, he talked about, youknow, the people that you see
like screaming on the sidewalk.
We actually just kind ofran into this the other
day on the, on the grocery.
There were like these two menscreaming at each other and
it was like, very clear thatthey were not fully present
with themselves in the now.
(08:16):
I'm just saying that as anexample, but that was something
that Michael Newton broughtup that I thought was very
fascinating and interesting.
Matty (08:22):
Well, part of the plan
that the soul makes for the
potential like possibilitiesand what you want to experience.
And then he even talked aboutand I've experienced this
myself doing an in betweenlifetimes regression session
with Scott, you know, whowas trained by Dr Newton.
But going in at around likefour months and checking in
with the body that's in yourmother's womb and being like,
(08:44):
yep, okay, yep, this, thisseems right, this seems like
the plans, you know, justlike I wanted it, the brain
wiring is the way I wanted it.
Yeah.
Okay.
And then you kind of can takeoff or stay around, but the
soul comes in and checks tomake sure that the body being
built was what the soul thought.
Because if it's not,sometimes that's where like
a miscarriage might happen.
(09:04):
It's like, Oh, something, the wiring went off.
I don't want to do this.
This isn't right.
It's just literally likethe soul says, nope,
this isn't right andwon't come into the body.
Emily (09:15):
Yeah, this isn't
developing exactly how
I wanted it to and I'mnot prepared to have this
kind of life, essentially.
Matty (09:24):
Mind blowing
stuff, y'all.
Your journey of your souland what you get up to is
things still one of the mostfascinating that I do in the
Akashic Records is researchinga soul's journey for them.
And compiling thesereports and then doing the
90 minute coaching callafterwards and connecting
with the human they are.
Because we don't evenknow who you are until
afterwards and then we getto meet you like I love it.
(09:46):
Love it.
Emily (09:47):
Yeah, it is so cool
And I mean, we've never I mean
everyone we've talked to hasjust been like, holy shit.
How do you know me this well?
Okay, we should move on.
Matty (09:57):
All right.
So number two identifying pastlife traumas and healing limited
beliefs, exploring these thingswithin the akashic records.
So you even know likewhere to put your focus.
Sometimes we just knowsomething's off, but
we don't know why.
We can't pinpoint it in ourlife, so we're not really
sure where it came from.
And when you're dealingwith past life traumas
(10:19):
that you carry over as ahangover in this lifetime.
So it's a past life hangover.
It's something that happenedin another lifetime.
It was left unresolved, soyou couldn't deal with it
properly, then put it down, and it comes into this lifetime.
And this can cause a lotof overwhelming emotional,
emotional and mental, like, distress in your life.
(10:42):
And using the Akashic Recordsto help identify these things.
Or to explore, you know, great fears that you
have that make no sense.
It might have been froma past life or something.
But having an ability, a wayto tap into everything that
you are, your soul's record.
And explore this stuff canhelp you find the awareness
and to address them and toget healing to effectively
(11:06):
create healing within yourlife and a new belief or a new
pattern or at least healingthe old one so you can step
out of it and then createsomething new in your life.
You know one personally forme that I wanted to share that
I thought about it because Imean it's so vast what could
be going on in your life.
But I used to have thisborderline immobilizing
(11:28):
fear of heights.
I would, you know, getin an elevator, sealed in
building, we're totally safe, and just moving like that.
Up and down.
If I wasn't taking stairs, like, it would freak
me out to move upwards.
To know I was going up.
To drive a car, or to ridein a car was even worse.
But, to be in agoing over a bridge.
Emily (11:49):
Going over
a bridge, exactly.
You and your wholefamily are that way.
Matty (11:52):
I know, but I mean,
I would, remember that, I
would be like white knuckling, because you get to that point
where you're climbing over abridge and then all you can
see is the horizon of thebridge in front of you and
you can't see what's coming.
And for some reason, myunconscious mind was like, we're
all just going to drive offand fall down into the water.
Like, I couldn't consciouslyprocess that the rest
of the bridge is there.
Just keep driving Matty.
(12:13):
You're totally going to be fine.
You're just goingover a fucking bridge.
You know what I mean?
Like I would berate myself.
Later, I'd be like, why did I freak out?
Like, this isjust, I don't know.
This is, this was creatingtrouble in my life and
exploring the Akashic recordsled me to a past life.
