Hey there, amazing souls and welcome to today's show.
I've been thinking that it'sbeen a little while since
I did a meditation journeywith you, and so that is
what today's show will be.
We're gonna do a meditationjourney, focusing on letting go.
On, relaxing and getting backto just you, to your center.

(00:23):
Letting go of all of theseoutside influences, everything
that wants you to make itimportant in your life.
And let's just get backto who you are, what's
important to you, what doyou want from your life, and
let's shed everything else.
So if you aren't in a positionto kick back and relax for just

(00:48):
a little bit and listen to me.
Then hit pause, and whenyou can find yourself in
a space that's just yours,free from distractions
where you can relax.
Have a glass of water withyou for afterwards and
just tune into yourself.
Come back when you're readyfor that, and we're gonna take

a little journey together,a journey of letting go.
So find yourself ina relaxed position.

(01:32):
Laying down, sitting up,whatever feels good to you,
and just be there now.
Nothing else matters.

(01:55):
Nothing else is important.
Just being there for yourself.
That's what matters.
That's what isimportant right now.
And start to focuson your breathing.

(02:15):
Breathe deeply inthrough your nose.
And exhale out your mouthlong and slow, and just
let out your worries, letout your frustrations,

(02:38):
and breathe in free, clean,healing air through
your nose again.
And make some noiseas you exhale.
Just really let it out.

(03:03):
Continue your deep breaths.
Just relaxand imagine two golden
spheres of light,one under each foot.

(03:25):
This is the energyof total relaxation.
Of an easy feelingand allow this golden light to
enter the bottom of your feetand feel the calm, relaxing

(03:48):
energy as your feet go soft.
And move this lightinto your ankles
and breathe this relaxationdeeply into your body.

(04:17):
And continue to exhale lettingout any cares, any worries,
anything that isn't you inthis present moment right now.
Let's move this golden light ofrelaxation up into your shins

(04:43):
and into your calf muscles.
Feel yourself, relax.
Feel yourself letting go.

(05:06):
And move this goldenlight into your knees.
All the pressure, all theholding yourself up, all the
moving and going and carryingon, just let it all go.

(05:30):
Feel your knees soften.
Feel them relaxed.
And move this energyinto your thighs and into
the back of your legs.

(05:50):
And every muscle fiber givesway to calm, relaxing energy.
Any stress, any worriesthat you carry in your
legs, just dissipates now.

(06:12):
And continue moving this goldenenergy up into your hips.
Feel that wave of relaxationmove into the center
of your body, into yourhips, and into your waist.

(06:40):
Just letting go.
There is no stress.
There's nothing thatneeds your attention now.
Let your thoughtscome and let them go.

(07:05):
Just focus on relaxingand feeling easy vibes.
Take this golden light andmove it into your torso.

(07:25):
And into your sacraland lower spine.
Just feel calm,feel the relaxation take over
in your back and lower torso.

(07:50):
Letting any cares, anyworries, any stress of the
day, just let them go now.
Move this energy upinto your middle back.

(08:13):
Into the beginning of your ribs.
Feel that easy feeling.
With each breath,deeper and deeper into
relaxation, you go.

(08:38):
Deeper and deeperinto letting go.
Now bring thisgolden light energy
up through your sternum andinto your chest and upper back.

(09:11):
Feel the muscles inyour shoulder blades and
in your chest, relax.
Feel the lightness in your bodyand just let go.

(09:42):
Move this relaxing energyinto your shoulders
and into your biceps.
Relaxing all of your muscles.

(10:09):
With each breath, deeperinto relaxation you go.
Deeper into letting go.

(10:30):
Move this golden lightdown into your elbows
and feel your elbows soften.
Let any cares, anyweight, any worry
just let it all dissipate.

(10:59):
Deeper into relaxation asthis golden light energy
moves into your forearmsand down into your wrists.

(11:25):
Feel the stress in your handsfrom all the doing and all the
carrying and having to get done.
Just feel it relaxing.
Let it go.
Move this golden light energydown through your fingers

(11:48):
and right to the tips.
Every muscle fiber is relaxed.
Feel the lightness in your arms.

(12:14):
Bring this golden lightenergy and your focus
back to your shoulders.
And move this relaxingenergy up into your neck,
relaxing your scalenemuscles and your occipitals.

(12:40):
Just feeling thelightness there now.
Move this golden lightenergy into your head,
up into your jaws.

(13:03):
All of your cares and worries,any stress or anxiety,
just let it go.
You are relaxing.
Bring this energy up intoyour temples and your
eyes and your forehead.

(13:28):
Feel that furrowed browgive way to this relaxing
golden light energy.
You are letting go.

(13:48):
Move this golden lightenergy into your crown.
Into the veryfiber of your hair.
So that every follicleon your head is relaxed.

(14:15):
There's nothing but relaxationin every molecule, cell,
and atom of your body now.
If you have thoughts, justlet 'em come and let 'em go.

(14:37):
Allow your mind to expandand your consciousness to grow.
And any thoughts youhave become so small.
You hardly noticethem at all now.

(14:59):
You are expandinginto relaxation.
You have expandedinto letting go.

(15:21):
Now repeat after me.
In this moment, I haveeverything I need.
In this moment, I am free.

(15:48):
In this moment, I amcompletely and utterly relaxed.
I can take a deepbreath and let go.

(16:19):
I let go of theresponsibility for others.
I let go thepressure from others.

(16:44):
I let go thepressure from myself.
I let go the needto please others.

(17:08):
I let go the needto please myself.
I already haveeverything I need.

(17:29):
I am totally relaxedanytime I breathe.

(17:55):
Remember this feelingof total relaxation.
Of letting go of everythingoutside of yourself.
Of any needs, desires,responsibilities, any

(18:15):
stress or anxieties thatare weighing you down.
And remember that if youjust take a moment and
connect to your breath,you can let it all go.
You can find balance, youcan find yourself centered.

(18:39):
You can find more peace,anytime you breathe.
You already haveeverything you need.

(19:04):
Now take a really,really deep breath
and a big, loud exhaleand let it all go.

(19:28):
As you continue breathingand feeling relaxed,
slowly start tobring your awareness
back into your body.
Let your consciousnessresettle into your mind.

(19:52):
Feel how light youare in your body.
Feel how relaxedyou are right now,
and know that this can beyours any time you breathe.

(20:13):
Make your intention,relaxation with your breath.
Now start to wiggle yourtoes and your fingers.

(20:38):
Continue takingsome deep breaths.
Open your eyesand see with your relaxed eyes.

(21:04):
As you come out ofthis meditation,
drink some water.
Stay as relaxed as you canfor as long as you can.
At some point, the rest ofyour day is gonna call for you.
And you can go attend to itfrom this more relaxed state.

From this place of letting go.
Come back to this meditationanytime you need it.
