But but you're the man today, all right, so let
me do it like this. I got your MIC's working
and gotta write everything, so wd I listeners, we're on today.
You definitely made to stand special people spotlight because what
you're doing for others, you know, that's what it is,
uh self less ness when you're a Shelby County corrections
officer or you're a deputy. Actually but are you over corrections? Yes?

(02:07):
Over correction? So you report to share barn. Oh how
am I doing so far? You're doing well all right?
So I did a little homework but you're helping others
unselfishly despite what you hear about this, that and the
other is going on in the department or sometimes you know,
you get these officers do this, you know on the side,
But you're one of the ones who are helping others,

(02:28):
and not only helping others, but you having folks to
get a job, to get a not just a job,
I'm sorry, a career, Yes, yeah, a career. You're one
of the ones who do a little bit of recruiting too, right, Yes, sir.
I want to talk about that when we come back
after this break, but I just want to give the mic.
I just want to introduce the WDI family to you.

(02:48):
Deputy Williams. Now, how long have you been employed with
the department? Did you call it the department or you
call it with the office office?

Speaker 4 (02:54):
Yeah, I've been with sheriff office years. Wow, man, twenty
eight years? May in two eight, yes, sir, to a yes, sir,
how many you need to retire? Twenty five? Yeah, twenty five?
Oh man, you already seeded that, yes, sir, I have.

Speaker 5 (03:09):
Man.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
Well, you're looking good and you look like you don't
feel no ways tired. I see you look like you've
been pressing three fifty. Hey, so you are you in
good shape?

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Back?

Speaker 2 (03:22):
You got twenty eight already?

Speaker 4 (03:23):
Yes, I thought it was thirty to retire. No, it's
twenty five, sir, twenty five to retire.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
Do y'all do y'all have this thing called the drop?

Speaker 3 (03:31):
You did it?

Speaker 2 (03:32):
No, we don't have We don't have the drop. Don't
do that. It used to be with we wish we did.
That's what the MPD is. Have they done away with
the drop? Over there? I don't know about you know,
what do they have for you guys?

Speaker 4 (03:44):
So with me when I came in, we had the
plan C where you work twenty five years and then
you have a retirement after twenty five years, so I
could retire any time. But hey, like I said, you know,
when you're doing something and you love it, it's not work.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
So in other words, you fireproof. Oh man, no pun intended. Yeah,
you can go on and on when you get Hey, hey,
the house, I ain't ready to go. You ain't ready
to go? Nowhere, w D I listened? We're talking to
corrections Deputy mister Keith Williams. He's on the show as
a part of the Stands special people spotlight, and he
is representing the Shelby County SHARE's Office. Shelby. Let's take

(04:27):
a break, big Shelby, let's take a break. Be right back,
all right, let me bring it down half a second
of dead Are I'm back like that? You know we're
trying to avoid the Dad at all costs.

Speaker 3 (04:38):
Man.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
Yeah, Silent time on the radio not good?

Speaker 3 (04:41):
Not good.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Silent time on the on the radio, not good. That's it.
We're with Deputy Keith Williams, who is representing the and
representing well, I might add Shelby kind of Share office
offices over at two o one popular. We're here today,
say my bridge, pride force, gab m here to date.

(05:03):
We're gabbled here today to talk about recruiting, Yes, sir,
some good folk, Yes, sir, into the department, into the
office Shelby counter. Sheriff's Office, Floyd Bonnam, Sheriff floy about
a junior. Yes, ect. So you're with us this morning too.
Is it recruit shine the light on the department or

(05:25):
are you shorthanded? Are you need some good workers and
good officers? What exactly? What is it? Hey, it's all above.

Speaker 4 (05:31):
We need some people to come in and apply for
these positions that we have.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
We have like three hundred positions that's available.

Speaker 4 (05:38):
We have like five thousand dollars signing retention bonus to
add to their forty eight thousand dollars starting salary.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
HOLDO, let's not right there for a second, Wait a second,
five thousand, five thousand, if you would just like a
sign of bonus or just it's retention bonus. Yeah, to
keep them there.