It's like going into WorldWar II on D Day, jumping
(12:35):
out of an airplane, anddying in that experience.
And, yes, that is traumatic.
Emily (12:44):
Yeah, you
sugarcoated that.
Matty (12:46):
Yeah, I sugarcoated
that one, didn't I?
Probably for the best, though.
I just dropped it out.
And that's part of theAkashic Records too.
The truth is just the truthof a situation, you know,
and I always find too whenI'm exploring that it's not
as emotional for me as like,I mean, obviously that was a
crazy moment in a past life, but having that moment, I
mean, it was never resolved.
(13:07):
I had no understanding, you know what I mean?
My body just did what itdid and hit the ground and
that was that, but it stuckwith me into this lifetime.
But once I found that outand I had that awareness.
That it wasn't somethingthat happened in my life.
That I wasn't indanger in this life.
That it was somethingthat happened in the past.
And I carried it over.
(13:29):
It helped, I mean,immediately, I felt better.
When I found out aboutthis, we were staying in
Florida at that 22nd floor.
And I remember the firstweek we were there, I was
like, oh, like, terrifiedto be on that porch.
And it was so comfortable.
And the view of the oceanand sunsets were amazing.
But I was, I was completeterror to be there.
(13:49):
Remember I pushed the chairall the way back against
the sliding glass door.
You have there, I wouldn't letit sit like a foot away from it.
Like it was set up and stuff.
And then I had this experienceand then immediately I could
stand up and I mean, I heldthe railing really tight,
but I could go to the railand hold it and look out
and look down and stuff.
And then within a couplemore months, I really don't
Emily (14:11):
experience.
Matty (14:13):
Hundreds of feet
up, like doing crazy
rock scrambling stuff.
I mean, we went to devil'sbridge and Sedona member.
I like, it's like six feet wide.
You just floating around, youknow, if you just jumped off.
And I just remember whenI jumped down and like did
pushups and stuff and hopback up, like Who am I?
Like it's awesome.
Emily (14:32):
Well, I keep laughing
because I'm like and then you
marry me and I'm like, let'sgo to the top of everything
What are you talking about?
I can totally look down.
Look at those cars.
Look at that.
Look how tiny that tree looks.
Matty (14:43):
And I was like, I'm
gonna be sick I feel like
a paper bag and it's justgonna be like tossed around
in the wind and flown about.
Yeah, so that is somethingthat having the ability to
access the Akashic Recordsand explore this great fear
of my life led me to find thehigher awareness and heal it.
Through that awareness tolet go of that energy that
(15:06):
I've been holding on to.
Emily (15:07):
Yeah, and I feel like
we've had lots of different
podcasts about limitingbeliefs and how, you know, they
really impact you in the now.
I mean, if you're startingoff with faulty wiring,
if you come into this lifethinking, I'm unworthy, or I
don't get to be happy, thenjust imagine how that will
affect your entire life.
So it's about really limitingor it's about really trying
(15:29):
to heal those limiting beliefsand You know so that you
can have a better life now.
Matty (15:35):
Yeah, there's a podcast
show called Navigating Duality
and Healing Limited Beliefsand it's a deep dive into the
subject of healing limitedbeliefs and dualistic thinking.
And one of, I like all ourpodcast shows, but that one
was, I felt like we were justjamming with that one with the
information we dropped for sure.
Emily (15:56):
All right.
So the third way, and this isa huge one, I feel like for
a lot of people, somethingyou can really learn in the
Akashic records is aboutyour life and soul's purpose.
And we've definitelytalked about this before
your life and your soulpurpose isn't a career.
It's more about thesequalities that you bring into.
(16:16):
you're into this lifethat you are meant to
like play out and explore.
And, you know, this has beenlike huge for us, I feel like,
because, because you learn aboutall these different qualities
and then you want to try to makesure that you are expressing
(16:36):
them in your life somehow.
And I mean, these arevery intricate qualities
that, that you bring intothis life to fulfill your
life and soul's purpose.
Matty (16:47):
Well, I mean, and I feel
like aligning with your soul's
mission, your life purposeand bringing that out into
your life that this alignmentcan bring about a sense of
fulfillment and self acceptanceand ultimately strengthen your
relationship with yourself.
I mean, that's been myexperience diving in and
(17:08):
understanding more of notnecessarily like what I wanted
to do as far as my humanbrain's thinking of doing.
