Hello amazing souls and welcome to today's show.
Emily and I want to talk toyou about something that we do
pretty much on the daily, on theregular, and that's connecting
with our Spirit guides.
Emily (00:17):
Consulting with them, meeting with them,
asking them questions,getting guidance, getting
answers, all kinds of things.
Hello and welcome.
Matty (00:28):
So we just really want to dive into, what are Spirit
Guides like and tell you aboutour experiences and everything
we've learned over the yearsworking with our guide team.
Alright y'all, so withoutfurther ado, let's jump right in
and tell you that Spirit Guidesare all about your highest good.
And in contrast, using DivineAssistance is more about the

highest good of all, which wouldencompass us, ourselves, too.
Emily (00:57):
Yeah, but it's just more general.
It's like more aboutwhat's best and the highest
good of the universe.
And it seems like when youwork with divine assistance,
and when Matty says divineassistance, he's talking about
like working with Archangels orworking with gods and goddesses,
those types of beings.
When you're working with thosetypes of beings, well, I guess

God and goddesses, you'llactually get a little bit
more, specialized guidance.
But when you're workingwith like archangels,
you'll definitely get like.
Behold! I don't know, that seemsto be, I get that word a
lot when I'm like, whenI've channeled Archangels.
Matty (01:36):
I just feel like the main difference for
me is the guidance is veryrelative when I'm working
with Divine Energy for myself.
But I think I could takemyself out and you could
plug anyone else in and thatguidance would be pretty
relative for them as well.
Yeah.
Where working with my personalSpirit guides and my guide

team, it's very pointed to me.
There's almost like thispersonal relationship energy.
They know me well.
There's giggling and kindof jokes and kind of matter
of fact like speaking andbluntness, you know, kind
of like I am in real life.
A little bit of this backand forth, you know, unless
I'm just on a tear askinga bunch of questions, then

it's me asking questionsand receiving guidance.
But I just feel like it's muchmore pointed and you couldn't
really just plug any other humanin and it makes sense for them.
Oh, yeah, and their life.
Emily (02:27):
Definitely your personal Spirit guides have
known you for a long time orat least they got your file.
They have been caught upon your entire existence.
So they definitely arethere to help you with your
personal issues, if you will.
And give you guidance onyour personal situation in
your highest good based on,like what you're wanting to
(02:50):
accomplish in your life andwhat your life goals are and
what your life lessons are.
So they really, they havethe overview of all of
that, so they're like, okay,so your guidance is more
based on wanting to helpyou achieve those goals in
the best way they can help.
Matty (03:06):
Absolutely.
They know the outline of theplan of potential possibilities
for your life that your soulwas making in a light body and
Spirit before you incarnated tobe here and took on Spiritual
amnesia to forget that plan ofpotential probabilities that
you hope to achieve or not evenhope to achieve that you just
hope to get experience from.
There is no right or wrong orachievement or un achievement.
(03:29):
It, it's just all experience.
That your soul takes in andyou get to know yourself
better and grow as ahuman and grow as a soul.
Your guide team definitely hasan idea of this plan and wants
to help guide you towards thatand will steer you that way.
You know, dependingon what you're seeking
guidance on for sure.
It's interesting to notethat Spirit guides for

our Earthly incarnations,they have been to Earth.
So they have completed enoughEarthly incarnations to kind
of reach a level of wholeness,if you will, on the soul level
that makes them qualifiedenough to teach and lead us
on our paths of incarnationwhen we're seeking guidance.
So this isn't somebody thathas never had experience here
in the 3D being in the, theenergy of consciousness and

emotions and the disconnectionof Spirituality because we
came here with that amnesia.
So they have had theseexperiences before.
Emily (04:23):
Basically, they know how fucked up Earth can be.
Ha,
Matty (04:26):
ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
We all know it.
Emily (04:28):
We'll just sum it up like that.
Matty (04:29):
Life's a little messy.
It's all the things.
Each of us has anywhere betweenfour and seven Spirit guides.
We will all have one main guidethat has been with us through
the entirety of our existence,through all of our lifetimes.
So this guide has been herefrom the beginning until
the now, if you will, inour linear time concepts.
(04:52):
And then we have other guidesthat might be here for the
whole of this lifetime.
And some that come and goduring this life, depending
on what's going on in our lifeand what we need at that time
frame that we're experiencing.
Emily (05:04):
Yeah.
For example, if you arewanting to take on a more
intuitive life, you mayhave a specific guide that
comes to help with that.
Or if you were wanting tostart like a specific business
in a specific area, thenyou may have a guide come
in to help you on that path.
There's a plethora of differentspecial trainings that your
(05:29):
guides have had that theycome here to help you with.
So it just really depends on,basically, what your choices
are and which way you go.
And then they're like,alright, you're up! You know?
Yeah, tag, you're in! Yeah.
So it's pretty cool.
Matty (05:46):
I just mentioned that we all have one main guide that's
been here since the beginning.
So let's talk a little bitmore about that, the main
Spirit guide that's beenwith us for the entirety of
our existence, if you will.
Emily (05:58):
Yeah.
What kind of roles doesthe Spirit guide help with?
Matty (06:01):
This guide is going to kind of oversee your guide
team and be around for personalconnections when you call on
them to help with your life now.
But this guide is also goingto be with you when you're in
a light body, in Spirit, andyou're not incarnated on Earth,
and you're making the plans forwhat you want to accomplish.
(06:24):
Like what you're wantingto learn from and have the
experiences and what are yourmotivations for coming here.
Helping choose your justifiedkarma like your life lessons.
So you'll work with your mainSpirit guide and what we call
Reishi souls that specializein Earthly incarnations and
planning your future likekind of incarnated lifetimes.
(06:44):
And sometimes you'll be evenplanning out several in a row
to kind of work through things.
I want to go be with this familyso I can learn these things and
have these experiences in thisenvironment and then move to
this next family the next time.
So you're not always justplanning the next one,
sometimes it's a few out.
But this main guide reallyknows you this whole time.
Knows your motivations,knows what you're really
into and can help you seethe bigger picture sometimes
(07:07):
when you're starting to getpresented with options and
choices for your incarnations.
And what could be goingon for you, depending on
the choices you make whenyou're here as a human.
Cause, I liken it to,uh, your soul's writing a
check that your human butthas to cash, if you will.
Emily (07:24):
And most of the time we get to Earth and
we're like, oh God, whathave we done to ourselves?
Matty (07:29):
Yeah.
Emily (07:30):
Because when you're in Spirit everything's all
great and fun and there's nojudgment, there's no density.
Matty (07:36):
Yeah, there's no right or wrong, there's
no positive or negative.
Yeah.
That we kind of havethese judgments about
our experiences here.
We're just thinkingabout, Oh, I'm going
to get this experience.
It's going to be great.
That's pretty much the gistwhen you're in Spirit and
a light body, it's justall going to be great.
And as we know, being here,it's, it's wonderful, but it's
(07:58):
all the things and not all ofthem are great experiences.
Emily (08:02):
Yeah.
And that's definitely one of thethings that we've seen with our
clients is the density factor.
A lot of people, if youcome from a planet that is
really high vibrational,or you were maybe a light
body, and didn't actuallyhave a body on that planet.
You may have more of adifficulty adjusting to the
(08:22):
density of Earth, becausethere's all the energies here.
And, not to mention, I mean,we've mentioned this on previous
podcasts, where we have thephysical body, we have the
emotional body, we have themental body, we have the.
Am I missing one?
I feel like we're missing one.
Spiritual body.
Spiritual body! Duh.
So we have all of thesedifferent energies coming
(08:44):
together here on Earth and soit makes it a little bit more
challenging to adjust and itdefinitely depends on, you
know, what kind of vibrationyou're bringing with you
and also it depends on whatpercentage of your soul you're
bringing with you as well.
Like basically what yoursoul, you can think of your
(09:06):
soul as like your powerbox, or your battery pack.
So like how, what percentageof that are you bringing
with you to help you likereally power through the
challenges here on Earth.
Matty (09:20):
The more soul energy you bring, the more energy,
the more willpower you havefor seeing things done.
More of a connection here inthe Earth plane, as opposed to
where the rest of your soul,your higher self back in Spirit.
Where you have that open line,that connection, once you learn
how to cultivate that intuitiveconnection to your higher self.
(09:42):
But having the energy here isusually a big boost to what you
can accomplish, what you can getdone, how quickly awareness and
higher perspectives come to you.
We found that a lot ofpeople bring about 50
ish percent of their soulto their incarnations.
Sometimes less, sometimes more.
It's just, that's anotherchoice that you get to make.
Emily (10:02):
Yeah.
So many choices.
So if we have not madethis clear, there is a
lot of planning that goesinto each incarnation.
A lot.
A lot of planning goes intoyou being here right now.
Matty (10:19):
Absolutely.
I mean, just think aboutall the choices you make
in a day and what if youmake different choices that
lead to different things?
This is the kind of potentialprobabilities that your
soul is looking at whenit's making plans for what's
going to go on and how you'regoing to make these choices
and it's going to align.
And sometimes it doesn't seemto matter what choices you make.
(10:39):
You're kind of intuitivelygetting steered in a certain
direction and you're goingto end up there anyways.
That's kind of the point ofplanning out these potential
probabilities that yoursoul is going through.
But it's just infinite atwhat lies ahead and all the
choices we make in a lifetime.
It's kind of mind boggling tothink about, a lot of that was
thought of before you came.
So something pretty cool thathappens with your main Spirit
(11:01):
guide when you're back afteryou're done with your Earthly
incarnation and sometimesbefore you come to one is
they will accompany you toa Council of Elders meeting.
And the Council of Elderskind of, they oversee it all.
Not just your lifetime, butthey're overseeing many main
(11:21):
Spirit guides and all of thepeople that they help guide.
All the souls, if you will.
So this is kind of like, youget to check in occasionally
with them and look atthe main arc of all your
lifetimes and, you know, geta lowdown on how you're doing.
Do they have any tips,any advice that they want
to give to you and stuff.
(11:43):
And these are prettywild experiences.
Emily and I have metwith our Council of
Elders in a Life BetweenLifetimes hypnosis session.
Emily (11:52):
Yeah, and one other time for me in a guided meditation.
Matty (11:56):
Oh yeah, I remember you telling me about that now.
Pretty cool.
Emily (12:00):
It is a very mind blowing experience really
because you literally, itliterally is almost like
you're sitting in a boardroomwith a bunch of beings.
I mean, I'm not going to saypeople because they definitely
don't come through like humans.
And they just tell youhow you're doing, how
you're doing in your life.
(12:20):
You know, luckily they trynot to, I mean of course
it's all non judgmental so,they just give you gentle
nudges saying, you know,you could do this better.
Or you're doing a great job,you're following the plan.
You know, you're not as faroff course as you think.
So it's very helpful, and also,you know, uplifting as well.
(12:44):
And sometimes they giveyou little symbols or
some sort of trinket orsomething to take with you.
Like, for example, when I was inmy, uh, Life Between Lifetimes
sessions, I know my guide, hewas like, okay, do the elders.
I mean, we call them the Councilof Elders, there's a million
other names for them, it'sreally you know, personal to the

