Speaker 1 (00:04):
In this life Force energy coaching commentary, I want to
discuss the darker side of the seven major chakras. Just
as the chakras have their traits and characteristics that help
guide us in positive directions, that can be corrupted or damaged,
and there are predictable patterns to this. So let's go

(00:26):
through them and then we'll discuss what can be done.
So starting from the base chakra, their root chakra, which
is all about survival, The darker side of this chakra
is fear. The second chakra, the sacral chakra, which is
all about creativity, emotions, sexuality. When this chakra is damaged

(00:49):
or corrupted, the emotion is shame. The third chakra, the
solar plexus chakra, which is all about self identity and
self esteem and self empowerment. The darker side of this
chakra is guilt, and the second and third chakra work
very closely together. I believe shame and guilt are two

(01:09):
sides of the same coin. I also believe that shame
and guilt are the two emotions that inherently turn inward
they implode. So this is important to know because they
need to be handled differently. If you find that this
is happening with you in the fourth chakra, the heart chakra.
The darker side here is grief. The fifth chakra, our

(01:34):
throat chakra, is about communication and voicing our truth. The
darker side of this chakra is blies and falsehoods and fakeness.
Our third eye, the sixth chakra, is where our intuition
and imagination lie. The darker side of this chakra is illusion,

(01:56):
so pretending and being fooled by illusions and things that
seem to be one thing but they're not, They're actually
something else. And then finally, the seventh chakra at the crown,
where our spiritual energy enters our physical body. The darker
side of this chakra is attachment, so really needing to

(02:17):
have certain physical things, having people perceive us in a
certain way, and needing all that to feel good. So
now that we know this, what do we do about it? Well,
it's important to identify first of all, which emotions are
coming up. Now you can associate them with one of
the major chakras, and so now you know what issue

(02:39):
to work on. What you can do is when you
meditate or pray, you want to bring in a lot
of healing energy into that chakra. You also want to
request of a higher power, whatever that means, for you
to clear and heal the negative emotions, to give you

(03:00):
answers to help correct the situation, and to stop and
prevent this from happening in the future. And now. This
may have to be done regularly for a while. Sometimes
we need to continue to work at it. Part of
this sustaining very present during the rest of the day,
so when you're not meditating or praying, you're in the moment,

(03:22):
and it's much easier to get intuitive information and to
see signs that can help you and that can guide
you through your life. So I hope this has given
you something to consider. Thank you very much for listening,
and I wish you a very prosperous day.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