But thinking of what my soulwanted to do and experience, and
you know, like Emily said, bringthese qualities in and share
these and have these experienceswithin that has really helped
me to just align more withinmyself and have that, like more
(17:30):
acceptance for what I've gonethrough, what I'm going through,
what I will go through nowthat I have this perspective.
You know, it is effectivelyshifted that for me.
Emily (17:41):
Definitely and
so just you know as a
small example of this.
I mean, I guess it'sa small example.
Although it's a big part of myexpression as a soul is studying
emotions while in a human body.
I mean I found in my life lifebetween lifetime sessions this
(18:01):
is a big part of why I'm here.
And it really correspondsto what I learned in my
Akashic Record soul journeyreading because my soul
originates in Spica, whichis a star system that holds
codes for enlightenment.
And so a big mission of Spicansouls is to understand how
humans can reach that state.
And, you know, most of thetime it's not a pretty, it's
(18:25):
not a pretty exploration.
How does one reachenlightenment?
It's not just like, Oh,here and I'm vibrating.
It's like, you come toearth, you're in this body.
And you're like, holycrap, I once knew what it
was like to feel amazing.
And now I'm in this human body.
(18:47):
And so if you can think aboutit, enlightenment, enlightenment
is when all of your chakrasare received, are fully
receiving the energy from thecreator without any blockages.
And so essentially when you comeinto your human form, Due to the
different lessons and the thingsthat you want to experience,
(19:08):
you are essentially formed, your chakras are essentially
formed with these blockagesso that you can attract these
experiences into your life.
When it comes to your lifelessons, you don't have
to do anything to createthe situations around them
happening, these themesare attracted to you
because of the way thatyour chakras are created.
(19:29):
And so due to being from Spica, this essentially means that
Spican lives here on earth arevery experimental because think
about like, okay, the, forthe search of enlightenment,
what does that even mean?
Does it mean, You know, taking this, or does
it mean doing that?
(19:50):
Or what experience or whatsubstance or what, you know,
meditation or what anythingcould possibly create
that within a human body.
And so that, that reallyresonates with me.
I mean, my life has been veryexperimental and that is,
that isn't always pretty.
Matty (20:11):
Yeah.
Finding out this for myself aswell, that this is something
that emily and I share as alife purpose and a soul mission.
This deeply resonated with me.
And for those of you thatare in the human design,
I'm a three, five generator.
So the line three is myconscious personality, which
is all about experimentingand trying everything out to
(20:33):
figure out what does work.
So when I figure out what does,I know how to proceed forward.
So my life has beenabout experimenting.
So it was kind of neat to, youknow, find these things out
and other layers to validate.
In my Akashic records, my souloriginates in Vega and the
Vega star system experiences amore positive side of emotions
(20:54):
being present and not thedeepness of the negativity
side of emotions that we canexperience here on earth.
But I also chose Spicaas a second home for my
formative incarnations.
So when you're kind of settingyour soul's personality from
where your soul originatesin the universe, you're going
to have, you know, 10 or 15,20 lifetimes in these places,
(21:16):
and they really kind ofset in with these energies.
And that's who, like, that'sinnately in your soul.
And most people have one.
Some have a couple of placesthat they'll choose to
be built into their soul.
And the second one for mewas Spica, and that's where
my soul and Emily's soul metwhen I started to come there.
And so I have thatsearch for enlightenment
(21:37):
hardwired into me here.
And experiencing the wildrange of emotions, the
extreme polar opposites thatwe can experience here on
earth was really importantto our life's mission and are
trying to discover throughexperimentation, how to achieve
enlightenment as a human.
And I can tell you thatI've had moments that
(21:58):
have felt enlightening.
But I've really figuredout way more ways not
to become enlightened.
So that's just a neat littlething to share with y'all.
That's a part of oursoul's mission is that
experimentation and searchfor enlightenment here.
Emily (22:17):
Yeah.
This next one'sa pretty fun one.
Matty (22:20):
Ooh, yeah.
Uncovering hiddentalents and abilities.
The Akashic recordscan uncover your hidden
talents and abilities.
Things that you maynot be aware of.
And recognizing and nurturingthese talents, they can
boost your self esteemand your self confidence.
They can really promote moreself love and more acceptance
(22:42):
for your gifts, for who you are, for, Holy crap, I can do that.
