(00:00):
Hey there, amazing soulsand welcome to today's show.
We're excited to be back withyou once again and we've got a
fun topic to discuss with you.
It's all about EarthSchool spirituality.
And the notion that allof us here, that our souls
came because Earth is aschool and we came to learn.
To live our lives andhave them play out.
(00:21):
Whether you are paying attentionas the human or not, 'cause I
sure lived a big chunk of mylife not paying attention, that
I could grow from my experiencesand have opportunities for
learning more about myself.
In the end, your soul getsthe opportunity to learn and
to remember, and to integrateall of your experiences
from this lifetime backinto the whole of itself.
(00:43):
And then come back anddo it all over again as a
leveled up soul as a morewholesome soul, a more
well-rounded soul, havinga new human experience.
Hello everybody.
Welcome.
Yeah, I think it'sinteresting to think
about Earth as a school.
And honestly, it kind of makessense to me if you read any
of Michael Newton's work.
(01:04):
He literally talks abouthow the spirit world kind of
works like a school as well.
So to me, it would just makesense that, you know, we would
incarnate here and kind of makea blueprint really similar to
what we're already used to.
Like when we're, you know, considered home or in spirit.
(01:25):
So it kind of makes sensethat we would come here
and be like, everythingneeds to be mapped out.
Everything needs to belike a school, exactly
like what we're used to.
But then we have thespiritual amnesia and we don't
realize, oh wait a minute,we've done this before.
We've been here.
I know this, I've been here.
Yeah.
I've done this before, I think.
(01:46):
Exactly.
So to me it just kind of makessense that, you know, we have
schools here and that's kindof our blueprint here on earth.
And then we're goingto spiritual school
at the same time.
Because we've talked inprevious podcasts about how
we don't bring the entiretyof our soul's energy with us.
Most of us bring about 50 ishpercent of our soul's energy
(02:11):
into our human experience.
So there's still roughlyhalf of our soul's energy
in a light body in spiritperforming tasks for creation.
And you know, being in serviceto everything, to all that
is, or going to school orstudying and learning about
things that are unique toyour soul while in a light
body while you're here too.
At the same time, goingthrough the plethora of
(02:32):
experiences as a human, it'smind-boggling to think about
how much our souls are up towhen we know how many thoughts
and emotions and things andstuffs that we do as a human.
Our souls doing that, ormaybe even more that we're not
even connected with becauseof the spiritual amnesia.
Yeah.
I mean it, it literallyis like an al alter or
(02:53):
like a parallel reality.
Yeah.
That whole like as above,so below kind of how things
are mimicked, even though wedon't re know exactly because
of spiritual amnesia, what isabove, but we kind of trust that
that spiritual law is at play.
So whatever's here, there mightbe something similar in spirit
a happening, but different.
You know, not the human 3Dexperience we're having,
(03:15):
but yeah, totally baby.
I liked how you usedBlueprint as a word.
It's kinda like our soulshave a blueprint for how
we should do this thing.
So let's go see ifwe can make it happen
with amnesia down here.
So, I mean, earth School kindof sucks, so why would people,
why would we even choose this?
Well, I guess I shouldsay it doesn't all suck.
Yes, there we go.
(03:35):
There's definitely some beautyto it as well, but it sure can
too.
We'll talk about the uniqueenvironment of Earth and why
souls are coming here, but Ireally just wanted to kind of
at least outline a few thingsin the beginning and then
we'll J we'll jump back intothat question you just asked.
But Earth School or EarthAcademy, as I like to call it.
(03:58):
It is a spiritual schoolfor soul evolution.
That is part of the blueprintand purpose of Mother Gaia
of Earth, to allow earthsouls to grow through
their growth in learning.
As well as to welcome startravelers, star seed souls,
or lightworker souls hereto also aid in their overall
(04:21):
soul growth because Earth issuch a unique environment.
So our souls learn and growover many lifetimes on earth.
I'm sure there's probably asoul that's come and just did
one lifetime and was like Fthat I'm never going back.
And took a different approachto learning experiences as
long as they didn't createkarma in that one lifetime
(04:42):
and had to come back.
You know, most of us, we,when you come to earth,
you know you're in it formany, many incarnations and.
But I think you probablycreate karma in other
star systems too, right?
I really don't have a,well, we know that there,
they might make you need togo back to that star system.
Like I'm a vegan souloriginally, like so did I create
(05:02):
karma in the Lyra constellationin the Vega Star system on
planets there, and I needed togo work through my karma there.
Not just karma in general, senseof karma or like earthly karma.
So I need to come hereand keep working through
my earthly karma.
Well, but I mean, in theAkashic Records, we learned
that different star seedgroups, stars, seed groups
(05:25):
of origination createkarma within their group.