person, what they actually callthis group of people to them.
But my guide asked if therewas anything that they wanted
to pass along to me or togive to me and I just remember
all of a sudden I had thisenormous gold key in my hand.
No instruction, no this iswhat it's for, no nothing.
(13:27):
It's like, okay, now I havethis mystery to figure out.
And I have definitelygotten some hints along
the way what it is for.
But it's just a reallykinda crazy thing.
I mean it was literally asreal as just somebody coming
and handing me a giant key.
And it was beautiful and gold.
(13:48):
And it looked like anOttoman key from like Turkey.
It was cool.
Matty (13:53):
Yeah.
Emily (13:54):
What was your Council of Elders like?
Matty (13:58):
You know, the wild thing for me is reading
different stories of howpeople interpret them and, you
know, quite often it's, it'sthe old wise man, sages, or
whatever up there, you know,in their Council of Elders.
But for me, it was like beingtaken to the very front of
the classroom, in the desk andI'm sitting there and then in
(14:20):
the desk kind of behind me offto the side is my main guide.
Like I could feeltheir presence.
But when I looked up, I didn'tsee a council of elders per se.
What I saw was a 25 feet wide by15 feet tall amethyst crystal.
Council of elders is usuallybeings of energy and as my
(14:42):
guide was asking questionsand I was receiving guidance,
it was all claircognizance,it was just a knowing, it was
telepathic like communication.
But in different areas ofthis crystal, it would like
light up and it would, itwould just be like, bloop,
bloop, bloop, bloop, bloop.
And lights would be flashingin this one little area and
(15:03):
my attention would kind ofgo to the left and I'd be
like, uh huh, huh, okay, yep.
Got it.
And then another questionwould come out and my attention
would go to the right andthere would just be flashes
of lights and like, youknow, and I'd be like, yep.
Okay.
Got it.
So I just was hanging out withthis huge crystal and above
the council of elders was thislike open dome like building
(15:27):
and it was the deepest blackestlike purple I'd ever seen.
And it felt like perfectedsource energy was like
observing, like justhanging out, if you will.
And at one point we're talkingabout my life's missions
and how I've kind of strunga bunch of lives together
(15:49):
to work off a lot of karma.
And I got to see the firstmoment that this happened.
And there was this almostlike ascended master like
being, it just made this noisethat was like a big viking
horn blowing or something.
And it, and it was justlike, it was waaah!
(16:10):
It was freaking incredible,the, the sound rippling
through my body.
And it, like, shifted my energy.
And then I saw millionsof souls jumping to go to
Earth at the same time.
It was like the call ofthe wave had happened.
And all of these souls werecoming to basically live their
life here and start to filterout a lot of the negativity
(16:35):
and the violence and to shiftthings and to break cycles.
And this was a multiplelifetime type of experiment
that was going to go on.
So that was
Emily (16:46):
That was all in your Council of Elders?
Matty (16:47):
That was in the Council of Elders meeting.
It was pretty cool.
I kind of, I remembered thebig crystal, but it just popped
in my head that that's whenI found out about my life
mission was actually like fivefold lifetimes that I've been
planning and working through.
To work on karma and to havethese experiences to break
cycles and put an end to thebullshit that's going on here.
(17:07):
And that there's actuallylike, Earth's vibration is
changing and there are alot of cycle breakers here.
I mean there were so manyflashes of soul lights jumping
into Earth, it was millions.
Emily (17:17):
Wow.
Matty (17:17):
It was a cool experience, pretty cool to relive it as
I'm telling it right now.
Emily (17:21):
That's awesome.
Well let's get backto the Spirit guides.
Matty (17:25):
So one of the last cool things that happens
is at the end of pastlife regression sessions.
And we experience this with ourmentor and teacher, and this
is what we do with our sessionsnow, is that we leave the Earth
plane on the last day, and we goup into the astrals and we meet
with your main Spirit guide.
(17:46):
And that's whoattends the meeting.
Emily (17:48):
Yeah, it's so cool.
Matty (17:49):
It's so awesome.
If you've never had this kindof connection before, now you
get basically a face to facewith your main Spirit guide.
And we make sure to like,Hey, what's the connection?
What's your energy signal like?
You know, what'syour signature here?
How's this communication work?
How can they, how canthey tap in with you?
And you have thisconnection forever.
(18:11):
Like, because of this, Ihave a connection to my
main Spirit guide forever.
It has never wavered.
It's just been there sincethe first time we've met.
And it's like, I've beenhere forever, dude, yo.
I'm like, oh my God, you have.
I know your feeling.
I know this feeling.
I know this, that's one ofthe super cool things about
these past life regressionsand the Spirit guide meetings
(18:31):
at the end is they're there,and you get to meet them.
Emily (18:35):
Yeah, and that's definitely the same way
for me, and for our clientsthat we've spoken to,
they've said the same thing.
They're like, Oh yeah!We have one on
ones all the time!I'm in total connection with
them, and it's just so cool.
Just the amount of wisdomthat comes through.
(18:55):
And it's so cool, too, becausethere is this tons of wisdom
that comes through, and thenthere's also a lot of uh huh,
uh huh, uh huh, and you knowthat they're like speaking
telepathically with each other.
And it's just like, uh huh, uhhuh, I know everything, I know
the meaning for everything now!It's just so funny.
I mean, so funny,but so freaking cool.
(19:19):
It's so amazing.
Matty (19:20):
Yeah, I've been on the other side of it, but it is
really neat when you're guidingthe session and sometimes
they're speaking exactly whatthey're hearing and then other
times like you said, just uhhuh, yup, uh huh, uh huh, it is.
I know what that's like toformulate words to speak
back out, but then you know.
It's amazing like how muchis there that for us and
we're just not aware yet.
But once you're aware, itdoesn't really go away.
(19:44):
You may need some remembranceshere or there, but once
you're aware you have amain Spirit guide and how to
connect with them, it's there.
And the information isshared, and it's there.
That's pretty cool.
Emily (19:54):
Yeah, that is one of the things about communicating
with your Spirit guides isthey are typically used to
speaking telepathically.
So like we've been saying likein the Spiritual regressions
like with our clients andwhat we've experienced
personally as well when weare communicating with our
Spirit guides, there is a lotof like telepathy going on.
(20:17):
So basically you just kind ofhave all of this information
like implanted into your mindor into your head and it's
like you just get the point.
You just understand what they'retrying to convey to you in
a very short amount of time.
And Spirit guides canbe very literal, almost
to an annoying point.
(20:40):
You would think that theywould just kind of know
what you're thinking orexactly what you mean, but
that is not always the case.
Um, you do have tobe very careful.
I mean I'm not putting wordsof caution out, but you do
have to have some sort ofcarefulness with the words
that you choose because theywill answer you literally.
(21:01):
So if you're using a lot oflike, lingo, or if you're using
a lot of slang, chances areyou're probably not going to get
very pointed guidance becausethey may not understand exactly
what you are trying to ask.
So it's very good to formulatequestions very literally.
(21:21):
Would you agree?
Matty (21:22):
I totally agree.
Especially when working witha pendulum and yes and no
question answers, you know,to get just really quick,
accurate answers like that.
I definitely thinkit really matters.
I mean, just recently, it,there's been a lot of snow
in Colorado where we're at.
And we wanted to go visitfriends and then it started
snowing a whole bunch.
Emily (21:42):
I know, I'm so sad.
And of course, it'sthe only day it snowed.
It's the day that we weresupposed to go visit.
Or, I mean, like, bad.
Matty (21:49):
It just kept snowing.
If it would have just snowedand left, they would have
cleared the roads and everythingwould have been great.
But, so Emily and I arereally looking forward to
hanging with our friends.
You know, we've been kindof cooped up in the house.
I mean, this was going to beawesome to get out of here.
We're going to take sweet babylittle Aspen puppy with us.
They've got a couple dogsand, you know, so the puppies
were going to run around.
We were going to chillwith our buddies.
(22:10):
We were really lookingforward to this.
But as the weather's worseningand it's just not improving,
we're starting to feel thismay not be the best for us
to make the drive down thereand get through the roads.
And we got confirmation thatthe roads were sloppy and messy.
But as I'm checking in withmy guides, I'm asking, is
going to Denver to see ourfriends in our highest good?
(22:31):
And I'm getting yes.
And I'm like, really, okay.
Emily (22:34):
Awesome.
Let's go.
Matty (22:36):
Is the weather not as, not as intense
or as bad as I think?
No.
Oh, so it is as intenseand bad down in Denver too?
Yes.
But it's in our highest good togo visit our friends in Denver?
Yes.
I'm just like, I'm confused atthis point because I know this
is going to be a shitshow drive.
(22:56):
I also know that we'recautious and have all wheel
drive and we'll get there andthen we'll have a great time.
And then I finally dawned on me.
If it's in our highestgood to go see our friends
in Denver, is it in ourhighest good to go today?
No.
I'm like, well, why not today?
Well, because it'sterrible weather.
Why would you go driving today?
And I'm like, oh my God.
(23:17):
You know that I'm basicallyasking about today.
Emily (23:19):
You know I'm asking about the weather.
Matty (23:21):
You know, and then the guidance is like, well,
but you never said today.
And I'm like, you win, youget it, you know, so sometimes
it can literally be literal.
That's one of the things thatworking with your guides is just
be open to the fact that youmight be getting answers to the
literal questions you're asking.
If it seems off or justnot right, think about the
(23:43):
question you're asking andthe answer you're getting.
Is that really the questionyou want to ask and the
way you want to ask it?
Emily (23:49):
Exactly.
That's why we recommendasking lots of questions and
Like asking the same thingin lots of different ways.
Matty (23:56):
That's absolutely.
Emily (23:58):
I mean, that can get a little bit confusing depending
on how many ways you ask it,but you definitely want to try
to cover all bases essentially.
You know, if you're lookingfor guidance, if you're looking
for guidance on a certainthing, you definitely want
to cover all the angles sothat you do get the guidance
(24:19):
that you're looking for.
Matty (24:21):
So I did want to mention quite often with your
Spirit guides, your guideteam, the four to seven,
that you will often have somesort of connection to them.
You will have incarnated withthem or known them somewhere.
Quite often this is a pastincarnation on Earth where
your souls did some worktogether and became friends
(24:43):
and had a really good time.
And then you got to knoweach other and did other
incarnations and now they'reone of your Spirit guides.
You can also meet your Spiritguides when you're doing
inbetween your humann lifetimestrainings up in Spirit.
As a way to be in service to allsouls and to the divinity, the
creator, you know, the Spirit,the god, goddess, the universe.
(25:06):
We all kind of take onroles where we train, so
we can help creation out.
And there's a lot of other soulsthat we meet along the way.
You could have made friendsthat way and they are
joining up to be your guidebecause of that connection.
I did want to jump in and justsay that for me personally my
(25:27):
Akashic Record Spirit Guides,when I met them, and I found
out that my connection, I havetwo, there's no right or wrong
number, you know, it couldjust be one or several, but
the two that I have, I'm a, astar seed soul, so originally
my soul incarnated somewhereelse besides Earth, as its
original home, and that homeis in the Vega star system.
(25:50):
And my Akashic Record SpiritGuides are my original
mother and twin brother frommy very first incarnation
that my soul ever had.
And I felt thatresonance deeply.
You know, the mothering energy,the, Hey bro, how's it going?
You know, just this likekind of fun loving, I know
(26:12):
that we got into some, wehad a good time together.
We got into some troubles andmade a mess of things and had
a lot of fun in Vega for sure.
Emily (26:22):
Yeah, it would be, it will be interesting when
we start training people inthe Akashic records and you
know, with their attunement.
Cause I'm curious becausemy, uh, Akashic record guide
is also my mother from myvery first incarnation.
My first incarnation was inthe star system of Spica.
I would be interested to knowif that's like the case with a