Speaker 4 (05:57):
After their first year, they get like thirteen hundred dollars increments.
And then the thing about it is they have to
stay in good standards. What's good standing? You have to
be able to come to work and be ready and
prepared to work and stay in good standards with Shabey
County Sheriff's Office.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
Yeah, got a quick question for w. Williams. You can
do it not on one five three, five, nine three
four two, eight hundred and five zero three nine three
four two or eight three three, five three, five nine
three for too. Next time I do the numbers. I'm
gonna let you do that. Uh. You just sounds like
you got some pretty good communication skills to be ready.
I want you to say the numbers next time. Invite
our listeners to call because I think it's good. As

(06:34):
we mentioned earlier, it's not just a job, it is
really a career and that's a difference. Sir, talk to
us about the difference between the job and the career.

Speaker 4 (06:41):
Officer Williams, Well, a job is something that you go
to and there's no way that you can move up
in their job. A career is something that hey, after
three years working for the Sheriff's office, you can move
up to a sergeant. You can move over try transportation.
You can move over to our special ops K nine
G I U or either G I D I U.

(07:04):
Do you I U G what's G gang unit?

Speaker 2 (07:06):
Gang unit? Yeah? Uh huh okay, I gained unit initiative.

Speaker 4 (07:11):
The initials gaining intelligence unit and you got it. So
either you can move to our ditentional Response team.

Speaker 2 (07:19):
Yes.

Speaker 4 (07:20):
So, I mean basically, this is a career where you
can come in, you learn what you need to learn,
be fir, firm and consistent. You know, come up and
show the work, show up, show up at work every day.
You know, ready to work. You know this. This career
can take you and your family to another link or

(07:41):
another stage.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
No doubt, you've done it for twenty eight years. Yes, sir,
you don't feel no way's tied. What did you begin?
You start off as a you go straight in? No,
I came in as a corrections deputy, as a recruit.
When I started as a career recruit, it was like
in nineteen ninety seven, I was like, it took me
to years to get this position because it was a

(08:02):
prestige position to get who only heard about it by
word of mouth or you know, through friends, and it
was hard to get on. It took me ten years
to get on. Wow. And when I got on, I
was like, hey, man, I finally got on. Ain't stopping
us now?

Speaker 4 (08:16):
Hey, break the best out of I'm on the movie, Yes, sir,
mask Ques.

Speaker 2 (08:20):
Your parents proud of you, Yes they are. They're both
here with us now, just one one dad, Yeah, that's
with you. Yes, yes, okay, Mama's in the celestial city.
That is it? Okay, That's how I like to put it.
She resting, So you're resting the puzzles, no puzzle, yes, sir,
and smiling down on her song. Look looking, take a

(08:42):
look at you.

Speaker 3 (08:42):
Now.

Speaker 2 (08:43):
I'm gonna Phil Collins, sir, and the daddy Dad's here right,
shot him my right quick.

Speaker 4 (08:48):
Officer shout out to John Henderson. Hey, thank you Dad
for giving me. They don't know the opportunity to be
here on earth. Yeah, because of you, I'm here. Dad
is that's it? You know the give them all on her?
You know the man, that's how. That's great? Then how
do your mother and father? You know, the father is
the family role model. That's true, whether he wants the

(09:09):
job or not. Hey, here's what it is.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
Yes, sir, man, let me take a phone call. So
we used to have biblestead of it, Yes, sir, Yes, sir,
I know that's you was on Wednesday. But hey, sir,
I'm gonna make it so. I know you have your
headphones done yet, but I'm gonna make it so you
can hear these questions or whatnot in the radio.

Speaker 6 (09:28):
Yeah, then walk up, flock up bell, mister, mister Keith Williams.
I just want to ask you.

Speaker 3 (09:42):
What and I hang up and listen.

Speaker 6 (09:44):
What is the starting salary when they first start? Why
do you think y'all got three hundred open positions and
you guys can't feel it? And I'm a truck drabber
in the turn over rate?

Speaker 2 (10:00):
This unbelieva.

Speaker 6 (10:01):
What are you guys, turnover rates staying.

Speaker 3 (10:05):
I want to have a super grade weekend.

Speaker 6 (10:06):
Keep your head on swivel, got your lot each.

Speaker 3 (10:08):
And every day, and I hang up and listen because.

Speaker 6 (10:10):
I know these lines lighting up like the fourth of
ju line.

Speaker 7 (10:13):
Have a super grade weekend, got your lot?