And so some souls are hereworking off that karma as well,
especially like the Pleiadianwhere they are really known
for their communication skills.
And then the Syrians thatleaked information, that
overshared their knowledge.
(05:46):
Right?
Well, they leaked informationthat potentially was taken
and create, you know, a lotof destruction was created
from it, and so there's thatkarma that they're working off.
But I can imagine there hasto be, well, I don't know.
It seems like there hasto be karma for everyone.
I feel like that's justa. I feel like that has
(06:08):
to be like a universallaw in some shape or form.
I think karma is, andI, I agree that it's not
just attached to earth.
I think karma, the lawof karma in general, but
I'm kind of curious now.
I'm gonna have to researchthat in the records.
If we create where we createthe karma, is that where we
have to go to work it off?
Or can we come to the EarthSchool, the universal school
(06:30):
and work off karma fromother places too, possibly?
Ooh, yeah.
Yeah, I think so though.
All right.
We're posing questions that wedon't have answers to for y'all.
Just, to, you know, help yourmind churn a little bit, kind
of like ours are right now.
Yeah, and I feel like wedefinitely have covered this
a lot in the life betweenlifetimes, the fact that
(06:50):
we plan out our possible, potentials for our incarnations.
So you literally go throughthis planning process.
You have your guides, you know,in your light body helping
you through this process.
You have like the elders, you have your spirit guides.
You probably have peoplein your soul group as well.
(07:13):
And they're all probably theresupporting you, helping you
determine, all right, whatare these possible potentials
for your growth in thisnext incarnation coming up?
Your soul group friends arelike, well, am I gonna be a part
of this and you'll be a part ofmine and we'll help each other
out in this way and cross paths?
(07:33):
Or are we gonna be likelifelong friends or family
or something like how do wefit into each other's like
potential probabilitiesof meeting up and stuff.
Yeah, it's pretty intricatepretty cool stuff when you
start to think about theimportant people in your life.
Also some important randomstrangers that you may
or may not have given anyimportance to how they
changed your perspective or asynchronicity that came along.
(07:56):
But definitely like the reallygood friends, the close family
members, there was some sortof soul communication going
on, potential probabilityplanning happening with those.
Well, even probablyyour enemies too.
Oh yes.
Like your archnemesis, if you will.
You know, I have quotesor whatever, but.
Those are probably part ofyour soul group as well.
(08:17):
Anyone that's got a significantfactor in your life or a
significant moment, be itpositively or negatively,
uh, you know, assessedor taken on, whatever our
experience or judgmentabout of our experience was.
Th this was definitelywithin the realm of potential
probability planning.
Like totally the, definitely the arch nemesis.
(08:38):
Yeah, babe.
And there's this idea of arecognition class where, you
know, you're in your, you'rein your light body and then
you go and I, and again, Iuse quotes 'cause I mean, it
is like a school supposedly, you know, when we're in our
light bodies as well, but you.
(08:59):
Attend or have some sort of, butyou're speaking telepathically
when you're in spirit, soit, it probably happens a
lot faster than it would, you know, in your high school
class or your college class.
I'm pretty sure classis over already.
Yeah.
In the time we've talked.
But there's this idea ofrecognition class where you
essentially have some sortof cue that will help you
(09:21):
to recognize this person, and this is gonna be.
You know, probably the peoplethat you marry, this is
probably gonna be the peoplethat are your best friends,
your enemies, like anybody thathas any kind of significance,
there's probably some sort ofrecognition to them from you
and vice versa to help youknow that this person is kind
(09:44):
of meant to be in your life.
That little feeling youget the way they looked.
The thing that blurted out ofyour mouth that you would've
never said in a millionyears, but for whatever
reason in that moment you did.
Yeah.
And it was probably somesort of activation for
them or for you too.
So there's a lot that goesinto your planning, coming
(10:07):
to Earth, earth Academy.
And then while we're here, wehave already covered the fact
that we have spiritual amnesia.
So we don't remember thepotential probabilities that
our souls planned out together.
So it's not like you're growingup and you're like eight years
old and going in two years I'mgonna meet my best friend that
(10:28):
you know, we're gonna knoweach other until our seventies.
Like you don't really knowthese things ahead of time.
So like Emily said, something might happen
that's kind of an activation.
But we have this free will,so we're just making choices.
There's no right or wrong.
It's all growth, it'sall potential for that.
(10:48):
So we're just living ourlives and we have experiences,
and from these experiences, however they turn out, we
have growth opportunities.
And something worth coveringto the, the actions that
we take as souls are notbeing judged for eternity.
We're not coming here withone lifetime and depending
(11:11):
on what we do with those fewdays to 120 years that we
have, our soul's gonna gospend eternity somewhere.