lot of people, if it's a lot ofpeople's first, like, mothers
from their first incarnation, orif that's just kind of because
you and I are obviously in thesame soul group, soulmates.
So maybe that's just kind ofwhat we chose for ourselves
or something, but that'dbe interesting to know.
Matty (27:02):
I'm very curious myself to see.
Emily (27:05):
Yeah, so if there's people out there that know
their Akashic Record SpiritGuides, that would be an
interesting question to know,are just how do you know them?
How do you knowthem from your past?

Yeah, how did your souls get to know each other?

Yeah.

Your Spirit Guides havetheir own personalities too.
And it will come across themore you work with them and
you get to know their energy.
Like Matty was saying when hefirst met his guides, he knew
right away that, you know,he knew these beings before.

And I definitely felt likethat same amount of like
comfort just knowing my guide.
She comes throughas just energy.
So it's just more like I feelher presence there with me.
So that's kind of cool,so they can come through
in many different ways.
What do your guidescome through like?
Matty (28:08):
My main Spirit guide, I'll talk about this cause
this, this cracks me upevery time when I've tried
to get like a visual of theenergy of Alcyon and just,
Hey, what do you look like?
You know, basically,and what I get
is a kind of crystallinesheet, if you will.
(28:29):
You know, so if you've everlooked at quartz crystal in the
sunlight and you know, you'vegot this clear, you know, kind
of milky white quartz crystalwith the sun shimmering in
and you get these purples andturquoise and teals like kind
of shimmering through it.
So I get this like sheet thrownover a theater spotlight.
So, there's just this big,bright light shooting through
(28:52):
and then I can feel thepresence of this huge smile
and a, just giggling at me.
Like I'm messing with you?
Exactly.
Like I know it's just,Alcyone's just messing with
me, having a good time.
Because in the end, I know itdoesn't matter what I would
perceive visually and stuff.
So I just kind of like, Idon't want to get caught
up on the looks and things.
(29:13):
So that's just getting messedwith and I, and I love it
that there's this goofiness.
And we kind of get thatin and I laugh often when
I'm working with my mainSpirit guide and stuff.
It's like there's a friendshipand at the same time it's
my mentor if you will.
You know, it's mysoul's mentor and guide.
(29:33):
But I know that we've hadsome friendship and you
know that we've kind ofslipped into that realm too
I feel like our souls have.
Emily (29:40):
Yeah.
Yeah, my main Spirit guidecomes through as like a
bright turquoise and purplelight just like and gold.
I mean, it's just beautiful.
It's like a lightshow every time.
But yeah, that's how Averyappears, which is pretty cool.
And he definitely, I wouldn'tsay he's like a jokester, but
(30:01):
he definitely likes to messwith technology sometimes.
And I feel like he's setup a lot of like mysteries
and riddles for me tosolve along in my lifetime.
And I definitely likethat kind of thing.
I definitely loveto solve riddles.
And once I found out thatthat's kind of, like, what
intuition is all about.
You'll get a little nugget, oryou'll get, like, a little hint,
(30:22):
and then it's, like, you haveto kind of follow the breadcrumb
trail to find the whole picture,or to learn the entire story.
And so, I definitelythink that Avery kind
of sets that stuff up.
Matty (30:37):
Well, I'd say we've definitely talked in the past
about, you know, when you'regetting intuitive guidance
and you want the final endstep to the 50 point plan.
You're really going to get thefirst step or two, you're going
to get that nugget and thendepending on how that changes
you and the action you take andthe new awareness or perspective
(30:57):
or what you go through.
Then you'll get the next stepand the next step along this
path, if you will, leadingto not an endpoint, but more
the result you're looking foror what you were trying to
set up or learn or grow from.
It's usually not justone thing and it's like,
oh, I know it all now.
It's like one, well, howdoes this change you?
Who are you now?
(31:17):
Oh, okay, cool.
This is what you did with it.
So now here's the nextpiece of information.
Emily (31:21):
Right, exactly.
Matty (31:22):
You know, so I find that rather fascinating
when you're working withintuition in general.
My main Spirit guide lovesto use like metaphors and
phrases that I understand andhave used in my life as well.
I mentioned earlier when Ifound out that I'd kind of
set up a five point plan formultiple lifetimes to kind of
(31:44):
achieve balancing karma andworking through cycle breaking
and my ancestral lineages.
And at one point when I washaving a meeting with my
main Spirit guide, I was in alittle bit of a lower swing.
I was feeling like, Hey,you know, this seems
really rough to me.
I feel tired in my soul.
Like it's too much.
(32:05):
You know, I know I can dothis, but I'm just feeling
kind of low right now.
Like, what's the deal here?
And my Spirit guide sayswell, your soul makes plans
in Spirit that's essentiallythe equivalent of biting
off more than you can chew.
That's how you like to do it.
And you set up a fivelifetime plan here.
(32:25):
You're at the end of that plan.
You probably are a little tired.
But you've been doing great.
You can do this.
Yeah, you've hadsome rough patches.
But you've had some prettycool stuff too, if you take
a moment and think about it.
I was just like, bitingoff more than I can chew.
Yep, I've used that phrase.
Totally understandwhat you're getting at.
That's just kind ofthe soul I am, huh?
(32:45):
My, my eyes are biggerthan my stomach.
You know, like okay,I got you buddy.
All right, so I getguidance in metaphors a
lot, too, which is fun.
You know, it justfeels very personal.
Emily (32:58):
So I feel like in closing we should talk about
how one does meet their guide.
I know we've kind of covered alittle bit about that already
and how we've met our Spiritguides Well, let's talk a
little bit about how if youare somebody who is wanting
to meet your Spirit guide, howcan we help you achieve that?
Matty (33:17):
Well, I would love to guide you on a
past life regression andSpirit guide meeting.
So if you've got something goingon in your life that you can't
quite pinpoint or you're feelingblocked in an area, there is a
high probability that the energydidn't start in this lifetime.
By doing a past life regression,we can connect to where that
began, bring the awarenessfrom how things took shape
(33:41):
and help you get a new,higher perspective for that,
which is extremely healing.
And it's extremely empoweringto know where something began
and helps you to really get ahold of these energies in your
life when they are popping up.
And then at the end we'regonna go meet your Spirit
guide and then you'llhave a connection forever.
So that would be the firstthing that jumps out to
(34:02):
me right away is let'shave a session together.
Emily (34:06):
Yeah.
And the cool thing aboutthese sessions are that
you can talk to your Spiritguide about anything.
You can ask them any questionsthat you possibly want.
Because it starts with a pastlife regression, typically
the past life that comes uphas something to do with the
themes that you're wanting toknow about at the end anyway.
They do typically tie together.

And sometimes it shows a block,like some sort of limited
belief, or a lifetime wherea limited belief started
that is blocking you fromwhatever it is that you're
wanting to know about withyour Spirit guide meeting.
So they are very powerfulsessions and you will
have your connection toyour Spirit guide forever.
Matty (34:50):
Yeah, that's the cool thing Once it's there it is
forever and we get to thisportion of your session and
we're making sure that allthe loose ends from the past
life are tied up and whyyou were shown that life?
But then you have submittedthese pre arranged questions
that we'll start asking onyour behalf about anything.
I mean, this is relativeto your life now.

So it just gets supercool and interesting.
It's my favorite portion ofthese sessions is when we go
meet with the person's guide.
Emily (35:17):
And then the very first way that we met our
Spirit guide, I mean, evenafter 20 years of intuitive
work, we had never had likea personal relationship with
our intuition until we hadour Akashic Record attunement.
And this is very exciting, Iknow we kind of talked about it
(35:39):
before and teased it a littlebit, but we've had to push back
the date a little bit due tofamily emergency type stuff.
But we are going to be offeringa how to access the Akashic
Record course and it willinclude an Akashic Record
attunement where you will meetand be placed together with your
Akashic Record Spirit Guide.

And that was extremelypowerful for me when I got
my Akashic Record attunement.
We have done a lot of researchand we've done a lot of

I mean, we're definitelygoing to give you all
kinds of guidance, howto make the best of it.

Every time you go, they're the ones

It's like you just findthem, and it's like, okay.
What do you need to know?
And they're just there toalways help you with any
question that you have or anykind of guidance that you need
and it is extremely powerful.

Yeah, we'll be teaching you how to locate
your own soul's record andto do research within that.
And to clear out all theother noise and just tap into
your own soul when you'redoing your intuitive work.
It's, it's pretty awesome.

creating for years now andthen we've kept tabling it

When we think back, I didn't realize three years
ago that I was working towardsteaching how to access the
Akashic records and to workwith your own Spirit guides

to connect to your soul'senergy for whatever personal
guidance you're looking for.

I didn't realizethat that was coming.
But here, about a year ago,I started to realize that
this is where it's heading.

I'm going to be a teacher and I'm excited about this.
And we've just gotten so muchstronger in our connection
and how we do this since itbecame like real for me that
this is where we're headed.
It just seems like somany more pieces have
fallen into the place.
And so many more experiencesI've had that are like, Oh,

and then I'm thinking, Ohgreat, I can do this and this,
and this will be wonderfulinformation for our students.
It's just been a super coolexperience on my personal
end, knowing that we'recoming to this point.

answers, all kinds of things.

