You’ve probably heard the phrase "at the end of your rope," and maybe you’ve even felt that way yourself—perhaps even today. Well, I’ve literally been at the end of a rope.
For me, it was a fear of heights that went beyond inconvenience; it was paralyzing. The challenge was, I had to face it, or else I would be looking at thousands of dollars in house repairs. I was building my own home, and there was one task that seemed impossible—tar papering and shingling the roof. My fear felt too overwhelming to even begin.
It was my dad, holding the other end of a long rope, who helped me overcome that fear. In doing so, he taught me an incredible spiritual lesson in trust and faithfulness.
If you’re feeling like you're nearing the end of your rope, this podcast might just be what you need!
