manifest money without a coach. We're
going to get some brutal truths. And

do I start with this? I'm not saying that

you're not going to make some money by yourself, but
the financial stability, the 10, 20, 30, 50k months that
you desire and beyond, without a coach, without
someone who's walked the path, without someone
that can help you collapse that time to get there faster,
without someone to hold you accountable, guess what?

And this is why. We are living in an
information full reality,
especially now with ChatGBT. I don't know if you're like

the information that we have on hand with a
few taps of our fingers. Incredible, right?
But let's be honest, a lack of information is
not the reason why you are not

where you want to be financially or in your life
right now. This could be anything, manifesting the love of your life, manifesting the
body of your dreams, manifesting the financial reality that you desire, manifesting
the success you want. Whatever it is that you want to
manifest, I promise you it's most likely
not because of a lack of information. It's

because of a lack of implementation. So
this is where we look at information versus implementation.
And I know for me, like I needed
skin in the game in order for me to start implementing what
I needed to do in order to transform my
(03:58):
reality. Isn't it interesting that nine years
ago when I was sitting at my nine-to-five job working
as a senior graphic designer, working 160 hours
per month to receive 3,600 AUD for
my monthly wage, isn't it
(04:19):
interesting that that version of me at
the age of 30 Even though
I was so obsessed with manifestation and
affirmations and I'd watch The Secret and I was watching
Tony Robbins free YouTube clips and I
was doing the 100 Day Happiness Challenge and anything that was like
positivity mindset that was going to promise me change that
(04:43):
was free on the internet or on YouTube, I
was doing it. I was doing it.
And I secretly been quite intrigued and
curious and slightly obsessed with all things manifestation
since the age of about 18. And yet, isn't it interesting that
(05:05):
nothing changed in my life? I wasn't
able to ever create a true identity transformation
or a transformation in my holographic reality,
in my projection, Until I
had massive skin in the game. Right?
(05:28):
When we have skin in the game, that's the
thing that calls us into action. That's the
thing that has us go, wow, like there's
no fucking plan B. It's plan A. I'm
all in. And this is why they talk a lot in the industry about having
that all in energy is the thing that
(05:50):
actually you know, kickstarts you into taking
that action to do the things that you once wouldn't dare
dream do. Right. And so for me, nine
years ago, I went from literally not
investing $1 in myself. I didn't even like, I didn't
even know what, what do you mean investing in yourself? Like, what
(06:12):
is that? And I went from literally not
investing one dollar in myself to seeing
a Facebook ad on my morning run one day saying
the courage to be you. And it was like a three
day free live event at the
coaching institution in Melbourne. And I, within one
(06:34):
week, I'd invested $17,000 for my
coaching qualifications, $1,500 to
learn how to do Transcendental Meditation, and another $20,000 for
a mastermind that was teaching coaches how to go one-to-many and
to create their own online program. So I invested close
(06:54):
to, what, just under $40,000, $37,500, all on payment plans, but
nonetheless invested that amount of money. When I was living paycheck
to paycheck, So that was a really big,
courageous out there move. And it was that skin
of the game. It was, and you know, this is
where you get to tune into what your version of this is. It
(07:15):
might not be a loan out of the bank like it was for me, but
I feel so grateful that I had pay slips. that I was able
to go to Commonwealth Bank and be like, hey, what's the maximum amount that I
can get? Lo and behold, 20K was the maximum amount.
Awesome, I had 20K. I had 20K to
kickstart my business. And that 20K allowed me to invest in
(07:36):
this and this and this and propel me and put myself in
containers. with mentors and environments, with
people that were going to hold me accountable, that were going to teach me the skill set
that was missing and for me to have that much skin
in the game to actually implement what
I needed to implement. And I'm going to prove it to you right
(07:57):
now that it's not a lack of information, that
it's a lack of implementation and why you need to actually pay
coaches actual money. How
many minutes do you think it will take for you to
go on your Facebook or Instagram to scroll and
see another free lead magnet that's promising you the world? Now
(08:19):
the free lead magnet that's going to promise you leads on demand, or
the most incredible strategy, or shift you into first 10k
months, or it's going to teach you this incredible thing. Now,
a lot of coaches have become a lot smarter and we
no longer just offer free things. A
lot of them now offer low ticket offers where
(08:41):
they're called LTO, right? And this is what I teach a lot of my
clients in my mastermind, and also what I'm starting to teach people in
5DU, having a LTO set up, and
then really teaching them how to make this self-liquidating. So
like, you're getting essentially free leads, right? So
you're plugging Facebook ads into it, maybe they come in for $9, but
(09:03):
then you've got a bump order, you've got a one-time offer on the thank you
page. At the moment, my movie funnel is fully self-liquidating, meaning
I might plug in 10k a month in Facebook ads, but I'm
getting back about 10, 11k in cash. So my funnel
is fully self-liquidating, which essentially means I'm
getting free leads, free quality leads that are willing
(09:26):
to whip out their credit card from the get-go, which means they're invested
in their growth. They don't just want another free thing. Back to my point here.
Let's say you've scrolled 20 seconds, bam, ad, bam, ad,
bam, ad, bam, ad. All of a sudden you're being offered four free
things that are promising you the fucking world. You've opted in with your name
and your email. Now let me guess, how
(09:47):
clogged up is your inbox right now with all those free lead
magnets that you haven't bothered to look at, that you look at over the weekend
or when you have time, or it's just another thing that you're
going to do? Right? Why? Why does
that incredible information sit there in your inbox and you do
nothing about it? That coach just promised you the world in that 45-minute
(10:08):
masterclass. That coach has promised you the most incredible e-book,
basically collapsing nine years of wisdom in that one e-book. Why
the fuck aren't you reading it? because you've got no
skin in the game because you haven't invested in it
you haven't invested in it and unfortunately it's a way psychologically
our brains work if we're not investing our money in