So we just really want to dive into, what are Spirit
Guides like and tell you aboutour experiences and everything
we've learned over the yearsworking with our guide team.
Alright y'all, so withoutfurther ado, let's jump right in
and tell you that Spirit Guidesare all about your highest good.
And in contrast, using DivineAssistance is more about the

highest good of all, which wouldencompass us, ourselves, too.
Emily (00:57):
Yeah, but it's just more general.
It's like more aboutwhat's best and the highest
good of the universe.
And it seems like when youwork with divine assistance,
and when Matty says divineassistance, he's talking about
like working with Archangels orworking with gods and goddesses,
those types of beings.
When you're working with thosetypes of beings, well, I guess
(01:19):
God and goddesses, you'llactually get a little bit
more, specialized guidance.
But when you're workingwith like archangels,
you'll definitely get like.
Behold! I don't know, that seemsto be, I get that word a
lot when I'm like, whenI've channeled Archangels.
Matty (01:36):
I just feel like the main difference for
me is the guidance is veryrelative when I'm working
with Divine Energy for myself.
But I think I could takemyself out and you could
plug anyone else in and thatguidance would be pretty
relative for them as well.
Yeah.
Where working with my personalSpirit guides and my guide
(01:56):
team, it's very pointed to me.
There's almost like thispersonal relationship energy.
They know me well.
There's giggling and kindof jokes and kind of matter
of fact like speaking andbluntness, you know, kind
of like I am in real life.
A little bit of this backand forth, you know, unless
I'm just on a tear askinga bunch of questions, then
(02:18):
it's me asking questionsand receiving guidance.
But I just feel like it's muchmore pointed and you couldn't
really just plug any other humanin and it makes sense for them.
Oh, yeah, and their life.
Emily (02:27):
Definitely your personal Spirit guides have
known you for a long time orat least they got your file.
They have been caught upon your entire existence.
So they definitely arethere to help you with your
personal issues, if you will.
And give you guidance onyour personal situation in
your highest good based on,like what you're wanting to
(02:50):
accomplish in your life andwhat your life goals are and
what your life lessons are.
So they really, they havethe overview of all of
that, so they're like, okay,so your guidance is more
based on wanting to helpyou achieve those goals in
the best way they can help.
Matty (03:06):
Absolutely.
They know the outline of theplan of potential possibilities
for your life that your soulwas making in a light body and
Spirit before you incarnated tobe here and took on Spiritual
amnesia to forget that plan ofpotential probabilities that
you hope to achieve or not evenhope to achieve that you just
hope to get experience from.
There is no right or wrong orachievement or un achievement.
(03:29):
It, it's just all experience.
That your soul takes in andyou get to know yourself
better and grow as ahuman and grow as a soul.
Your guide team definitely hasan idea of this plan and wants
to help guide you towards thatand will steer you that way.
You know, dependingon what you're seeking
guidance on for sure.
It's interesting to notethat Spirit guides for
(03:50):
our Earthly incarnations,they have been to Earth.
So they have completed enoughEarthly incarnations to kind
of reach a level of wholeness,if you will, on the soul level
that makes them qualifiedenough to teach and lead us
on our paths of incarnationwhen we're seeking guidance.
So this isn't somebody thathas never had experience here
in the 3D being in the, theenergy of consciousness and