Speaker 3 (10:16):
Thank you, miss, so.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
You have a great weekend. Officer Williams words yeah about
his question, Yeah, okay, Yeah.

Speaker 4 (10:26):
The starting salary is forty eight thousand dollars a year
when you first start off for the twelve weeks of training.
After three years you go to fifty three thousand, and
after five years you go to sixty two thousand. Now,
the question was wild. It's a turnover rate so high.
You had a lot of people that retired after their
twenty five years. So a lot of people retiring after

(10:48):
twenty five years, you left a vast exodus. Uh if
you not didn't notice that happened all over the world.
Everybody was retiring and everybody was working from home because
of COVID, And you know, it was a vast exodus
of opportunities and jobs for a lot of people. So

(11:08):
that's one of the reasons right there. Now, when you
got a lot of people retiring. You didn't have a
lot of people coming in at this position when they
was doing all this exodus. So now that you know
all these people that left, that left for us with
a like a blank slate of just opportunities for you
to come in and make a career.

Speaker 2 (11:29):
Yeah, and it's wide open now, yeah, it's very wide.
You got a canvas now.

Speaker 4 (11:33):
Yes, sir, you can move up probably within a year
or two, you know, from one position to another.

Speaker 2 (11:39):
Let's take another phone call. Yeah, my special guest this
morning is Deputy Williams, corrections deputy, and he's pretty much
over that particular department, right and we're talking recruitment. Give
me that phone morning, y on the radio. Thanks waiting?
What say you ride Dale? How you doing? You know

(12:00):
how you're doing? Yeah? I didn't put the headphones on nobody.
He asked how you were doing? How you doing, sir?

Speaker 8 (12:06):
Yeah, yeah, staying Uh do you hear me?

Speaker 2 (12:11):
You're coming out and clearly yeah he can hear you.

Speaker 8 (12:14):
Just want to asking about the story that I saw
about it. They have killed and murdered Don Bakers and
all the stuff that hasn't been transported to the sum
tension and that they down here and message and is
that stally true?

Speaker 3 (12:30):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (12:30):
You got anything on that, Williams. Now what part are
you talking about? Does the relator pertain to Shelly kind
of shares office unforgetful or what correction.

Speaker 8 (12:38):
On the office where you work at and downtown?

Speaker 2 (12:44):
It's all over the city. Yeah, you know that's.

Speaker 8 (12:47):
I'm talking about. These people have already been trial and
everything and they still staying at the way to be
transformed to the term.

Speaker 4 (12:56):
That's true, Well, of course, Uh, you have for some
inmates that's waiting to be picked up, that is true,
And we're waiting on other facilities to come pick up
their inmates. And you know, by a back lag, where.

Speaker 8 (13:15):
What can the public doing to make sure this stuff
is strangely does how can you hold people like that?
And it's not really a safe facility for hard criminals
like that, I understand. Is anything the public can do?

Speaker 2 (13:31):
Well?

Speaker 4 (13:32):
I think the sheriff is trying to campaign for more
money for them to fix the doors and stuff like that.
But you got to understand, once they're through here in Memphis,
we're just waiting on other facilities to come pick them up.
So we're doing them a service by holding them till
they come and pick them.

Speaker 7 (13:49):
Up, picking them up?

Speaker 4 (13:53):
Why did I pick them up? Probably overcrowding. They don't
have the space for them yet, you know. It's it's
it's easy to come pick somebody up and don't have
a place for him.

Speaker 2 (14:05):
So they got to make sure we need some new employee.

Speaker 8 (14:09):
Is now with one hundred and something some people still
in jail and they ain't got nowhere to go. I
can't understand that.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
Yeah, okay, thanks so much for that. All right, Okay,
so good morning everyone. Right at the bottom of the hour,
I gotta take a break. Were working this thing. We
was like, we know all this going back on this
morning show. Well, yeah, you can get the video made.
Look behind the making of a morning show. You see
how this thing work. Man, All things come together for

(14:42):
the good of those who you are you know the rest, Yes, sir,
all right, that's how we do it. All those who
listen to Wight all right. Wow, I don't know. Sometimes
it is a sacred or secular show. Yes, sir, we
are here this morning talking with my special guests in
the spotlight. Key Williams with the Corrections Department of the

(15:04):
Corrections Office of Shelby County sheriff's office. Man, led by
sheriff floor by Bona junior. Your office is in well,
I guess you covered downtown two or one Poplar, right, yes, sir,
and you report there and then you do you actually
go out in the streets. You stay in the office.