it we're not going to invest our time in it right
and this isn't this is not like There
are some exceptions to this. There is the one-off exception human that
will literally implement all the free shit and will get results.
But we're talking like one in 100. One in 100 person
can create financial freedom and shift into 100K a month without actually

paying a mentor and helping them actually
implement what needs to happen. So that's the first thing. Really
want you to evaluate how many free lead magnets that you've downloaded
versus how much skin of the game that you'd have if you paid your
coach 2k, 5k, 10k to learn that very

self-liquidating funnel thing that I just talked about. Interestingly enough,
I ran a masterclass about three weeks ago,

structure of a really highly optimized
and high converting landing page of what it takes. and
I took them through the landing page, I took them through their example, I
even shared like a lead calculator of the exact leads
that you need in order to hit 10, 20, 30, 50k months,

100k months, 500k months, right? And
I was so generous on this masterclass that I actually said,
that for anyone that feels inspired, like if
they book in a call with my team, from my gift to my
heart to yours, I'm actually going to give you this incredible lead
calculator. So you have like, you

have exact like, what's the word I'm trying to say?
Jet lag brand kicking in here, guys. You have an
exact idea about your numbers. You're not just
like throwing shit up and hoping it works, right? And
also, you know exactly what you need to create in order to call in these leads.
So I was giving free resources out just for

you having the courage to book in a chat with my team. How many
people do you think have
actually taken those free resources? and
created a fully self-liquidating funnel, even
though I've given them a good chunk of
what's necessary, of what I paid a lot of money to

learn, a lot of money from a coach to
help me create this and a copywriter and to build it.
And I've given it to them. And so many people will be sitting
in with those free resources in their inbox versus
the people that booked in a call found the
courage, said yes to coming to either my Mastermind or

5DU, and all of a sudden, they're not just
got access to these trainings in the portal, they've
got me coaching them, guiding
them through that, holding them accountable, telling
them what to do when they're confused, when they wanna quit, when it gets uncomfortable,
when they're facing off with fear, right? So

it's like the difference is literally you
in the quantum, there's a version of you that keeps getting free shit not implementing
versus the version of you in the quantum that's actually
saying yes to your next level, having
the skin in the game, implementing what it takes, being

to keep repeating the same patterns if you don't have someone
there that can hold
you in your highest vision when you want
to quit. Because guess what? Your journey

being seen in your authentic expression, your
journey to sharing your gifts, your unique
codes, your wisdom, your offerings to
the world and getting paid abundantly for it. It's going
to feel uncomfortable at times. It's going to feel scary.

