Who am I to tell you how to grieve? Honestly, I have no idea what I'm doing most days—and maybe that's exactly why we need to talk.

I'm not the grief expert with all the answers or the widow who found her perfect purpose in her pain. I'm just someone who's been where you are, who knows what it's like to cry in the grocery store over buying one chicken breast instead of two.

In this first episode, I'm getting real about what this podcast is and isn't. This isn't about "moving on" or finding silver linings. This is about creating space for your beautiful mess, your inconvenient love, and all the feelings that don't fit into neat little boxes.

If you're tired of pretending you're okay, tired of being everyone else's inspiration story, and tired of having your grief managed by people who've never held a love that had to learn how to exist without a heartbeat—this one's for you.

Your love story didn't end. It just changed genres. And maybe we can figure out how to write the next chapter together.

Earthling, your love is not lost—it's just learning a new language. The porch light's on, the door's unlocked, and there's always room at this table for your beautiful, broken heart.

My website is coming soon with resources, support, and more conversations like this one. Until then, if this episode touched your heart, I'd be so grateful if you'd share it with someone who needs to hear these words.