Let me experiment.
Let me play with that.
Wow.
I really can do that.
It can really just kindof, you know, give yourself
that little pat on the back, that little boost that.
That you're a bad ass,you got this stuff.
For me personally.
Emily (23:01):
So what are some of
your hidden talents, Matty?
Matty (23:03):
I wrote down
two, uh, to share.
And one of the things thatI've also explored was, you
know, uh, intuitive strengthswithin the Akashic records and
claircognizance, clear knowing.
Emily (23:16):
Well, that's something we
look into in the Soul Journey.
Matty (23:18):
It is something
that we do for you.
If you want to have a SoulJourney reading, yeah.
It's, uh, one of the mostimportant sections is, Hey,
concentrate on these gifts.
These are your strongestintuitive gifts
and empathic gifts.
But claircognizancewas one for me.
I wasn't really aware ofthis until I started my
work in the Akashic Records.
I had my reading and foundout about it, but through
my experimentation andworking in the records and
(23:40):
doing my research, I foundout that, you know, I was
really trying to force.
clear writing yeah, you know, just take a few minutes, sit
in front of your computer andjust flow and type it out.
And I always found this reallydifficult to do and get started.
And then sometimes could flow, you know, in work, but I started
(24:01):
to notice that when I'm askeda question, boom, I just get a
quick download and can answer.
Emily (24:07):
Gift a gab.
Matty (24:08):
And, uh, yeah, and
I started to play with
this and realized thatthrough the Akashic Records
that my claircognizanceis through speaking.
That's the strengthwithin it there.
So taking my strongestintuitive gift and then fine
tuning it by the research andthe records and by going to
the records and working onchanneling information and
(24:30):
playing around with that.
And the other one was, I didn'trealize, like I always knew
that as a Reiki healer I couldhold a space and, you know,
could move some energy around.
I did not realize that I'mreally freaking good at
transmuting energies, at holdinga space for, I mean, what I've
been through in my life, Ican hold a space for anything
(24:51):
somebody's been through.
I, I just have acceptancefor the path you've been
on, whatever you've done, whatever's happened to you.
And transmuting energyis something I, I
just, it's a talent.
I'm good at it.
And I, I'm a catalystfor change in this world.
I don't always know rightaway, but I'll find out
later that my actions orwords or just my presence
(25:13):
had an impact on somebody.
And it is something thatI wasn't really aware of.
You know, I can lookback at my past life
and see those examples.
And you know, in some of themoments that somebody came to
me later and, Hey, you saidthis to me and you know, it kind
of changed the way I thought.
And thank you for that.
I never said anything thencause I didn't realize in that
moment that it changed me.
(25:33):
But I just, this issomething that I wasn't
aware of until I could playin the Akashic records.
And it's really cool to playwith transmuting energy and, you
know, kind of being a catalystfor other people's change.
I love it.
So how about you, babe?
Emily (25:49):
So I wrote a couple
down as well and I thought it'd
be really kind of interestingto, because since Matty and
I both are claircognizant,he was talking about having
the Gift of clear speaking.
Well, that is definitely not theway my claircognizance works.
I am definitely more ofan automatic writer and
(26:10):
I think that's part ofwhat he was talking about.
Like I can sit down and go tothe records and ask a question
and just type out some answer.
And I mean I can even do it forme personally, and for Matty.
Just today I did an AkashicTarot reading and I've been
practicing by not even flippingover the cards, I just channel
(26:34):
the messages for each of thecards before I flip them over.
And it's pretty interestingbecause it's actually
helped me understand thecards and the vastness of
their meanings way more.
Matty (26:48):
Well, then there's and it
Emily (26:48):
makes them reading
way more powerful.
Matty (26:51):
They're eerily at
times accurate to Kind of
what the definitions withinthe books are talking about.
Where she'll literallychannel a line that comes out
exactly as the generic readingfor anybody to work with.
But the cool thing isEmily's channeling and
there's interpretations now.
And we're learning somuch more about this deck.
Because now it's likeoh, here's some nuance
(27:13):
it's even more personalto us, to me, to clients
that Emily's done this for.
This was an offer Emilydid on the newsletter.
This is why this hasbeen happening here.
So if you're on our newsletter, sometimes you get an invite
to cool, special littlediscounts and readings and
whatnots that we're into.
So.