emotions and the disconnectionof Spirituality because we
came here with that amnesia.
So they have had theseexperiences before.
Emily (04:23):
Basically, they know how fucked up Earth can be.
Ha,
Matty (04:26):
ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
We all know it.
Emily (04:28):
We'll just sum it up like that.
Matty (04:29):
Life's a little messy.
It's all the things.
Each of us has anywhere betweenfour and seven Spirit guides.
We will all have one main guidethat has been with us through
the entirety of our existence,through all of our lifetimes.
So this guide has been herefrom the beginning until
the now, if you will, inour linear time concepts.
(04:52):
And then we have other guidesthat might be here for the
whole of this lifetime.
And some that come and goduring this life, depending
on what's going on in our lifeand what we need at that time
frame that we're experiencing.
Emily (05:04):
Yeah.
For example, if you arewanting to take on a more
intuitive life, you mayhave a specific guide that
comes to help with that.
Or if you were wanting tostart like a specific business
in a specific area, thenyou may have a guide come
in to help you on that path.
There's a plethora of differentspecial trainings that your
(05:29):
guides have had that theycome here to help you with.
So it just really depends on,basically, what your choices
are and which way you go.
And then they're like,alright, you're up! You know?
Yeah, tag, you're in! Yeah.
So it's pretty cool.
Matty (05:46):
I just mentioned that we all have one main guide that's
been here since the beginning.
So let's talk a little bitmore about that, the main
Spirit guide that's beenwith us for the entirety of
our existence, if you will.
Emily (05:58):
Yeah.
What kind of roles doesthe Spirit guide help with?
Matty (06:01):
This guide is going to kind of oversee your guide
team and be around for personalconnections when you call on
them to help with your life now.
But this guide is also goingto be with you when you're in
a light body, in Spirit, andyou're not incarnated on Earth,
and you're making the plans forwhat you want to accomplish.
(06:24):
Like what you're wantingto learn from and have the
experiences and what are yourmotivations for coming here.
Helping choose your justifiedkarma like your life lessons.
So you'll work with your mainSpirit guide and what we call
Reishi souls that specializein Earthly incarnations and
planning your future likekind of incarnated lifetimes.
(06:44):
And sometimes you'll be evenplanning out several in a row
to kind of work through things.
I want to go be with this familyso I can learn these things and
have these experiences in thisenvironment and then move to
this next family the next time.
So you're not always justplanning the next one,
sometimes it's a few out.
But this main guide reallyknows you this whole time.
Knows your motivations,knows what you're really
into and can help you seethe bigger picture sometimes
(07:07):
when you're starting to getpresented with options and
choices for your incarnations.
And what could be goingon for you, depending on
the choices you make whenyou're here as a human.
Cause, I liken it to,uh, your soul's writing a
check that your human butthas to cash, if you will.
Emily (07:24):
And most of the time we get to Earth and
we're like, oh God, whathave we done to ourselves?
Matty (07:29):
Yeah.
Emily (07:30):
Because when you're in Spirit everything's all
great and fun and there's nojudgment, there's no density.
Matty (07:36):
Yeah, there's no right or wrong, there's
no positive or negative.
Yeah.
That we kind of havethese judgments about
our experiences here.
We're just thinkingabout, Oh, I'm going
to get this experience.
It's going to be great.
That's pretty much the gistwhen you're in Spirit and
a light body, it's justall going to be great.
And as we know, being here,it's, it's wonderful, but it's
(07:58):
all the things and not all ofthem are great experiences.
Emily (08:02):
Yeah.
And that's definitely one of thethings that we've seen with our
clients is the density factor.
A lot of people, if youcome from a planet that is
really high vibrational,or you were maybe a light
body, and didn't actuallyhave a body on that planet.
You may have more of adifficulty adjusting to the
(08:22):
density of Earth, becausethere's all the energies here.
And, not to mention, I mean,we've mentioned this on previous
podcasts, where we have thephysical body, we have the
emotional body, we have themental body, we have the.
Am I missing one?
I feel like we're missing one.
Spiritual body.
Spiritual body! Duh.
So we have all of thesedifferent energies coming
(08:44):
together here on Earth and soit makes it a little bit more
challenging to adjust and itdefinitely depends on, you
know, what kind of vibrationyou're bringing with you
and also it depends on whatpercentage of your soul you're
bringing with you as well.
Like basically what yoursoul, you can think of your
(09:06):
soul as like your powerbox, or your battery pack.
So like how, what percentageof that are you bringing
with you to help you likereally power through the
challenges here on Earth.
Matty (09:20):
The more soul energy you bring, the more energy,
the more willpower you havefor seeing things done.
More of a connection here inthe Earth plane, as opposed to
where the rest of your soul,your higher self back in Spirit.
Where you have that open line,that connection, once you learn
how to cultivate that intuitiveconnection to your higher self.
(09:42):
But having the energy here isusually a big boost to what you
can accomplish, what you can getdone, how quickly awareness and
higher perspectives come to you.
We found that a lot ofpeople bring about 50
ish percent of their soulto their incarnations.
Sometimes less, sometimes more.
It's just, that's anotherchoice that you get to make.
Emily (10:02):
Yeah.
So many choices.
So if we have not madethis clear, there is a
lot of planning that goesinto each incarnation.
A lot.
A lot of planning goes intoyou being here right now.
Matty (10:19):
Absolutely.
I mean, just think aboutall the choices you make
in a day and what if youmake different choices that
lead to different things?
This is the kind of potentialprobabilities that your
soul is looking at whenit's making plans for what's
going to go on and how you'regoing to make these choices
and it's going to align.
And sometimes it doesn't seemto matter what choices you make.
(10:39):
You're kind of intuitivelygetting steered in a certain
direction and you're goingto end up there anyways.
That's kind of the point ofplanning out these potential
probabilities that yoursoul is going through.
But it's just infinite atwhat lies ahead and all the
choices we make in a lifetime.
It's kind of mind boggling tothink about, a lot of that was
thought of before you came.
So something pretty cool thathappens with your main Spirit
(11:01):
guide when you're back afteryou're done with your Earthly
incarnation and sometimesbefore you come to one is
they will accompany you toa Council of Elders meeting.
And the Council of Elderskind of, they oversee it all.
Not just your lifetime, butthey're overseeing many main
(11:21):
Spirit guides and all of thepeople that they help guide.
All the souls, if you will.
So this is kind of like, youget to check in occasionally
with them and look atthe main arc of all your
lifetimes and, you know, geta lowdown on how you're doing.
Do they have any tips,any advice that they want
to give to you and stuff.
(11:43):
And these are prettywild experiences.
Emily and I have metwith our Council of
Elders in a Life BetweenLifetimes hypnosis session.
Emily (11:52):
Yeah, and one other time for me in a guided meditation.
Matty (11:56):
Oh yeah, I remember you telling me about that now.
Pretty cool.
Emily (12:00):
It is a very mind blowing experience really
because you literally, itliterally is almost like
you're sitting in a boardroomwith a bunch of beings.
I mean, I'm not going to saypeople because they definitely
don't come through like humans.
And they just tell youhow you're doing, how
you're doing in your life.
(12:20):
You know, luckily they trynot to, I mean of course
it's all non judgmental so,they just give you gentle
nudges saying, you know,you could do this better.
Or you're doing a great job,you're following the plan.
You know, you're not as faroff course as you think.
So it's very helpful, and also,you know, uplifting as well.
(12:44):
And sometimes they giveyou little symbols or
some sort of trinket orsomething to take with you.
Like, for example, when I was inmy, uh, Life Between Lifetimes
sessions, I know my guide, hewas like, okay, do the elders.
I mean, we call them the Councilof Elders, there's a million
other names for them, it'sreally you know, personal to the
(13:05):
person, what they actually callthis group of people to them.
But my guide asked if therewas anything that they wanted
to pass along to me or togive to me and I just remember
all of a sudden I had thisenormous gold key in my hand.
No instruction, no this iswhat it's for, no nothing.
(13:27):
It's like, okay, now I havethis mystery to figure out.
And I have definitelygotten some hints along
the way what it is for.
But it's just a reallykinda crazy thing.
I mean it was literally asreal as just somebody coming
and handing me a giant key.
And it was beautiful and gold.
(13:48):
And it looked like anOttoman key from like Turkey.
It was cool.
Matty (13:53):
Yeah.
Emily (13:54):
What was your Council of Elders like?
Matty (13:58):
You know, the wild thing for me is reading
different stories of howpeople interpret them and, you
know, quite often it's, it'sthe old wise man, sages, or
whatever up there, you know,in their Council of Elders.
But for me, it was like beingtaken to the very front of
the classroom, in the desk andI'm sitting there and then in
(14:20):
the desk kind of behind me offto the side is my main guide.
Like I could feeltheir presence.
But when I looked up, I didn'tsee a council of elders per se.
What I saw was a 25 feet wide by15 feet tall amethyst crystal.
Council of elders is usuallybeings of energy and as my
(14:42):
guide was asking questionsand I was receiving guidance,
it was all claircognizance,it was just a knowing, it was
telepathic like communication.
But in different areas ofthis crystal, it would like
light up and it would, itwould just be like, bloop,