We've covered this in aprevious podcast or two that
judgment's a human thing.
There is no eternaljudgment coming.
Now, there is the possibilitythat when you leave this
(11:31):
lifetime, depending on howyou feel about your life, you
may kind of take a time out.
Purgatory, if you will, andyou might go hang out at a
place and really review thingsand feel into how it could
have gone smoother or better,or you could have grown more
or realized sooner or quickeror something in this regard.
But it's usually self-imposed.
It's self-imposed.
(11:51):
Exactly.
We've never come acrossanything with any of our
Akashic record research forsouls or past life regressions
or our own experiences havingwith life between
lifetime sessions orany kind of energy work.
So we haven't found anythingthat says there's, there's
an eternal judgment comingfrom some creator energy.
(12:15):
That it is self-imposed andit's really a timeout until
you're ready to go back andhave more experience again.
To get back on the growthpotential of living lives.
I find that this is a morecompassionate, like unified
approach to soul growth.
Whether we realize it or not,we are all in it together
as individuals growing, but in doing so, it helps
(12:39):
the collective highestgood for all souls too.
You may or may not takepride in that hearing that.
I do.
Knowing that there's no rightor wrong, no one's judging
me, so maybe I could stopsome of my self judgments.
And just try to do the best thatI can with the time I'm given
and the moments that I have.
(12:59):
And doing that, I actuallyknow that I get to grow
as a human and a soul, andwe all do too, that I'm
adding to that collectivehighest good potential.
I find that empowering myself.
So to kind of get back to thequestion you posed earlier
about why come here if it'sso freaking challenging and,
and can be so harsh, it can,can be so sucky sucker sins.
(13:23):
And the big reason and likethe unique environment of
earth school, of of beinghere is that as a soul on
earth, we can experience awide range of human emotions,
of challenges and triumphs.
It's all designed for ourlearning and for our growth.
(13:45):
Each experience adds tothe evolution or the growth
potential of our souls.
It allows us to resonatewith spirit's, higher
perspectives, and expand ourown consciousness along the way.
Earth as our universe'sschool because of all in one
(14:06):
combination of these uniquecharacteristics for living.
This is where it can bebeautiful, but this is where
the sucky suckers sins comes in.
Because we're this eternaldivine lightbody that that
can never be extinguished.
Yet we're in a physicalbody that we have to nourish
and care for, that we canexperience pain, fatigue.
(14:29):
We can also experiencepleasure and excitement and
strength and vitality, but wehave like, we're in duality.
So anything in between theextremes of I feel empowered
or I feel disempowered.
I'm having so much pleasure,I'm having terrible pain
like, and anything in between.
We're this eternal thing andwe got this physical body
(14:51):
that we have to take careof that can get damaged.
It's a mind fuck.
There's a lot of soulgroups that don't experience
physicality like that andcome to earth because of the
wildness of being in a body.
But it can take many, manylifetimes to get used to
being in a body, in a physicalbody for a lot of star
seeded soul, star travelers.
(15:11):
Well, and I think on that samenote, we also have emotions that
for so much of history, we'vebeen taught that, oh, emotions
are this one thing and thenyour body is this other thing.
We're not taught thatthey actually kind of,
they go together and theyplay into each other.
(15:32):
So like Matty's saying, youcan experience this incredible
pleasure within your physicalbody and that typically
comes with a lot of pleasureand your emotions as well.
But you can be having thispleasurable experience and
then your mind starts to trailoff and you start thinking
about something shitty, oryou start to feel, you know,
(15:53):
self-conscious or you startto doubt your self-worth.
And you can literally bringpain through your emotions into
your physical body at the sametime through your consciousness.
And so we have thisconsciousness idea as well that,
you know, you're constantlythinking and you can have
like a logical mind and you'vegot the ego and then you also
(16:17):
can have like this abstractpart of your mind as well.
So in a lot of timesthese things contradict
each other and that canadd to the mind as well.
Yeah, so you've got aphysical body that you have
to, to care for and live in.
It's your vessel, it's yourvehicle while you're here.
(16:38):
You've got consciousnessand thoughts to deal with.
You've got emotionsto contend with.
And your thoughts also playinto your emotions as well.
And they all integrate, andyet they're individualistic
at the same time.
Yeah, but we were, we'vebeen taught that they're
separate, these separatethings, but that's just,
(16:59):
that's just not true.
I mean, you can literallycause physical pain to your
body through your emotions, through your thoughts.
Through your thoughts thataffect your emotions that cause
physical pain to your body.
You can also change thephysicality of your body
through your thoughts.