Emily (27:30):
Yeah.
And actually this oneis available for the
rest of this month.
So if this is something that, you know, you find interesting,
it's an eight card pyramidreading and it's on special
for 33 and I channel, everysingle one of the cards
before I even flip them over.
And it's, it's been really,it's been really fun.
It's been super fun and cool.
And another hidden talentthat I found out about that
(27:54):
I didn't really recognizeuntil I started working with
the Akashic Records is howmuch I love doing research.
I mean, I always kinda knew Iliked research in some ways, but
I love doing this soul research.
And I learned that I am reallyamazing at finding patterns
(28:16):
in a large amount of data.
And I'm a master atfinding solutions.
Matty (28:22):
Yes, you are.
You are so freakinggood at that, baby.
Emily (28:25):
And so that is something
that I never really put
together before I startedworking the Akashic Records.
And it's been really cool to,you know, find that out about
myself and be like, holy shit,I am really damn good at this.
But when, you know, whenit comes to something like
solutions or channelinginformation, you don't really
know, like, I never knew thatI was good at that because I
(28:47):
never freaking tried it before.
So it's been fun toplay around with.
Matty (28:52):
Yeah, our parents weren't
instilling those potentials
within our lives, you know, forintuition and channeling and,
or at least that's super cool.
Cause that was nowhere tobe found in my family line.
Emily (29:06):
Actually, my mom
taught me about pendulum use.
She used to, she, shewould tie a piece of a
thread to like a needle.
And she was like, look, actually about the chakra.
She was like, look, ifyou hold it here, like
over your belly, it spins.
But I mean she didn'tknow the word chakra.
But she knew it as this ishow you can tell how many
children that you'll have.
Matty (29:27):
That is so cool, baby.
Emily (29:29):
And Nick and I my
brother he and I used to think
that we were telepathic likewe would totally like go to
separate rooms and try to readeach other's minds constantly
So It was you know somewhat.
I don't have the wordsfor it that I have today,
but I definitely had somefun You with those kind of
things when I was younger.
Matty (29:49):
Awesome.
That's super cool tofind out and know.
You may have told methat before, but it
didn't stick if you did.
Alright, shall we move on?
Emily (29:58):
Yeah.
Matty (29:59):
Okay, so number
five would be healing
karmic patterns.
Sometimes we choose to, or Ishouldn't say sometimes, a big
part of why we come, it's kindof built into everybody's, soul
purpose a bit is healing work.
And you know, wetalked about past life
traumas that came over.
(30:20):
Sometimes it's not thatwe've experienced the trauma.
Sometimes it's karma balancing.
It's something that we've doneand we're on the other side
of it, whichever side that is.
And so we'll come to heal thesepatterns that have been present.
And sometimes in many ofour lives, or sometimes, you
know, because it's a limitingbelief karmic pattern.
(30:41):
Or sometimes it's anaction and we're coming
to balance that action.
Or you're choosing to bea cycle breaker in your
ancestral dna lineage.
Sometimes healing a karmicpattern and cycle breaking
something can align and join upand be part of the same mission
and not a separate thing.
But you come to understandthese patterns and work towards
(31:03):
healing them and it can leadto immense personal growth and
self improvement within yourlife and like crazy energetic
healing can take place whenyou can shift karmic patterns.
A big one, I mean huge part ofmy life and definitely part of
my soul's purpose as well kindof talking about that topic that
(31:26):
we were on a few moments ago.
I went through you alot of childhood abuse
from three to ten.
I mean, immensely.
Finding out, workingthrough the records, I
have done emotional work.
My memories were repressedtill I was 30 and I, I did
a lot of emotional workand emotional backlog, kind
(31:46):
of working through things.
But once I was able to researchin the records and really
get into the nuts and boltsof, you know, one of those
big questions that a lot oftrauma victims have is, why me?
Especially from childhood.
Like, why did this happen?
I was just a kid.
You know, why me?
Why me?
And I, I mean,that was every day.
That was the loop thatI was stuck in until I
(32:09):
got into the records.
And until I learned thatgoing through this was about
balancing a karmic pattern.
One that I put into motionin a lifetime in Mesopotamia
and I put it in motion inmy family's ancestral line.
So this had been going onfor thousands of years,
(32:30):
something that my past lifecreated, passed down through
every other generation.
And this is why I chosemy particular parents.