bloop, bloop, bloop, bloop.
And lights would be flashingin this one little area and
(15:03):
my attention would kind ofgo to the left and I'd be
like, uh huh, huh, okay, yep.
Got it.
And then another questionwould come out and my attention
would go to the right andthere would just be flashes
of lights and like, youknow, and I'd be like, yep.
Okay.
Got it.
So I just was hanging out withthis huge crystal and above
the council of elders was thislike open dome like building
(15:27):
and it was the deepest blackestlike purple I'd ever seen.
And it felt like perfectedsource energy was like
observing, like justhanging out, if you will.
And at one point we're talkingabout my life's missions
and how I've kind of strunga bunch of lives together
(15:49):
to work off a lot of karma.
And I got to see the firstmoment that this happened.
And there was this almostlike ascended master like
being, it just made this noisethat was like a big viking
horn blowing or something.
And it, and it was justlike, it was waaah!
(16:10):
It was freaking incredible,the, the sound rippling
through my body.
And it, like, shifted my energy.
And then I saw millionsof souls jumping to go to
Earth at the same time.
It was like the call ofthe wave had happened.
And all of these souls werecoming to basically live their
life here and start to filterout a lot of the negativity
(16:35):
and the violence and to shiftthings and to break cycles.
And this was a multiplelifetime type of experiment
that was going to go on.
So that was
Emily (16:46):
That was all in your Council of Elders?
Matty (16:47):
That was in the Council of Elders meeting.
It was pretty cool.
I kind of, I remembered thebig crystal, but it just popped
in my head that that's whenI found out about my life
mission was actually like fivefold lifetimes that I've been
planning and working through.
To work on karma and to havethese experiences to break
cycles and put an end to thebullshit that's going on here.
(17:07):
And that there's actuallylike, Earth's vibration is
changing and there are alot of cycle breakers here.
I mean there were so manyflashes of soul lights jumping
into Earth, it was millions.
Emily (17:17):
Wow.
Matty (17:17):
It was a cool experience, pretty cool to relive it as
I'm telling it right now.
Emily (17:21):
That's awesome.
Well let's get backto the Spirit guides.
Matty (17:25):
So one of the last cool things that happens
is at the end of pastlife regression sessions.
And we experience this with ourmentor and teacher, and this
is what we do with our sessionsnow, is that we leave the Earth
plane on the last day, and we goup into the astrals and we meet
with your main Spirit guide.
(17:46):
And that's whoattends the meeting.
Emily (17:48):
Yeah, it's so cool.
Matty (17:49):
It's so awesome.
If you've never had this kindof connection before, now you
get basically a face to facewith your main Spirit guide.
And we make sure to like,Hey, what's the connection?
What's your energy signal like?
You know, what'syour signature here?
How's this communication work?
How can they, how canthey tap in with you?
And you have thisconnection forever.
(18:11):
Like, because of this, Ihave a connection to my
main Spirit guide forever.
It has never wavered.
It's just been there sincethe first time we've met.
And it's like, I've beenhere forever, dude, yo.
I'm like, oh my God, you have.
I know your feeling.
I know this feeling.
I know this, that's one ofthe super cool things about
these past life regressionsand the Spirit guide meetings
(18:31):
at the end is they're there,and you get to meet them.
Emily (18:35):
Yeah, and that's definitely the same way
for me, and for our clientsthat we've spoken to,
they've said the same thing.
They're like, Oh yeah!We have one on
ones all the time!I'm in total connection with
them, and it's just so cool.
Just the amount of wisdomthat comes through.
(18:55):
And it's so cool, too, becausethere is this tons of wisdom
that comes through, and thenthere's also a lot of uh huh,
uh huh, uh huh, and you knowthat they're like speaking
telepathically with each other.
And it's just like, uh huh, uhhuh, I know everything, I know
the meaning for everything now!It's just so funny.
I mean, so funny,but so freaking cool.
(19:19):
It's so amazing.
Matty (19:20):
Yeah, I've been on the other side of it, but it is
really neat when you're guidingthe session and sometimes
they're speaking exactly whatthey're hearing and then other
times like you said, just uhhuh, yup, uh huh, uh huh, it is.
I know what that's like toformulate words to speak
back out, but then you know.
It's amazing like how muchis there that for us and
we're just not aware yet.
But once you're aware, itdoesn't really go away.
(19:44):
You may need some remembranceshere or there, but once
you're aware you have amain Spirit guide and how to
connect with them, it's there.
And the information isshared, and it's there.
That's pretty cool.
Emily (19:54):
Yeah, that is one of the things about communicating
with your Spirit guides isthey are typically used to
speaking telepathically.
So like we've been saying likein the Spiritual regressions
like with our clients andwhat we've experienced
personally as well when weare communicating with our
Spirit guides, there is a lotof like telepathy going on.
(20:17):
So basically you just kind ofhave all of this information
like implanted into your mindor into your head and it's
like you just get the point.
You just understand what they'retrying to convey to you in
a very short amount of time.
And Spirit guides canbe very literal, almost
to an annoying point.
(20:40):
You would think that theywould just kind of know
what you're thinking orexactly what you mean, but
that is not always the case.
Um, you do have tobe very careful.
I mean I'm not putting wordsof caution out, but you do
have to have some sort ofcarefulness with the words
that you choose because theywill answer you literally.
(21:01):
So if you're using a lot oflike, lingo, or if you're using
a lot of slang, chances areyou're probably not going to get
very pointed guidance becausethey may not understand exactly
what you are trying to ask.
So it's very good to formulatequestions very literally.
(21:21):
Would you agree?
Matty (21:22):
I totally agree.
Especially when working witha pendulum and yes and no
question answers, you know,to get just really quick,
accurate answers like that.
I definitely thinkit really matters.
I mean, just recently, it,there's been a lot of snow
in Colorado where we're at.
And we wanted to go visitfriends and then it started
snowing a whole bunch.
Emily (21:42):
I know, I'm so sad.
And of course, it'sthe only day it snowed.
It's the day that we weresupposed to go visit.
Or, I mean, like, bad.
Matty (21:49):
It just kept snowing.
If it would have just snowedand left, they would have
cleared the roads and everythingwould have been great.
But, so Emily and I arereally looking forward to
hanging with our friends.
You know, we've been kindof cooped up in the house.
I mean, this was going to beawesome to get out of here.
We're going to take sweet babylittle Aspen puppy with us.
They've got a couple dogsand, you know, so the puppies
were going to run around.
We were going to chillwith our buddies.
(22:10):
We were really lookingforward to this.
But as the weather's worseningand it's just not improving,
we're starting to feel thismay not be the best for us
to make the drive down thereand get through the roads.
And we got confirmation thatthe roads were sloppy and messy.
But as I'm checking in withmy guides, I'm asking, is
going to Denver to see ourfriends in our highest good?
(22:31):
And I'm getting yes.
And I'm like, really, okay.
Emily (22:34):
Awesome.
Let's go.
Matty (22:36):
Is the weather not as, not as intense
or as bad as I think?
No.
Oh, so it is as intenseand bad down in Denver too?
Yes.
But it's in our highest good togo visit our friends in Denver?
Yes.
I'm just like, I'm confused atthis point because I know this
is going to be a shitshow drive.
(22:56):
I also know that we'recautious and have all wheel
drive and we'll get there andthen we'll have a great time.
And then I finally dawned on me.
If it's in our highestgood to go see our friends
in Denver, is it in ourhighest good to go today?
No.
I'm like, well, why not today?
Well, because it'sterrible weather.
Why would you go driving today?
And I'm like, oh my God.
(23:17):
You know that I'm basicallyasking about today.
Emily (23:19):
You know I'm asking about the weather.
Matty (23:21):
You know, and then the guidance is like, well,
but you never said today.
And I'm like, you win, youget it, you know, so sometimes
it can literally be literal.
That's one of the things thatworking with your guides is just
be open to the fact that youmight be getting answers to the
literal questions you're asking.
If it seems off or justnot right, think about the
(23:43):
question you're asking andthe answer you're getting.
Is that really the questionyou want to ask and the
way you want to ask it?
Emily (23:49):
Exactly.
That's why we recommendasking lots of questions and
Like asking the same thingin lots of different ways.
Matty (23:56):
That's absolutely.
Emily (23:58):
I mean, that can get a little bit confusing depending
on how many ways you ask it,but you definitely want to try
to cover all bases essentially.
You know, if you're lookingfor guidance, if you're looking
for guidance on a certainthing, you definitely want
to cover all the angles sothat you do get the guidance
(24:19):
that you're looking for.
Matty (24:21):
So I did want to mention quite often with your
Spirit guides, your guideteam, the four to seven,
that you will often have somesort of connection to them.
You will have incarnated withthem or known them somewhere.
Quite often this is a pastincarnation on Earth where
your souls did some worktogether and became friends
(24:43):
and had a really good time.
And then you got to knoweach other and did other
incarnations and now they'reone of your Spirit guides.
You can also meet your Spiritguides when you're doing
inbetween your humann lifetimestrainings up in Spirit.
As a way to be in service to allsouls and to the divinity, the
creator, you know, the Spirit,the god, goddess, the universe.
(25:06):
We all kind of take onroles where we train, so
we can help creation out.
And there's a lot of other soulsthat we meet along the way.