Speaker 4 (15:19):
So basically we're a position at Shelby County two on one.

Speaker 2 (15:24):
Yeah, corrections, Yeah, what floor you are? Well?

Speaker 4 (15:27):
Is it not the floor? We covered the whole building
building across from the jail, or it's across from the
courts for the courts, from the courts.

Speaker 2 (15:34):
Gotcha put some physicality to this thing, physical addressing. But
you know, I'm trying to paint this picture. Man, We're
glad at you here. Again we got the right guy
on this morning twenty eight years Man, you you decided
you wanted to be in law enforcement. What straight out
of high school? Did you have the military? What? Well,
I came out of high school and I went to

(15:55):
college and then oh it start right there. What high school?

Speaker 4 (15:58):
Take high Memphis, take high class of eighty c you yes, sir, yes, sir,
young man, yes, sir.

Speaker 2 (16:06):
You young man. You went to tech. Yes, was a
great Sylvester Ford over there. It was yes, sir, the
late great Sylvester Ford show time. Yes, sir, that was
my guy. He gave me an opportunity. Man, So here
I like to hear from the Technical Memphis Technical High. Yes, sir,
thank you, yellow Jack. I like to. And so when
you left when you graduated from Tech over that big

(16:26):
school on Poplar, Yes, right across from two thousand and
one fifteen stories of butter Rest, right right, you know
what I know where you're talking, Yeah, sir? Was that
popular in Cleveland? Was that popular? Well? Yeah, it was
kind of like Claybook back in the Yes, sir, yes,
the next big street over there, about Montgomery over there,

(16:49):
Claybrook over there. So when you left Tech?

Speaker 5 (16:53):
What?

Speaker 2 (16:53):
What?

Speaker 3 (16:53):
Then?

Speaker 2 (16:54):
What? And then what?

Speaker 4 (16:55):
When I went off to Knoxville College, Uh not Tennessee,
Knox not UT.

Speaker 2 (17:01):
But I went to k C.

Speaker 4 (17:03):
Yeah, and I went there, and you know, I was
missing home, and you know, from there, when I came home,
I was just like, hey, man, let me try to
find me something you know here where I'm here. But
you know that that kind of broadened my horizon when
I went to college, and from that it was like,
well let me get on that, sheriff department, and you know,

(17:27):
I worked in this little careers. I mean, my career
is little jobs here and there, you know. And I
moved up and rank and then the next thing, I
was trying my best to get on with the sheriff department.
And it was like every time my friends they was
working there, and they was like, we're gonna let you
know when they're hiring. And no one ever let me know,
you know, because they didn't do advertising, you know, it
was just word of mouth, you know. So and I

(17:50):
finally one of my friends came to me and told me, hey, man,
I got a job offer with the sheriff Department. I
was like what, And I was working at the warehouse.
I was like, man, you're not going to take that position.
He's like no, I said, man, I've been trying to
get on that.

Speaker 2 (18:04):
For ten years.

Speaker 4 (18:06):
And when he said that, he was like, man, well,
I got to go to an interview this week. I said, well,
can I go too. He's like, yeah, just call this number.
I called the number and I came in for the
interview on Court Street. And once I did that interview,
she just you know, asked me a series of questions,
went through a series of testing and hey, man, I

(18:27):
finally got my foot in the door. I was on
my way.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
That's a good report, right there, sir. Twenty eight years later,
here you are. Hey, I'm still here. I'm still here, Yes, sir,
seeing some things. I'm still here, Yes, sir, man you
recruiting this morning. I'd like to hear your story. Man,
I'd like to hear the story, man, sir. And you
you painting that picture speaking a series of questions. Let's
go back to the phone line the morning you're in
the radio. You got some questions. Go right ahead, you

(18:52):
know the air.

Speaker 5 (18:54):
Yes, good Friday morning, staying bell and good morning again
to uh Deputy Keith Williams. Yeah, yeah, uh Definey Williams.
I spoke to you the other day when you were
on Bib Johnson's show. You know, I'm an advocate for

(19:14):
you all, making.

Speaker 8 (19:15):
Six figures you so much, you all do deserve it.