Yeah, there's a, we're gonnahave to do a podcast on,
(17:20):
on this, but there, there'sbeen some really cool studies
of taking people in their, you know, like sixties and
seventies and putting themin an environment from 20 and
30 years ago and having themactually have their eyesight
improve and their memory improveand have these improvements
take over because their mindis creating within their body.
(17:41):
Oh, I'm 20 or 30 years youngerand my vision was like this and
I was physically like this whenat that timeframe and stuff.
I won't go too far downthat rabbit hole, but our
mind is so powerful and ouremotions as well, and how
they interplay with this.
So you're dealing with allof this at the same time.
I mean, you're well aware of it.
I'm preaching to the choir here.
(18:02):
You know what, what a wildtrip it is to be a human.
To have your emotions inmind and the physicality
going on, and then youhave spiritual amnesia.
So we have major religionsand spiritual practices
and just individual things, trying to like connect
with something greater thanourselves to be a part of
(18:24):
the whole in our own way.
So you're also dealing withwhat is my purpose?
Well, exactly what, why am I here?
What the fuck is this all about?
And you have all of theseexperiences, and they may not
feel cohesive, but it's allhappening together cohesively.
It just may not feel thatway, but it's all intertwined.
It's all, it's all, allthe things all the time.
(18:48):
I mean, sometimes we can slowdown and kind of, you know,
catch our breath and stillour mind or emotional body.
But there's nowhere elsein the universe where you
can have and live out thiskind of combination or
conglomeration of experienceswithin one incarnation.
Many systems are more of amental or more, you know,
(19:10):
physicality or more emotionalsetup or more to the positive
spectrum of things, youknow, well that we know of.
Yeah.
It's the universe, soanything's possible.
So there definitely could bea, a place that's even more
density than earth experiencesor puts all of this together.
But I haven't heardanybody talking about it.
I haven't found it in, inAkashic research myself,
(19:30):
and or you would've toldme if you found it as well.
So that's why Earth isconsidered the Universe's
school because of this uniqueenvironment of what we can
all experience at one timeto contend with as potentials
for living experiencesand growth opportunities.
(19:51):
Yeah.
So when we think of theidea of all of these
challenges, then how, howdoes it turn into growth?
How do all these challengesand all the sucky suck
and sucker sins turninto growth for a soul?
(20:11):
And that is based on theidea of comparison or,
well, not comparison, what'sthe word I'm looking for?
Opposites.
I can't understand what happyis if I've never understood
what being depressed feelslike or I can't understand
what pain is if I've neverunderstood what pleasure is.
(20:34):
If you're only one thing atall times, then you can't
understand what the otherside of that is unless
you've experienced that also.
And so that is a bigreason for these challenges
that we go through.
And so this suffering andhardships are not punishment,
(20:54):
they're actually meantto be for your growth.
And sometimes what this lookslike, well, I think one thing
that should be stated isthat souls are not perfect.
No soul is createdcompletely perfect.
That is the whole reason why weincarnate so that we can create
(21:17):
more wholeness on a soul level.
So for example, as a soul, you may say, okay, I want to
understand what success feelslike because, you know, I've
lived in this state of nonsuccess or not having success.
So what does success look like?
And so as a life lesson, you maychoose to experience success,
(21:41):
but it's not like you just comehere and you experience all
this great amount of success.
You may experience great amountof success in one life, and
then in the next life you'regonna experience not success.
You have these contradictoryideas, but you want to
experience a certain thing fromall these different levels.
In all these different waysso that you can basically
(22:05):
make an educated decision onwhat that looks like for you.
Just to talk about success isI mean, I'm sure immediately
we're thinking monetarysuccess, but there's many
kinds of successes out there.
So you're going to exploremany ways of feeling successful
or not feeling successful.
(22:25):
Many differentpatterns within that.
So definitely part of,you know, having the
duality here on earth, thepotential for opposites.
This means we can exploreall that in between.
Duality.
That's the word I waskind of looking for.
I wish I would've hadit for you sooner, but
contradictory you're nailing it.
(22:46):
That's the reason that we comehere with these life lessons.
These things that we definitelywant to explore is to
explore the contradictionswithin ourselves, within
society, within our families.
It sets us up for greaterpotential for growth.
And I also think that it'sabout embracing growth
through the challenges.
That trying to, you know, understand that suffering and
(23:09):
hardships are not punishments.
They may feel like that, that may be a natural
reaction, but they're actuallyopportunities for profound
growth within life's challenges.
Like we've said it before, it'sall a part of our soul's design.
But it's intended to kind ofhelp us develop characteristics
or through our life lessons.
Like Emily was talkingabout developing success
(23:30):
and really knowing what thatlooks like to you and what
it feels like and what itmeans, and what's in your
life when you're successful.
Like what's going on.
Is success a mental thing?