So I could be born into this andtry to break this comic pattern.
To be a cycle breakerand to balance my own
personal karma from this.
Emily (32:49):
Yeah.
But to be clear, it wasn't, itwasn't your parents exactly.
Matty (32:53):
No, I'm talking about,
I'm just born into their
ancestral line, lineage.
This is why I chosemy mom and dad.
Emily (32:59):
Yes.
Matty (32:59):
Yeah, the things that
happened to me came from a
grandparent, a grandfather.
But I chose them so I wouldhave this opportunity because it
was the same bloodline from thestuff that I started way, way,
way back when in Mesopotamia.
And this sexual abusehad been passed down
every other generationfor thousands of years.
(33:20):
And I came for the opportunityto put an end to it to heal
from it to balance my own karmaand to stop it from moving
forward in my bloodline anymore.
Once I realized, it didn't makeeverything immediately better.
But once I realized it gave mea whole fresh new perspective
on being a survivor of trauma.
(33:44):
To I came for this.
I have survived this.
Now I'm going to healthis and stop this.
It gave me a whole newlevel of self confidence
and bravery for why I came.
The why me was actually,it was part of the plan and
(34:04):
that I was brave enough tocome and to go through it.
That blew my freakingmind because I'd always
seen myself as less than.
Or broken because this happenedto me and never because I was
brave enough and strong enoughto go through this and then
shift this energy and stop this.
Emily (34:24):
Very brave baby.
Matty (34:26):
You know, and that's just
immensely healing in my life.
Emily (34:30):
I feel like
that's a really great
segue for the next one.
Matty (34:33):
Yeah It is.
Emily (34:35):
So the next
one is promoting self
forgiveness and healingpatterns of self sabotage.
I say it all fun, butit's not like that
one's a really fun one.
But basically understandingthe reasons behind your actions
and decisions can really helpyou let go of regret and guilt.
(34:56):
You know, and really promotethis self forgiveness
and foster a healthierrelationship with yourself.
And I mean, this reallygoes along right with Matty.
Well, you know, what Mattywas talking about is getting
caught up in like feelingnot good enough or lacking
confidence or feeling unworthy.
Or blaming other people oryour parents for why you
(35:19):
aren't more successful, moreconfident, more happier,
more fulfilled in the now.
You know, when you're outof the house, it's really
up to you to choose toheal yourself and to have
healthier patterns in your life.
As hard as it can be, but thatis you know part of growing up.
(35:39):
And part of being an adultis you know, can you really
stop the blame and take selfresponsibility for your life?
Matty (35:48):
That's exactly what
I've been wanting to jump in
and say right there is takingthat self responsibility gets
you out of that victimhoodconsciousness and blame.
And puts you in amore empowering place
to affect change andtransformation in your life.
To actually haveless of the bad.
That's what most peoplewant is they want less
bad in their life.
(36:08):
Yeah.
And then it's like ohI can have more good.
Like most of us that wantchange we're not focused on
the transformation and thegood things that can happen.
We're usually focused on,God if I could just not
feel this way or drop thisit would be so much better.
But that's it,it's taking this responsibility
to know that you're braveenough to go through whatever
you're going through.
Or to have these beliefs orto self sabotage yourself
(36:33):
so you can be aware andthen make the change.
You are empowered.
You can be empowered if youdon't feel empowered, it's
part of your divine birthright.
Emily (36:43):
Absolutely.
And I mean, I think anotherthing is, is like we put it off.
We're like, when this happens, then I can finally be happy.
Or, you know, when I finallymake this amount, then finally
I'll be considered successful.
But the thing is, is that ifyou can't consider yourself
successful now, then youwon't be able to do it then.
(37:03):
Because it's about the patternthat you have in your brain.
It's about what you keeptelling yourself over and over.
And if you keeptelling yourself, Oh,
you're not successful.
Oh, you have all thisreason to regret all
this, all these decisions.
Then with that training, you're not going to be changing
the way your brain works.
When you finally get to whereverit is that you want to go, you
(37:26):
have to start that training now.
And it is pretty crazyhow you have to train the
brain in order to thinkhealthier, be healthier.
It is very important.
Matty (37:40):
I just wanted to add
one thing before we move on.
Understanding that oursouls chose to come for
the experiences that wehad, that we are having,
that we will have, to learnabout ourselves and grow.