You could have made friendsthat way and they are
joining up to be your guidebecause of that connection.
I did want to jump in and justsay that for me personally my
(25:27):
Akashic Record Spirit Guides,when I met them, and I found
out that my connection, I havetwo, there's no right or wrong
number, you know, it couldjust be one or several, but
the two that I have, I'm a, astar seed soul, so originally
my soul incarnated somewhereelse besides Earth, as its
original home, and that homeis in the Vega star system.
(25:50):
And my Akashic Record SpiritGuides are my original
mother and twin brother frommy very first incarnation
that my soul ever had.
And I felt thatresonance deeply.
You know, the mothering energy,the, Hey bro, how's it going?
You know, just this likekind of fun loving, I know
(26:12):
that we got into some, wehad a good time together.
We got into some troubles andmade a mess of things and had
a lot of fun in Vega for sure.
Emily (26:22):
Yeah, it would be, it will be interesting when
we start training people inthe Akashic records and you
know, with their attunement.
Cause I'm curious becausemy, uh, Akashic record guide
is also my mother from myvery first incarnation.
My first incarnation was inthe star system of Spica.
I would be interested to knowif that's like the case with a
(26:45):
lot of people, if it's a lot ofpeople's first, like, mothers
from their first incarnation, orif that's just kind of because
you and I are obviously in thesame soul group, soulmates.
So maybe that's just kind ofwhat we chose for ourselves
or something, but that'dbe interesting to know.
Matty (27:02):
I'm very curious myself to see.
Emily (27:05):
Yeah, so if there's people out there that know
their Akashic Record SpiritGuides, that would be an
interesting question to know,are just how do you know them?
How do you knowthem from your past?
Matty (27:17):
Yeah, how did your souls get to know each other?
Emily (27:19):
Yeah.
Matty (27:20):
That would be super cool if you, there's
always a link to an emailin the show description.
Emily (27:26):
Yeah, that would be so cool to know.
Your Spirit Guides havetheir own personalities too.
And it will come across themore you work with them and
you get to know their energy.
Like Matty was saying when hefirst met his guides, he knew
right away that, you know,he knew these beings before.
(27:47):
And I definitely felt likethat same amount of like
comfort just knowing my guide.
She comes throughas just energy.
So it's just more like I feelher presence there with me.
So that's kind of cool,so they can come through
in many different ways.
What do your guidescome through like?
Matty (28:08):
My main Spirit guide, I'll talk about this cause
this, this cracks me upevery time when I've tried
to get like a visual of theenergy of Alcyon and just,
Hey, what do you look like?
You know, basically,and what I get
is a kind of crystallinesheet, if you will.
(28:29):
You know, so if you've everlooked at quartz crystal in the
sunlight and you know, you'vegot this clear, you know, kind
of milky white quartz crystalwith the sun shimmering in
and you get these purples andturquoise and teals like kind
of shimmering through it.
So I get this like sheet thrownover a theater spotlight.
So, there's just this big,bright light shooting through
(28:52):
and then I can feel thepresence of this huge smile
and a, just giggling at me.
Like I'm messing with you?
Exactly.
Like I know it's just,Alcyone's just messing with
me, having a good time.
Because in the end, I know itdoesn't matter what I would
perceive visually and stuff.
So I just kind of like, Idon't want to get caught
up on the looks and things.
(29:13):
So that's just getting messedwith and I, and I love it
that there's this goofiness.
And we kind of get thatin and I laugh often when
I'm working with my mainSpirit guide and stuff.
It's like there's a friendshipand at the same time it's
my mentor if you will.
You know, it's mysoul's mentor and guide.
(29:33):
But I know that we've hadsome friendship and you
know that we've kind ofslipped into that realm too
I feel like our souls have.
Emily (29:40):
Yeah.
Yeah, my main Spirit guidecomes through as like a
bright turquoise and purplelight just like and gold.
I mean, it's just beautiful.
It's like a lightshow every time.
But yeah, that's how Averyappears, which is pretty cool.
And he definitely, I wouldn'tsay he's like a jokester, but
(30:01):
he definitely likes to messwith technology sometimes.
And I feel like he's setup a lot of like mysteries
and riddles for me tosolve along in my lifetime.
And I definitely likethat kind of thing.
I definitely loveto solve riddles.
And once I found out thatthat's kind of, like, what
intuition is all about.
You'll get a little nugget, oryou'll get, like, a little hint,
(30:22):
and then it's, like, you haveto kind of follow the breadcrumb
trail to find the whole picture,or to learn the entire story.
And so, I definitelythink that Avery kind
of sets that stuff up.
Matty (30:37):
Well, I'd say we've definitely talked in the past
about, you know, when you'regetting intuitive guidance
and you want the final endstep to the 50 point plan.
You're really going to get thefirst step or two, you're going
to get that nugget and thendepending on how that changes
you and the action you take andthe new awareness or perspective
(30:57):
or what you go through.
Then you'll get the next stepand the next step along this
path, if you will, leadingto not an endpoint, but more
the result you're looking foror what you were trying to
set up or learn or grow from.
It's usually not justone thing and it's like,
oh, I know it all now.
It's like one, well, howdoes this change you?
Who are you now?
(31:17):
Oh, okay, cool.
This is what you did with it.
So now here's the nextpiece of information.
Emily (31:21):
Right, exactly.
Matty (31:22):
You know, so I find that rather fascinating
when you're working withintuition in general.
My main Spirit guide lovesto use like metaphors and
phrases that I understand andhave used in my life as well.
I mentioned earlier when Ifound out that I'd kind of
set up a five point plan formultiple lifetimes to kind of
(31:44):
achieve balancing karma andworking through cycle breaking
and my ancestral lineages.
And at one point when I washaving a meeting with my
main Spirit guide, I was in alittle bit of a lower swing.
I was feeling like, Hey,you know, this seems
really rough to me.
I feel tired in my soul.
Like it's too much.
(32:05):
You know, I know I can dothis, but I'm just feeling
kind of low right now.
Like, what's the deal here?
And my Spirit guide sayswell, your soul makes plans
in Spirit that's essentiallythe equivalent of biting
off more than you can chew.
That's how you like to do it.
And you set up a fivelifetime plan here.
(32:25):
You're at the end of that plan.
You probably are a little tired.
But you've been doing great.
You can do this.
Yeah, you've hadsome rough patches.
But you've had some prettycool stuff too, if you take
a moment and think about it.
I was just like, bitingoff more than I can chew.
Yep, I've used that phrase.
Totally understandwhat you're getting at.
That's just kind ofthe soul I am, huh?
(32:45):
My, my eyes are biggerthan my stomach.
You know, like okay,I got you buddy.
All right, so I getguidance in metaphors a
lot, too, which is fun.
You know, it justfeels very personal.
Emily (32:58):
So I feel like in closing we should talk about
how one does meet their guide.
I know we've kind of covered alittle bit about that already
and how we've met our Spiritguides Well, let's talk a
little bit about how if youare somebody who is wanting
to meet your Spirit guide, howcan we help you achieve that?
Matty (33:17):
Well, I would love to guide you on a
past life regression andSpirit guide meeting.
So if you've got something goingon in your life that you can't
quite pinpoint or you're feelingblocked in an area, there is a
high probability that the energydidn't start in this lifetime.
By doing a past life regression,we can connect to where that
began, bring the awarenessfrom how things took shape
(33:41):
and help you get a new,higher perspective for that,
which is extremely healing.
And it's extremely empoweringto know where something began
and helps you to really get ahold of these energies in your
life when they are popping up.
And then at the end we'regonna go meet your Spirit
guide and then you'llhave a connection forever.
So that would be the firstthing that jumps out to
(34:02):
me right away is let'shave a session together.
Emily (34:06):
Yeah.
And the cool thing aboutthese sessions are that
you can talk to your Spiritguide about anything.
You can ask them any questionsthat you possibly want.
Because it starts with a pastlife regression, typically
the past life that comes uphas something to do with the
themes that you're wanting toknow about at the end anyway.
They do typically tie together.
(34:26):
And sometimes it shows a block,like some sort of limited
belief, or a lifetime wherea limited belief started
that is blocking you fromwhatever it is that you're
wanting to know about withyour Spirit guide meeting.
So they are very powerfulsessions and you will
have your connection toyour Spirit guide forever.
Matty (34:50):
Yeah, that's the cool thing Once it's there it is
forever and we get to thisportion of your session and
we're making sure that allthe loose ends from the past
life are tied up and whyyou were shown that life?
But then you have submittedthese pre arranged questions
that we'll start asking onyour behalf about anything.
I mean, this is relativeto your life now.
(35:11):
So it just gets supercool and interesting.
It's my favorite portion ofthese sessions is when we go
meet with the person's guide.
Emily (35:17):
And then the very first way that we met our
Spirit guide, I mean, evenafter 20 years of intuitive
work, we had never had likea personal relationship with
our intuition until we hadour Akashic Record attunement.
And this is very exciting, Iknow we kind of talked about it
(35:39):
before and teased it a littlebit, but we've had to push back
the date a little bit due tofamily emergency type stuff.
But we are going to be offeringa how to access the Akashic
Record course and it willinclude an Akashic Record
attunement where you will meetand be placed together with your
Akashic Record Spirit Guide.