Is it a feeling thing?
You know, but there'sother like life lessons or
characteristics that you, youmight be looking to develop.
Like Matty said, successdoesn't have to be about money.
It's like, what doessuccess look like for you?
(23:52):
Does that mean having freedomto hang out with your family?
Does it mean having financialfreedom so that you can
travel a lot.
Or experience the finerthings of life or whatever.
So success can be allkinds of different ways.
And so that's how each personcan choose a different life
(24:12):
lesson and it will turn out verydifferently for each of them.
I think the last time, 'causethere's always more updates
going on with life lessons, but I think we look into
what, like 92 of them so far?
Yeah, 91 or 92.
It's in the low ninetiesthat we know to research
and ask about before we dothe open-ended question.
(24:32):
And we're talking about thesoul journey Akashic readings
when we get to the life lessonsportion for our clients, you
know, we also ask is therea life lesson that we don't
know of that they've taken on?
And explore that a littlefurther if we need to,
if we get an affirmative.
On what that is and what thatlooks like, what potentials
they could be going through.
But going through yourchallenges, you know, you're
(24:53):
also gonna build characteristicslike empathy, fortitude,
perseverance, compassion.
Definitely potentialfor wisdom in your life.
Knowing, knowing how you reactto a situation before will make
you wiser to it the next time.
Humility.
Oh, humility.
Whoa.
Good one, babe.
Yeah, that's a big one.
(25:14):
I mean, I feel like that isa huge one considering, you
know, if you're listening tothis right now and you're like,
oh, well I could definitelylearn what success or what
empathy or fortitude or whatall that looks like without
experiencing challenges.
Then what about humility?
Would you experiencehumility if you thought
(25:35):
you had it all figured out?
Yeah, and you're right.
I mean, they could learnsomething about success without
experiencing challenges,but they wouldn't really
truly learn all there isto learn about success.
And if you're taking on a lifelesson, it's several lifetimes.
It's five to 15 lifetimesto fully experience the
(25:56):
theme of say, success.
To really get in andunderstand it from all the
different angles and all thedifferent potentialities.
And not only just from yourgenetic makeup and your
like family's experiences, what you were taught.
You need to do it fromother genes and other
families and other cultures.
(26:17):
It's not like you're gonna comebe an American for the entire
time of your success, lifetime.
You're gonna be bornthroughout the world as well.
You're going to experiencedifferent cultures.
Things that are inherentlymore important or different, at
least, you know, not necessarilymore important, but just a
difference of importance andvalues and motivations around
success throughout the world.
So, I mean, it's,it's super intricate.
(26:40):
Well, I think another waywe could look at this is
that oftentimes peopledo not value things if
they're just given for free.
Like people will put their beststuff, a lot of entrepreneurs.
I mean, as we've seen in thelast like three or four years,
they'll like just give awaysome of the best stuff for free
and people won't even finishthe course, or they won't even
(27:03):
sign up for it because theydon't value the fact that it's
just being given away for free.
And they think, oh, ifyou're giving it to me for
free, then it has no value.
So if you're just given successor you're given fortitude or
perseverance for free withouthaving to earn it, then you're
not gonna value it as much.
I would absolutely agree.
(27:24):
I, I get that.
So these challenges andhardships and suffering that
goes along with all of theselife lessons is so that you
will value it as well becauseyou understand what it is
like on every single aspectand every single side of it.
Yeah, and I mean that, thattoo, I mean, that, that is
one of those weird things.
(27:45):
And being in an online spiritualworld business that we're in,
we have done some freebies.
And we do this weekly podcastand write blog posts and
we put out what we thinkis really good information.
Hoping to create thoughtprovoking, provoke provocation,
hoping to create thoughtprovocation, hoping to
(28:06):
create new thoughts.
New awareness within anyonethat might listen or read,
provoking new thoughts,provoking new thoughts
within people.
So, you know, we're puttinggood stuff out there, but
we fully also understandthat sometimes people look
at that and go, uh, it can'tbe that good, it's free.
Uh, that's just apodcast I don't pay for.
(28:26):
You know, so we understandthat paradigm, which
is weird, but yet.
We hope that you do valueat least some, some of
this stuff we know, weknow you're listening,
that you're not one of thosethat disvalue something
just because it's free.
You're probably like us,you like to explore and
dive in and see what's up alittle bit, and then decide
if it's valuable to you.
That's how I am.
I want to get in a little bit.
(28:47):
I want to hear some podcasts.
I want to learn the nutsand bolts a little, and
then make a decision.
So by facing and overcomingour obstacles, we get to
transcend our limitations, and ultimately we have the
potential to connect deeperwith our own divine essence.
What makes us tick, what ourvalues and motivations are.