That really helped me with self, like, self forgiveness, and what
used to be regrets in my life.
(38:00):
I'd already been kind ofusing my, I didn't really feel
that good about what I did.
So I'll try to do better I'dalready had that around it.
But I didn't forgivemyself and I still live
with a lot of regrets.
But working in the recordsand understanding that I,
we came for this experience.
That means everyone comesfor the experiences so I
started to understand that.
Oh My actions were probablyeven though I looked at it
(38:24):
as something I was sorryabout or a regret that I
had It was probably exactlywhat needed to happen.
And it's helped me to, youknow, I'd already been trying
to do better, but it's helpedreinvigorate that I can do
better, but it's let me beable to finally forgive myself
and to let go of the regretsand not carry them around.
Not literally have a backpackfull of regret anymore
(38:46):
because I was able to go.
I came for experiences.
Other people have come for them.
I can do better.
I am doing so much betterin my life, but I can let go
of that bag of regrets now.
There's no need to keeppunishing myself anymore.
That's something thatwork in the Akashic
records has helped with.
Emily (39:06):
I gotta give you
a high five for that.
Proud of
Matty (39:09):
you.
Emily (39:10):
Thanks, babe.
You are so strong and cute.
Matty (39:17):
I'm just reflecting
your beauty back.
And yeah, I'm probably asred as my water bottle here.
Emily (39:24):
And this last one is
something that we use, use
the Akashic records for allthe time is help with guiding
and our spiritual growth.
Matty (39:36):
Yeah.
Like on the daily, y'all.
Emily (39:39):
Yeah.
So the Akashic records canreally help guide a spiritual
growth, providing you withwisdom and insights needed
to evolve spiritually.
This growth can lead to a deeperunderstanding and accepting
of yourself as we have talkedabout in all the other examples.
And healing your relationshipwith self, which we've
also talked about inall the other examples.
(40:01):
We use the Akashic Recordsall the time for guidance.
We ask about everything,especially when
we're really stuck.
I mean, of course there aretimes where it's just like,
Oh yeah, I know that one, soI don't need the guidance.
But, you know, we can, weget into the records and
talk about the business.
Our relationships withfamily, friends, our
(40:23):
relationships with each other.
Where to go next, the bestpeople to get involved with as
far as friendship, business,
Matty (40:33):
house sits.
Emily (40:34):
Yeah.
How sits.
Like who, you know, where'sa safe place for us to go
and, take care of theirhome and their animals.
And we've had a blast.
I feel like we've donea really great job.
The Akashic records hashelped tremendously with the
guidance on these things.
Matty (40:55):
We've been open ended
traveling since August, 2021.
And I figured, you know, yeah,we were going to have some good
stuff and we were probably goingto have some, oh my God stuff,
like what the heck happened, but
Emily (41:09):
it's been
pretty damn smooth.
Matty (41:10):
Pretty damn smooth
using the records to
help with our decisionsand making the choices.
Emily (41:15):
And that's like
driving places, flying places,
doing all kinds of things, driving around the United
States, like multiple times.
Matty (41:23):
Totally.
Not just where are we flying, but out of what airport that
we're going to be near towhich flight exactly timeframe
for the smoothest tripthrough security and stuff.
Emily (41:33):
But then we always
do the clearings and we, we
have like this process that,I mean, I feel like due to
experimentation, we know thatit has been very helpful.
I think at this point we'vetried it and worked with it
so many times with the clearingand with the Akashic records
that we can say like, okay, yes.
(41:55):
It is very helpful and youknow, the techniques that
we've used have been veryuseful and very beneficial.
But it's also helped us withour personal relationship
with our spirit guides.
We've definitelytalked about that.
Like neither one of us had anysort of conversation, one on one
personal relationship with ourspirit guides until we started
(42:18):
working in the Akashic records.
That was a huge jump in ourintuition and just in our
life in general to be ableto call upon our Akashic
Record Spirit Guides.
Matty (42:29):
And it's just
been really cool and fun.
Yeah.
Emily (42:32):
Well, getting to
reconnect because they're
souls that we've known before.
And so that's been really cool.
But then since then we've metother of our Spirit Guides
and it's like, holy shit, theyall have different energy.
They all have differentstrengths and gifts
that, you know, they'rehere to help us with.
And it's just been prettycool because I kind of
(42:54):
thought people that talkedabout that were crazy.