Speaker 5 (19:23):
Uh. But two things I want to say, Uh chaunl
three did a segment last night on their news about
you know, the conditions of the jail and that, uh,
that the conditions are similar at jails all across you know,
they're they're you know, wearing terror.

Speaker 2 (19:45):
You know, over time.

Speaker 5 (19:47):
You know, when that jail first was built, everybody talked
about and.

Speaker 9 (19:51):
How good and beautiful it was.

Speaker 5 (19:53):
You know, it was called the Blama Slammer.

Speaker 2 (19:56):
But you know, over time, you.

Speaker 5 (19:58):
Know, things do where down and then you've got this
big population of inmates who do things, you.

Speaker 8 (20:06):
Know to uh destroy the jail.

Speaker 5 (20:10):
And uh they gave an example of you know that
escape they had.

Speaker 3 (20:13):
Down in New Orleans.

Speaker 5 (20:16):
You know that that's similar, you know to that's.

Speaker 4 (20:19):
A result of you know, the jail that uh, you know, the.

Speaker 5 (20:23):
The quality and the structures and stuff of changing. And uh,
I mean you are you all have a rough job.
I mean, but it's a much needed job.

Speaker 9 (20:35):
And uh, my.

Speaker 5 (20:37):
Husband, uh do you remember coach Cox at at Tech.

Speaker 2 (20:43):
The name sounds for me, yes, ma'am.

Speaker 5 (20:46):
Yeah he was. He was a teacher and a coach
at uh at Tech when you were there and you
said you graduated in eighty six and he was, yeah,
so he was. She was trying to remember you. But anyway,
I give had off to you. I give some louse
to all of you guys and and women who are
there doing what needs to be done down THET two

(21:09):
or one Poplar and i'lmost start a referendum or something
for you all to get paid six figures.

Speaker 2 (21:16):
How about that the radio? Yeah, go ahead, tell you it, yes, ma'am.

Speaker 10 (21:30):
All right, Good morning, Officer Keith Williams, Good morning. I
wanted to ask a question about the requirements for the
what the positions are open? And these positions or the
the UH can be applying for the position? Can they

(21:54):
have our people that.

Speaker 2 (21:58):
How do they work? Record? Let him answer and we'll
get you on the phone. I think it's a little inaudible,
but I think I got enough information from you. All right,
thank you so much. Thank you.

Speaker 4 (22:11):
Requirements that you be eighteen years of age, high school
diploma ged and you'll be able to submit your application
after you graduate. The thing about it is it's eighteen
and up. Now we have someone that's there, he's eighty
some years old. He comes in and his boots polished,
his uniform press and he's eighty some years old and

(22:32):
he still comes to work. I saw him last night
when he came in and I'm just like, man, you
still got it going on.

Speaker 2 (22:37):
Man.

Speaker 4 (22:38):
But one of the requirements is that you at least
be eighteen high school diploma and be able to pass
the background check and also be able to pass the
ridding test.

Speaker 2 (22:51):
Is let's say another caller, I'll let's get him as
many in as we can. Let's go up here. Wa
goome on it. You're in the radio with officer Keith.
Will go ahead.

Speaker 3 (23:02):
Hey, good morning, good morning, moaning, good morning.

Speaker 7 (23:07):
My question is have you kind of pull back on
some of the requirements based on certain people are having
certain proclications but not able to pass the to my
run or fifty push ups or things of that nature.

Speaker 4 (23:27):
So that's definitely true. What we have done is we're
implemented a postponement. Were postponing that physical agility part where
you have to do the push ups to sit ups
and all that run and all that.

Speaker 2 (23:42):
We postponed that until we can get this position.

Speaker 7 (23:45):
That happened to my daughter man. My daughter man, she
got all the way through and got you that push
up and now run whatever it was, and she didn't
followfy she's had to day.

Speaker 4 (23:57):
Well, we postponed it, so she it's been a wholestponing

Speaker 7 (31:25):
That tell me it's a great great stand up.

Speaker 2 (31:29):
Guy so are, you?

Speaker 7 (31:31):
BROTHER i retired From i'm retired from now twenty twenty, two,
sir at the age of.

Speaker 3 (31:38):
Fifty.

Speaker 8 (31:39):
Uh and it's a great department to work.

Speaker 3 (31:43):
For it's a great division to work, for. Sir it's the.