And personal responsibilityis crucial to get the most
(29:10):
from this process of beingin Earth school.
Of going through challengesand obstacles and learning
life lessons that we'll diveinto that a little bit more,
but personal responsibility ispretty crucial along the way.
Yes.
So we've kind of set up why it'sso freaking challenging here.
Why it can be sucky, suckers, sins as Emily put it, but
(29:32):
what are some ways that we canmake it easier on ourselves?
Now that we understand, partof the reason we came to
Earth was for the potentialof growth that it's a school.
So what can we door what can you do?
Well, we've got a few ideasabout that, that we try to
practice ourselves and havekind of grown within our
(29:53):
own and resonates withinourselves, and it's changed
our perspectives too.
So we wanted to sharesome things with you.
Yeah.
So the first one is reframingyour experiences for healing.
And we've definitely said thisbefore and we'll say it again.
Instead of thinking lifeis happening to you, think
(30:13):
about life happening for you.
Like each of these challenges, each of these things that
you experience and youovercome, they are there
so that you can healcertain aspects of yourself.
So if you see these mistakesand these failures as a reason
(30:34):
for instead of self-judgment,you can start to view them
more as valuable lessons.
Or some of these traumaticthings that happen in your life.
A lot of times these arethings that are coming up
over and over so that youcan heal them and basically
put them to rest for good.
(30:55):
Essentially like withinyour energetic body.
Absolutely.
And if you notice, if you caneven catch on that, there's a
pattern, that whole, this issimilar to another experience.
It may not be with the sameperson, it might be a, a
relationship pattern, andyou're picking up on it now
over a few relationshipsthat it's happened.
Or it could just be thatyou're catching onto a limited
(31:16):
belief, but if you can catcha hold of patterns, that's a,
that's a huge thing because thepattern will keep happening and
sometimes they'll get even moreintense for us to experience.
But like Emily's saying, if,if it's coming up repeatedly,
it is so you can overcome that.
It's so you can heal from thisand put it to rest within your
(31:37):
energetic body and to createhealing within yourself.
So that you don't keepperpetuating it and continue
to bring it into all of yoursubsequent incarnations.
So reframing your experiencesfor healing is it's kind
of mindset work, for sure.
You know, and if you can tweakthis within yourself and start
(32:00):
to see things as valuablelessons as Emily just put it.
This mindset can encourage usto let go of victimization.
And feeling victimized, likewhen traumas or tough lessons
are playing out, it's asupernatural reaction to have.
I'm not saying thatyou're, there's anything
wrong with feeling likeyou're being a victim.
(32:23):
I mean, it happens.
Things come up and it,you can feel like, fuck,
somebody did this to me andI feel victimized by this.
But it's the living in a stateof victimhood, of holding on to
the pain and the blame and the,the whatever charge and never,
(32:43):
you know, coming out of that.
This can become a realmajor hurdle in like,
in our healing journey.
It certainly was for me with, with my childhood traumas when
they came up and I, I stayedin that state for a while.
And it was, it's what I knew.
I didn't see that as avaluable lesson or potential
for healing genetic karmaand being a cycle breaker.
(33:04):
These things weren't coming tome, but I knew that, you know,
I was in a state of victimhood.
But I didn't know what todo to break out of it, or
that, that even breaking outof it could be empowering.
None.
None of that was availableto my psyche at that time.
You know, no one wastelling me that potential.
Well, and I think a part ofbreaking out a victim hood
too, is also self-worth andconfidence work as well.
(33:27):
Because you will keep attractingthe type of relationship that
you think that you deserve.
So if you decide, wait a minute,I don't deserve this anymore.
I deserve to be treated withrespect, or I at least want
to be treated with respect.
Then you'll start to be ableto kind of notice these things
(33:50):
in your relationships whereyou aren't being treated with
respect and you are able tochoose differently and not stay
in that victim hood mentality.
Yeah, that's, that's areally important point.
So understanding, just kind ofgoing back, like understanding
that our souls set up thepotentials for these experiences
for our growth, it can allowus to release blame and avoid
(34:13):
perpetuating negative cycles.
To try to release the blameand the victimhood and make
peace and move forward in life.
That this, these perpetuatingnegative cycles because
we're holding onto a mindsetthat won't let us release,
can be self-perpetuating,self-fulfilling.
Yes.
And I know from experiencethat it's very difficult.
(34:36):
So if you are going throughthat, just know that you are
not alone and that it does taketime, but it can be released.
And also that the fact thatyou're here, your soul knows
that you're strong enough.
You've got what it takeson the inside, whether you
realize it or not, it's there.
The potential forempowerment and strength
(34:58):
and healing and shiftingstuff is all there for you.