Yeah, you're going to have a launch that flops and you're going to need a coach to
tell you what to do to get back into alignment, what to do to
hold yourself, how to, how to pivot. And
so You're going to
want to quit when it gets uncomfortable. You're going to call it
intuition when fear comes in and

tells you that it's not the right time to do this or to
do that. And you're going to call it being out of alignment. And
this is why it's so important to invest in
a container or a coach. with someone
who has the knowledge, the wisdom, the life
experience, aka codes. What

do you think codes are? It's knowledge, wisdom, and
lived experience embodied in another human. That's
all codes are. It's not fucking woo-woo. Codes are knowledge, wisdom,
and lived experience and skillset embodied
in another human that you are paying them to

upload and embody that code so
you can also create the same exceptional results that they did.
So that you get to actually collapse time
and stop guessing what works. A good coach, a
good container, a good program. is

found myself flying to Vegas. In a room of
70 other coaches at a three-day coaching retreat
with my first mentor, it activated the fuck out
of me, because my subconscious mind all of a sudden now had

all this physical evidence of other coaches
also making financial freedom, making bank, 10, 20, 30, 50K
a month, selling one to many, actually
making it work. and having this environment fully
accelerated my growth. Not to mention, guys, making
(17:54):
those weekly installments that I had to to my coach, it
was the kick up the fucking ass to stay up sometimes till two
in the morning to get that lead magnet fucking out there. It
was a kick up the ass to look at my to-do list and go, I'm
avoiding calling that lead because I'm
scared. right? Well okay you can be

scared and you can like stay
stuck Alex or you can let this skin in the game
that you have that you've just invested 20k and this has got to fucking work
because otherwise what's plan B? There's no plan B. I'm not going back
to my 9 to 5 job. There's no plan B.
I'm all in baby and because of that Because

of that all in, because of that investing in myself, because
of being held accountable, because of being in that environment with
proof of other people doing what I wanted to do, that's what
accelerated me. And it wasn't a once or done,
guys. I invested again, and
again, and again, and again, and again, and
(18:59):
again, and again. And I'm not shy to say that I've invested over a
million dollars in myself in the last nine years. Now
some people might say that that is absurd. That's
crazy. But okay, let's say
I've got a million dollars that I invested and I saved dollar for
dollar, which by the way, I wouldn't have made a million dollars in the last nine
years being a senior graphic designer, but let's say in some odd world I
(19:22):
managed to save money and invest in a million dollar
home. What's that one million dollar apartment gonna
yield me per month? Ballpark. 4K
maybe? Maybe? Maybe 5K? Maybe less?
I don't know. versus the
courageous version of me that decided to continue to invest in themselves year
(19:44):
after year after year after year, container after container after container after container. Private
business coach, after retreat, after NLP, after this,
after that, constantly up leveling, constantly putting myself,
the little fish in a bigger pond, a little fish in a bigger pond. What do
you think happened? Now I have a business where I'm
yielding anywhere between 100 to 400K a month. 100K a month is a bad month

for me. 100K
months is a bad month for me. It's a slow
sales month for me. And that's because I had the courage to
go like, hey dad, I love you. I know you think
I'm fucking insane because I invested all this money in myself, but also your
daughter's just built a personal brand where I yield on average two
(20:28):
to 300K months. And I don't
get him to understand that. And I don't get 99% of
humanity to understand that, but maybe there's a part of you that understands that right now.
Maybe there's a part of you that understands right now, fuck, I
need that accountability. I need to be in a space and maybe it's
not me, maybe it's someone else. But what I want you to take from this
(20:49):
episode is that coach that you've been stalking, that
coach that you've been like, fuck, I really want to work with them. Why are they getting those
results? Maybe it's time for you to bite the bullet. Maybe
it's time for you to be like, you know what? I'm at least going
to book in a call with them to see what they've got to offer. I'm at least going to
show up to this call with an open heart, with an open mind to

