Are you at risk for Osteoporosis? Osteoporosis, commonly dubbed the "silent disease," often escapes notice due to a lack of symptoms until a fracture occurs.  

Particularly after age 50, monitoring your bone health and bone density becomes crucial. With an estimated 1.5 million spine-related fractures annually attributed to osteoporosis, raising awareness and championing osteoporosis prevention is imperative.