So let's jump intolike balancing justice
and forgiveness.
Because we are in a, a physicalworld and we have the ability
to take actions against eachother or for each other.
So while humans are responsiblefor hurting one another, like
(35:21):
on a spiritual big picturesense, these interactions are
part of our soul's design, these potentials.
Seeking justice, likewhile we're here, this is
important when it's possible.
But holding onto theblame keeps our souls
trapped in the negativityand the negative cycle.
So we want to try to be ableto move forward and let go.
(35:41):
So it's this balance of needingjustice with forgiveness
so we can move forward.
Trying to accept whathappened is part of the
potential for our life.
And finding a way forwardthat feels good to you is
a super empowering stepin your soul's growth.
And no one else can tell youwhat that is, but finding a
(36:04):
way that it feels good to you.
If that is seeking justicethrough the legal system
or having a conversationwith somebody, or setting
some boundaries or walkingaway from someone in your
life, whatever it is thatthat feels good, that's
the best decision for you.
Know that's the best decisionfor you and that it can be super
empowering and really kick inthe, the healing aspect of this.
(36:27):
And this challenge is reallyreal and it's authentically
raw, but embracing our ownpersonal responsibility
and seeking the justicethat we may need while also
fostering forgiveness allowsfor true healing and growth
to potentially take place.
(36:47):
It is this balance of justiceand forgiveness that can really
shift things in our life.
Just know that whatever youfeel you need is probably
right for you, or at leastright for you in that moment.
And it may shift and change, but you know, just consider
doing your best to try tobalance those things out.
Yeah, and so the third waythat you can start to make
(37:11):
you know this, your life alittle bit easier on yourself.
Or ways we can start to makelife easier on ourselves is
by cultivating mindfulnessand self-awareness.
And this is really essentialto fully embrace our role as
students here in Earth School.
And the ways that you canstart to cultivate mindfulness
(37:32):
and self-awareness arethings like developing
your intuition, practicingmeditation, journaling.
Connecting with nature, I mean, that absolutely helps you attune
to your soul's guidance andalign with your higher purpose.
Like all of those thingscan help with those.
And we just recently listenedto a podcast talking about
(37:54):
mindfulness and essentiallymindfulness is just being
aware of the differences.
Like being aware ofeverything, not just.
And are like, oh, today's gonnabe the same day and just, I'm
gonna go through the motions andnot notice anything different.
No, this is when you actuallybecome a little bit more
hyper aware of the differencesin the people around you.
(38:16):
You start to notice more.
You start to notice maybea bird is singing a little
differently or maybe the wind, the way it's blowing through
the grass, it like looks reallytrippy and cool, or you know,
you just start to notice all ofthese different things in your
life and you actually start tolive your life more when you
(38:38):
start to notice these things.
Instead of just being this, you know, going through
the motions type person.
Well, and she talkedto, this was a doctor,
professor at Harvard.
And she was talking to likeabout how as soon as you think
you have it figured out and knowit, you're kind of closed off
to being mindful because you'veI know this and
(38:59):
I've set this aside.
So then you're not opento the new possibilities.
You're not open tothe new bird song.
The person who might act awaya certain way, usually, and
now they're doing somethingdifferent, you've kind of like,
oh, I got this figured out.
And you start to putyour attention elsewhere,
but being open to thepossibilities is being mindful.
I thought that was really cool.
(39:20):
She even went on to talkabout how being forgetful,
if we remembered everything, would there ever be anything
new that we could experience?
So even being forgetful canbe great for mindfulness.
Can open us up to, youknow, being available to
the new possibilities, toexperiencing something anew
again, maybe in a slightlydifferent way than last time.
So having more awareness willmake us more conscious of the
(39:41):
lessons presented to us andit makes us more capable of
integrating them into our lives.
So this is why it's greatto become more mindful.
To attune that way, tokind of cultivate that
and more self-awareness.
And I think something reallyimportant, and we've gotten into
this before, we've talked aboutthis in other podcasts too, but
(40:01):
like the more that we appreciateand embrace our life's lessons
and challenges, especially likethe negatively perceived stuff,
the more that it can elevatethe experience towards the
positive end of the spectrum.
If we're expecting negativity, then life kind of has to
give us our expectationsand how we view it.
But if we look at challengesas lessons and potential
(40:24):
for growth, then it doesn'tnecessarily have to be
this negative experience.
Well then we could growfrom positive experiences.
Oh, you, you feel positivelyabout your challenges.
Okay, well here's apositive challenge for you.
So it can be kind of coolthat where we put that focus
and how we view something.
How it will show up in our life.
I think that's a reallyimportant thing to take,
(40:46):
to take from this as well.
This is something that we'veresearched within the Akashic
records within life lessonsthat souls take on that.