see if this is going to allow me
to accelerate my results. Because I can promise you, without
me investing in a coach over and over again, there
is no way that I'd be speaking into this microphone right
now. There's no way that I'd be delivering this podcast with

be no way that I filled out events of 500 people plus. There'd be
no way that I did a world tour. There'd be no way that I'd be making the money that

our brains work if we're not investing our money in

it we're not going to invest our time in it right
and this isn't this is not like There
are some exceptions to this. There is the one-off exception human that
will literally implement all the free shit and will get results.
But we're talking like one in 100. One in 100 person
can create financial freedom and shift into 100K a month without actually

paying a mentor and helping them actually
implement what needs to happen. So that's the first thing. Really
want you to evaluate how many free lead magnets that you've downloaded
versus how much skin of the game that you'd have if you paid your
coach 2k, 5k, 10k to learn that very

now, maybe I might have perked up your ears around this free lead,
self-liquidating funnel thing that I just talked about. Interestingly enough,
I ran a masterclass about three weeks ago,
and I basically took people through the strategy, the

psychology, the copy that's necessary, the
structure of a really highly optimized
and high converting landing page of what it takes. and
I took them through the landing page, I took them through their example, I
even shared like a lead calculator of the exact leads
that you need in order to hit 10, 20, 30, 50k months,

100k months, 500k months, right? And
I was so generous on this masterclass that I actually said,
that for anyone that feels inspired, like if
they book in a call with my team, from my gift to my
heart to yours, I'm actually going to give you this incredible lead
calculator. So you have like, you

have exact like, what's the word I'm trying to say?
Jet lag brand kicking in here, guys. You have an
exact idea about your numbers. You're not just
like throwing shit up and hoping it works, right? And
also, you know exactly what you need to create in order to call in these leads.
So I was giving free resources out just for
(13:05):
you having the courage to book in a chat with my team. How many
people do you think have
actually taken those free resources? and
created a fully self-liquidating funnel, even
though I've given them a good chunk of
what's necessary, of what I paid a lot of money to
(13:26):
learn, a lot of money from a coach to
help me create this and a copywriter and to build it.
And I've given it to them. And so many people will be sitting
in with those free resources in their inbox versus
the people that booked in a call found the
courage, said yes to coming to either my Mastermind or
(13:49):
5DU, and all of a sudden, they're not just
got access to these trainings in the portal, they've
got me coaching them, guiding
them through that, holding them accountable, telling
them what to do when they're confused, when they wanna quit, when it gets uncomfortable,
when they're facing off with fear, right? So

it's like the difference is literally you
in the quantum, there's a version of you that keeps getting free shit not implementing
versus the version of you in the quantum that's actually
saying yes to your next level, having
the skin in the game, implementing what it takes, being
held accountable by your coach and actually seeing results,

this is where, unfortunately, you're going
to keep repeating the same patterns if you don't have someone
there that can hold
you in your highest vision when you want
to quit. Because guess what? Your journey

to financial freedom, your journey to fully
being seen in your authentic expression, your
journey to sharing your gifts, your unique
codes, your wisdom, your offerings to
the world and getting paid abundantly for it. It's going
to feel uncomfortable at times. It's going to feel scary.

Yeah, you're going to have a launch that flops and you're going to need a coach to
tell you what to do to get back into alignment, what to do to
hold yourself, how to, how to pivot. And
so You're going to
want to quit when it gets uncomfortable. You're going to call it
intuition when fear comes in and

tells you that it's not the right time to do this or to
do that. And you're going to call it being out of alignment. And
this is why it's so important to invest in
a container or a coach. with someone
who has the knowledge, the wisdom, the life
experience, aka codes. What