Uh, but now I'm one of the crazyones, or one of the sane ones.
Matty (43:06):
I don't know if I
thought they were crazy, but
I thought, you know, they've,they've walked a little
too far off down the ledge.
And now I'm like prettymuch pushing them even
further I feel like myself.
Like, okay, nope.
I really do have a personalrelationship with them.
Okay.
That's, that's how that rolls.
Cool.
Emily mentioned clearingsand stuff that we do.
(43:27):
Like we work with divineenergy inside the records
every time that we go, butalso outside of the records,
just in our normal daily life.
And this has grown like ourconnection with the divine.
Everyone's divine birthrightto self love and self worth.
That's every soul.
But you got to cultivate it.
(43:49):
So accessing divine energyin the records really helps
cultivate that level of,yeah, I'm worthy to have the
divine step in and help meout with this, right here.
I think a lot of peopleput something like that
outside of their worthiness.
Oh, uh, you know, if Ido right, you know, when
(44:09):
I die, my soul, I'll getto experience the divine.
Well, we're in a humanbody here, but you can
work with divine energy.
It's unlimited.
It's amazing what you cando with transmutation, with
clearing, with setting upboundaries, protections, with
helping when you have travelplans to clear the path.
It's just, if you can thinkabout it, there's potential
(44:31):
help working with divine energy.
It's, it's been amazing.
And that was somethingthat was nowhere on my
radar until working in theAkashic records came to be.
Emily (44:43):
Absolutely.
Doesn't matter who you are, where you are, what you're up
to, you're more than worthybecause you are divine.
Matty (44:52):
Just because you are.
Emily (44:54):
Just because.
Matty (44:56):
Absolutely.
Well, we've gone through ourlist of seven ways that you
can heal your relationship withyourself In the Akashic Records.
Emily (45:06):
Yeah, this
one's been really fun.
Matty (45:08):
And the reason
we wanted to do this is
because we're launchingour course, March 13th.
Emily (45:13):
313!
That's my favorite number.
Matty (45:17):
Yeah, 313.
That has been a favoritenumber of yours for a while.
Emily (45:20):
One of them,
yeah, one of them.
Matty (45:21):
That's partly
why it was chosen.
But if you're resonating withthis and you see the benefits of
learning to access the records.
How it could be helpful to you.
This is the kind of stuffwe're going to be Teaching
you how to explore.
Emily (45:35):
Yeah.
This course isgoing to be badass.
Matty (45:38):
You're going to
get an attunement, a Reiki
initiation to the energyof the Akashic records and
meet your spirit guides.
We're going to be teaching youhow to work with divine energy,
how to clear energy, how totake charge of you and your
family's energetic wellbeing.
That's part of this.
(45:58):
We want you to be able tonavigate the astral realms
and not pick up astral debris.
Debris.
I'm not sure howthat word came out.
I felt like it felt likeI said debris, debris,
but we want you to avoidastral entities and debris.
And.
Emily (46:12):
But even more than
that, we're going to teach you
our step by step process onhow to act like once you get
your attunement to the Akashicrecords, we teach you our step
by step process to Access therecords any time that you wish.
Any time during the day,the night, any time that
you possibly want, youwill have lifetime access.
(46:35):
This step by step processto access the records.
We're going to talk about howto ask questions in the records.
How to really understand and getthe best guidance that you can.
And we're teaching all thisfrom all the experimentation
that we've done over thelast What, five years now?
Matty (46:58):
Yeah five years.
Hundreds of readings!Thousands upon thousands
of trips to the recordsand back just for personal
use or for or with clients.
It's going to be awesome, y'all.
Yeah, we're super excited.
So if you're vibing with thisthere will be a form that
you can fill out and we'llsend you more information.
Emily (47:18):
Yeah, but we're going to
be getting more information like
up on the website really soonand definitely subscribe to the
newsletter because we're, we'regoing to be sending out some
information with that as well.
Matty (47:29):
And you'll be keyed
in on what's going on and you
know, fun little other thingsthat we're going to be doing
in the future and whatnot.
All right, y'all.
So thanks so much for tuning in.
Emily (47:39):
Yeah.
Thank you so much.
This has been a really fun one.
Matty (47:42):
Yeah, I agree, babe.
Emily (47:43):
Mwah!
Matty (47:44):
We'll see you next week.
