Apple has officially unveiled watchOS 11, the next major update for Apple Watch, packed with exciting new features and enhancements. A standout addition is the Vitals app, which provides powerful health and fitness insights by tracking metrics like heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood oxygen levels.

The training load feature measures workout intensity and duration, giving you insights into the strain on your body over time. You can now pause activity rings without affecting your streaks and customize your goals by day.

Personalization gets a boost with intelligent widget suggestions, interactive features like the Photos Face, and the new Translate app supporting 20 languages. Pregnant users can track gestational age, log symptoms, and adjust heart rate notifications, while the Health app offers monthly mental health assessments and fall risk alerts during the third trimester.

Other notable additions include the ability to share your workout status with friends or family, a double-tap gesture for one-handed navigation, and new APIs for developers to enhance app interactivity and intelligence.
