Fasting is extremely beneficial to the body. Your body is able to heal itself and get rid of waste. Your blood sugar and blood pressure get an opportunity to recalibrate.  Your body burns excess fat and your digestive system has the opportunity to rest. The resting digestive system is key to hearing in the spirit realm.

We are spirits living in bodies and poor eating habits can create a barrier of communication between our true selves and the vehicle that we operate through-the body. Fasting on a weekly basis, keeps us tapped in to the spirit often so that we can maintain a balanced and harmonious connection between the spirit and the body.