do you think codes are? It's knowledge, wisdom, and
lived experience embodied in another human. That's
all codes are. It's not fucking woo-woo. Codes are knowledge, wisdom,
and lived experience and skillset embodied
in another human that you are paying them to
(16:25):
help accelerate your journey so you can
upload and embody that code so
you can also create the same exceptional results that they did.
So that you get to actually collapse time
and stop guessing what works. A good coach, a
good container, a good program. is
(16:49):
a container that has an environment of
people that are living in the same aligned values
as you. A container that's
gonna inspire you, an environment that's gonna have you
feel uplifted and inspired. What do you think happened to
me when I invested 20K in that mastermind? And
(17:11):
three months out of my nine to five job, I
found myself flying to Vegas. In a room of
70 other coaches at a three-day coaching retreat
with my first mentor, it activated the fuck out
of me, because my subconscious mind all of a sudden now had
(17:32):
all this physical evidence of other coaches
also making financial freedom, making bank, 10, 20, 30, 50K
a month, selling one to many, actually
making it work. and having this environment fully
accelerated my growth. Not to mention, guys, making
(17:54):
those weekly installments that I had to to my coach, it
was the kick up the fucking ass to stay up sometimes till two
in the morning to get that lead magnet fucking out there. It
was a kick up the ass to look at my to-do list and go, I'm
avoiding calling that lead because I'm
scared. right? Well okay you can be
(18:15):
scared and you can like stay
stuck Alex or you can let this skin in the game
that you have that you've just invested 20k and this has got to fucking work
because otherwise what's plan B? There's no plan B. I'm not going back
to my 9 to 5 job. There's no plan B.
I'm all in baby and because of that Because
(18:37):
of that all in, because of that investing in myself, because
of being held accountable, because of being in that environment with
proof of other people doing what I wanted to do, that's what
accelerated me. And it wasn't a once or done,
guys. I invested again, and
again, and again, and again, and again, and
(18:59):
again, and again. And I'm not shy to say that I've invested over a
million dollars in myself in the last nine years. Now
some people might say that that is absurd. That's
crazy. But okay, let's say
I've got a million dollars that I invested and I saved dollar for
dollar, which by the way, I wouldn't have made a million dollars in the last nine
years being a senior graphic designer, but let's say in some odd world I
(19:22):
managed to save money and invest in a million dollar
home. What's that one million dollar apartment gonna
yield me per month? Ballpark. 4K
maybe? Maybe? Maybe 5K? Maybe less?
I don't know. versus the
courageous version of me that decided to continue to invest in themselves year
(19:44):
after year after year after year, container after container after container after container. Private
business coach, after retreat, after NLP, after this,
after that, constantly up leveling, constantly putting myself,
the little fish in a bigger pond, a little fish in a bigger pond. What do
you think happened? Now I have a business where I'm
yielding anywhere between 100 to 400K a month. 100K a month is a bad month
(20:07):
for me. 100K
months is a bad month for me. It's a slow
sales month for me. And that's because I had the courage to
go like, hey dad, I love you. I know you think
I'm fucking insane because I invested all this money in myself, but also your
daughter's just built a personal brand where I yield on average two
(20:28):
to 300K months. And I don't
get him to understand that. And I don't get 99% of
humanity to understand that, but maybe there's a part of you that understands that right now.
Maybe there's a part of you that understands right now, fuck, I
need that accountability. I need to be in a space and maybe it's
not me, maybe it's someone else. But what I want you to take from this
(20:49):
episode is that coach that you've been stalking, that
coach that you've been like, fuck, I really want to work with them. Why are they getting those
results? Maybe it's time for you to bite the bullet. Maybe
it's time for you to be like, you know what? I'm at least going
to book in a call with them to see what they've got to offer. I'm at least going to
show up to this call with an open heart, with an open mind to
(21:09):
see if this is going to allow me
to accelerate my results. Because I can promise you, without
me investing in a coach over and over again, there
is no way that I'd be speaking into this microphone right
now. There's no way that I'd be delivering this podcast with
the wisdom I have. There's been no way that I created a movie last year. There'd
(21:31):
be no way that I filled out events of 500 people plus. There'd be
no way that I did a world tour. There'd be no way that I'd be making the money that
I am and having the impact that I am. It all
starts with you having the courage to back yourself and
understand that you are your greatest return on investment. You're