And that was extremelypowerful for me when I got
my Akashic Record attunement.
We have done a lot of researchand we've done a lot of
energy work and we've reallycreated an amazing Akashic
record attunement and it wasjust, yeah, and we recorded
it and it's prerecordedthat way you'll have your

personal ceremony with it.
I mean, we're definitelygoing to give you all
kinds of guidance, howto make the best of it.
But you will listen to it onyour own, and you will have your
own personal journey with it.
You'll go to the Akashic Recordsfor the first time, and you
will always have a way backafter this attunement, and you
will get to meet your AkashicRecords Spirit Guide, and you

will always have this connectionwith your guide, or guides.
Matty (36:49):
Every time you go, they're the ones
there to help you.
Emily (36:51):
Yeah.
It's like you just findthem, and it's like, okay.
What do you need to know?
And they're just there toalways help you with any
question that you have or anykind of guidance that you need
and it is extremely powerful.
Matty (37:06):
Yeah, we'll be teaching you how to locate
your own soul's record andto do research within that.
And to clear out all theother noise and just tap into
your own soul when you'redoing your intuitive work.
It's, it's pretty awesome.
Emily (37:19):
Yeah.
Matty (37:20):
Yeah.
Emily (37:20):
I'm so excited.
This has definitely beensomething that we've been
creating for years now andthen we've kept tabling it
because we want to like learnmore and this and that but
I feel like we could haveprobably taught this years ago.
But I feel like I'mdefinitely ready.
Just it's just definitely morein alignment with us right
now to be teaching it andI couldn't be more excited
(37:43):
about sharing this knowledge.
Matty (37:45):
Yeah, I'm stoked.
Emily (37:46):
With others.
Matty (37:47):
When we think back, I didn't realize three years
ago that I was working towardsteaching how to access the
Akashic records and to workwith your own Spirit guides
and to open soul records.
And to do, not theresearch that we do for
our soul journey readings.
But just to research inyour own record and how
to connect to your soul'senergy for whatever personal
guidance you're looking for.
(38:08):
I didn't realizethat that was coming.
But here, about a year ago,I started to realize that
this is where it's heading.
Emily (38:15):
Yeah.
Matty (38:16):
I'm going to be a teacher and I'm excited about this.
And we've just gotten so muchstronger in our connection
and how we do this since itbecame like real for me that
this is where we're headed.
It just seems like somany more pieces have
fallen into the place.
And so many more experiencesI've had that are like, Oh,
(38:38):
and then I'm thinking, Ohgreat, I can do this and this,
and this will be wonderfulinformation for our students.
It's just been a super coolexperience on my personal
end, knowing that we'recoming to this point.
And that we're going tooffer our first beta session
at the end of February.
I'm super excited about this.
Emily (38:58):
Yes, we're so excited.
