So this forecast is foreveryone, whether you're astro

So the Sun is now in siderealAries and it is initiating the

astrological new year, and thisis really huge.
Aries is the warrior, the sparkand the first breath of
inspiration.
Right when the sun enters Aries, it's like a cosmic reset
button.
It's a bold call to rise andlead with courage.

Now we call the New Year January, right, because that's when the
calendar turns, and then wemake all sorts of resolutions.
But this is where theresolutions really start,
because in January we're stillin that time of reset, renewal,
really kind of still cocooningin to the winter energies.

It's cold, but it doesn'tmatter where you live.
The winter time is a call forour souls to really rest, and

And that's what doing thisright here, you know, I stepped
into this Aries energy.

I am here to communicate, sostop hiding.

such a huge way to do this.

The more that I move my bodyfirst thing in the morning, the
more that I get to influencewith my voice, and I know that

And so for me, right now, it'salso to be mindful of how I
communicate and to remember thatthat Mars is really activated
right now.
Mars is really activated rightnow, and so I need to maybe just

pause before I speak so thatwhat I'm, what I'm saying, comes
from the heart, right, causewe're not here to, you know,
hurt anybody or, you know, useour words to influence in a
negative way.
At the same time, we are alsohere to understand and respect
ourselves, and so it's aboutlearning to merge and balance
the two and really have thatharmony in between that, and so

another way that we can harnessthis Mercury and Sun energy is
writing out our vision andrecording your ideas as they
come.
Now, here's the thing the morewe have these ideas and write
them down, the more they come tolife.

they ever come to fruition themore that we get these ideas
right Because they'reinspiration, they're coming in
for our intuition, and so themore that we channel these ideas
and write them down, the morethat we get greater ideas.
I am an idea machine, and itwasn't until probably about six

months ago that I stoppedthinking well, I have a, really
I have a lot of bad ideas, orthey never come to fruition Heck

No, I get ideas, I write themdown, I live them right.
They may not ever come tofruition, but I'm continuously
getting ideas, and it has helpedme throughout my life,
throughout this journey, becauseit's not that one idea that's
bad.
It could be that one idea thatpropels you into that next

highest version of yourself.
But we have to listen and wehave to honor what's in us.
It's about building that trustand truth within what's in us.
It's about building that trustand truth within.
And so practicingheart-centered communication is
also what we're being called todo right now.
And so heart-centeredcommunication means it's not

coming from ego, it means thatit's coming from the heart.
And our ego doesn't come fromthe heart.
Our ego comes from survival.
It's not that our ego is bad,but knowing how to balance that.
And so it's really about cominginto the heart and expressing
what's in your heart, and youmay not know, it may be new to
you, but that heart is thatintuition, it's that first thing

And so practice that, becauseall of this takes practice.
It's a continuous practice, butthat's life, right.

When did I allow myself to beseen without shrinking, without

Making myself small, and we canharness it by really expressing
ourselves creatively.

creativity, leo is about fun,leo is about joy, leo is about
shining, and so reallyexpressing yourself creative,
creatively.
Now now also, what does thatmean?
So often, I hear people say,well, I'm not creative.
And I say you are.

You are creative.
Everything from the outfit thatyou adorn yourself with to the
car that you drive, these areall expressions of you.
These are creatively channeledthrough you, and so it doesn't
have to be pen to paper, but weare all always creating.
It could be a beautiful dinner,right?
It could be something at work,it could be a great idea.

That needs that creativity toreally influence it.
And so you are creative andtake a moment and think about
that.
Think about where creativity isin your life and really harness
that.
You're being asked, you're beingcalled to do that right now.

Now this is huge and verypersonal for me, because the
past few months have really beenall about letting go and now
it's time to step into action.
And so it gives us that idea to, or that pause to reflect.

I've been doing rituals prettyintentionally for the past,
since the start of this year andeven before that but now I'm
even more intentional with it,and the beautiful thing is, my
nine-year-old comes with me andshe does it as well.

So not only am I teachingmyself and putting in this
practice of being superintentional, I'm showing her how
to do it too, because astrologyis a family affair, it's not a

The Lyrias are active fromApril 16th to the 25th, peaking
on the night of April 21st intothe early morning of the 22nd,
and so you should be able toview these right.
So you just want to gosomewhere dark, away from the
city lights, and let your eyesadjust for like 20 or so minutes

and look up and take in as muchof the night sky as you can.
It's being said that the bestviewing is between 10 30 pm and
really just before dawn.
Now, when it comes to theseshowers, you know it's about
being intentional, and so youknow a prompt for us might be

Now this is huge and verypersonal for me, because the
past few months have really beenall about letting go and now
it's time to step into action.
And so it gives us that idea to, or that pause to reflect.

since the start of this year andeven before that but now I'm
even more intentional with it,and the beautiful thing is, my

practice of being superintentional, I'm showing her how
to do it too, because astrologyis a family affair, it's not a
one-sided thing.