Speaker 9 (31:47):
Only division with the only job THAT i know of
that you can go where to start.

Speaker 2 (31:52):
Off at work for it for ye, now, yes, sir.

Speaker 8 (31:55):
Okay now you want to make forty eight thousand dollars a,
year you make for eight thousand dollars yead?

Speaker 3 (32:00):
Up lift that the two one hundred thousand dollars a.
Year you set your salary to what you want to.

Speaker 2 (32:06):
Make, yes, Sir, yes, sir that is.

Speaker 3 (32:09):
True you got you got a good. One that's.

Speaker 8 (32:12):
Thing keep up the good work key from pride of.

Speaker 2 (32:15):
YOU i appreciate, you, MAN i really.

Speaker 3 (32:20):
Do all.

Speaker 2 (32:20):
Right you got a question for your, Officer. Williams, see
how does the salary compare to salaries in other.

Speaker 4 (32:31):
Cities, well, basically if you look at, it, uh most
people that comes out of, college you, know with a,
degree they start off making forty eight thousand their first.
Year so, basically you have a high school diploma and
you start off making forty eight thousand dollars a, year you,

(32:52):
know plus. Incentives now you do the, math you go to,
school and you get up you, know just the. Loans
we want you to go to, school and we want
you to continue your education because we have college. Incentives
one of the incentives is if you get your bachelor's
degree or already have your bachelor's, degree that we pay

(33:12):
you seven point five percent towards your. Salary so if
you have like twenty five, credits we pay you one
percent towards your. Salary if you have fifty five we,
credits we pay you two point five, percent eighty five
credits hours we pay you five percent towards your. Salary
so you're increasing by just submitting your, application going through

(33:33):
the process and becoming a part of the sheriff.

Speaker 2 (33:35):
Office got? It? So so is?

Speaker 12 (33:40):
It?

Speaker 2 (33:40):
Chief kind of got? It chief for it's not a Life, yes, Sir, yes, sir, yes,
sir amosphere gonna put it out. There attention response team, members, Extraordinair, yes, sir, yeah,
Correction Deputy. Williams, so what are the what's the mission?
Statement what's the goal of. Us let's Say i'm a new, hire,

(34:03):
right what's one of the first things you're gonna line
me up and tell me and other hires that come
on what what what would you advise? Us it would it?
Be in other, words what's your daily?

Speaker 4 (34:13):
Goal so ideally goes, stays stay, fir firm and, consistent
and stay probably, Right, hey that's part of it because
you're gonna be dealing with the, safety security and management of.
Inmates so we don't want you to be biased because
everybody is in there for a. Reason don't be biased
to the reason that they're in. There all we want

(34:33):
you to do is do what we ask you to.
Do feed, them you, know send them a, court you,
know give them their, visitation give them time on the,
rock you, know and give them the study what the rock.
Is when they come out for for a, recess you,
know or like when you come, out, yeah you, know
don't give they get ready to come, out you, know

(34:54):
because a lot of time when they're behind the. Bars
what we're trying to do now is get our doors.
Fixed when there behind the, doors we let them out
and let them get their recreation where they can use the,
phone call, home check on folks at the, house you,
know and we want them to still be a part of.

Speaker 2 (35:09):
Society but right now we have them behind you know.
Doors right now they regard new. HIRES i guess are
they required to know? Policy y'all strict on knowing.

Speaker 4 (35:18):
Possible, basically we give them twelve weeks of, training and
we train. You even if you came from working in the.
Warehouse we're gonna train. You if you came from. Yourself,
yeah if you came from working on a semi, truck
we're gonna train you on everything you need to know
about becoming a correction's. Deputy and after the twelve weeks of,
training you go to ninety days on the job, training
so you walk working alongside with someone you, know why

(35:41):
are you learning this? Process and then after that you
set on your own and then you know over time it's.

Speaker 2 (35:47):
Available so there's quite a bit of. Responsibility it's a
lot of. Responsibility, yes, sir you're also responsible for the
inmates and your. Coworker, yes, yes, Indeed i'm my brother's. Keeper, yes,
sir we're talking with a wuty. Chief, well i'na put
it out and let me. Retract i'm sorry about To Serl.

Office Corrections. Deputy, Yes Keith, williams take my last, break
break right. Back if they're gonna take a few phone, Calls,