If you can kind of reframeyour position and cultivate
more mindfulness and morepositivity around your
challenges, around your lessons, they will show up in a more
positive spectrum for you.
Because you're alreadyappreciating them and
see a challenging thingas a positive thing.
(41:07):
Yeah, and the last one thatwe have is just transforming
your approach to life.
Like how you start to thinkabout life just in general.
And if you start to thinkabout, you know, being here
in this incarnation and beingin your body on earth as a
(41:29):
spiritual school rather thanthis courtroom of eternal
judgment, then that basicallytransforms your life into
a more positive outlook.
And that goes along with what, what Matty was just saying.
So it's a more empoweringway to embrace your life and
think about your experiences, and it also gives you the
(41:50):
ability to just have moregrace and gratitude for
each moment that you live.
I mean, life can be areally beautiful thing.
It's an incredible thingto wake up each morning
and be able to live it.
And it's very empoweringto take that approach.
That's a choice to take thatapproach and repetition of
(42:14):
choice creates a pattern, and then you start to
have a transformed life.
For us accessing the Akashicrecords, it's helped us to like
navigate our earthly journeywith a deeper sense of purpose.
You can find purpose innavigating your life and
having a greater connectionto your most authentic self.
(42:34):
I mean, part of yourpurpose is to grow.
Part of every soul's purposeis for that learning potential.
There's many motivations andmany purposes that you'll
be experiencing in life, butthis is one you can bank on.
You came for growth, sotransforming your approach
to life around this aspectof purpose in your life can
(42:56):
really be empowering and canshift that and you can feel a
greater sense of purpose andhave that deeper connection.
Well, and something else too isyou can also experience a deeper
sense of purpose by just findingmore joy in the seemingly
mundane areas of your life.
(43:16):
You know, if you're someonewho wants to exercise daily,
but you're constantly hatingit every single day, you
can just take a step backand say, wait a minute.
This is something that I want todo for myself and for my body.
And each time you start to strayto those, you know, feelings of
hatred for what you're doing, then you can just bring it back.
(43:39):
Say, no, this issomething that I want.
And if it's something that youjust really can't do that with,
that you literally don't likedoing, find yourself something
that you do enjoy doing.
Yeah.
You know, find a, find a meanof extra means of exercise
that you do enjoy so that youcan help rewire that mindset
about what you're doing.
(44:00):
And I mean, this can be truefor flossing and brushing
your teeth before bed.
Like sometimes I'mlike, oh, I'm so tired.
I'm like, no, wait aminute, I love my teeth.
I want to be doing this becauseI want to have healthy teeth.
You know, it's like bringingyourself back to a more positive
mindset that can help youhave more purpose just within
(44:20):
those small acts each day.
And the last point isjust a, a reminder.
Part of transforming yourapproach to life is trying
to release blame, embracepersonal responsibility
and foster forgiveness, that these are keys for
yourself and for true others.
(44:40):
Thank you.
Fostering forgivenessfor yourself and grace,
and some grace for yourself aswell as forgiveness for others.
Yeah.
Thank you for that.
That.
These are keys to breakingfree from negative cycles
and achieving the spiritualgrowth that your soul
wants, that you came for.
I know Spiritual amnesia is athing and you don't, you may,
you may or may not remember thatyou wanted that, but these are
(45:03):
keys from breaking through thosenegative cycles and achieving
something that your soul wanted.
And this gets to the end ofthe show, and I just wanted
to say from the deepestpart of my heart, thank
you for being here now.
For bravely choosing toface your lessons and
by doing so effectively, raising the vibrations of
(45:24):
love all over the earth.
Yeah.
We're in this together and weneed everybody's participation
and order to raise the vibrationof Earth to a more loving place.
I mean, we all know thatthere's a lot of crazy
stuff that goes on.
But if we each can make thechoice within ourselves to
choose to live in a more lovingway, to embrace ourselves with
(45:50):
more love and with more grace.
To embrace the chaos and thepotentials for learning within
it, and to shift the chaos into something more positive.
To effectively start to nullifythe chaos because more and
more of us are doing this.
Instead of choosing chaos andcreating more, we're choosing
to embrace it and learn fromit and not perpetuate it.
(46:14):
Yeah.
And if there's anything we'velearned in this podcast is
that the challenges and theobstacles, AKA, the chaos that
is happening on our world rightnow, today is the way to growth.
Well said, so we areso grateful for you.
Yes.
We are so grateful to allof our listeners and to, you
(46:37):
know, anyone that's reachedout to tell us that they
appreciate what we're doingbecause, you know, we, we
really appreciate you as well.
We're so grateful to you andwe just, we have so much love.
So much love for you.
Thank you.
