from Beautiful Illusions Event Styling.
And Ruth Ryan from Ruth Ryan Photography.
The purpose of the Bridal Brief is to help you before, on and
after your wedding day with our advice.
Plus. Bringing on a few friends along
the way. Ruth.
What? It's our favourite topic.
What is it? Food.

(00:22):
Glorious food. Yay.
Finally, yeah, we are talking food.
Neither of us know what we're talking about, but we've still
got some valuable info. We do.
We know a little bit. What are we gonna talk about
today though? Well, there's celebrities,
obviously. What?
What's been eaten at celebrity'swedding?
Then we look at common wedding catering options, beverage

(00:45):
options and also there's a few unique ideas and tips that are
floating around at the moment. This is great.
Yeah. So lots, lots.
Of ideas for everybody out therewho you're looking about their
catering options they're wedding.
This is great. Let's talk.
What did you have, Steph? Actually I had a.
Roast buffet. Oh, OK.
Yes, completely gluten free roast buffet.

(01:06):
Not that I'm gluten free, but Kate, that meant everyone who
was gluten free didn't have niceworry.
About it, Yeah, OK. Yeah, that's a good.
Idea dishes and sides. It was good.
I got to choose the dishes. I also got to choose the sides
and they had all the sauces to accompany for like the different
meats. And I remember those little
potatoes. You like oh potatoes?
I went back and got seconds. I didn't.

(01:28):
So good. Yes, that's good.
It was fantastic, Yeah. And.
What did you have? Well, I also had a buffet.
Yeah, and it was. Yeah, I guess there.
Was some roast meat in there as well, But there was also chicken
and there was fish as well 'cause I'm a big fish.
Lover. There was also some prawns as
well. And then we, we used our cake

(01:50):
for dessert. But I remember it just a few
days before, my dad turned around and said, what do you
mean you're not having a dessertbuffet?
And I was like, well, we just decided just to have the cake
for dessert. And he goes, I'll pay for that.
And he just kind of rang them upand said and organised it.
That's fantastic. Yeah, I mean, it's nice to have

(02:10):
options. I think there was a lot left at
ours of the desserts because we had way too many.
Yeah, yeah. And people are dancing.
Also at that time, that's right, you know.
And like, for me, I am, it was really because we had our
wedding in winter. They were all cold options that
I had. Yeah.
So I actually asked them. I say, can you do an apple
crumble or something for? And they did.

(02:31):
Yeah. That was nice.
That's great. Yeah.
I look good, celebrities. As we love talking about our
celebrity friends, we do, yes. OK, so we're gonna.
I'm just, look, there's just a few.
I'm gonna talk you through it. Travis Barker and Kourtney
Kardashian had pasta at their wedding.
I. Love that.
I do too, this was found out through highly generous like

(02:55):
stories on TikTok or our socialsand people had commentary about
it because the portion size was so many.
Oh well, that's how they say so Slim I.
Think that and also it was probably 1 of like many courses
you're not gonna. Want me to work right?
Yeah, that's true. But it did look delicious.
I bet it was they heard that. Lauren Hashem and Dwayne the

(03:18):
Rock John Johnson had a breakfast wedding.
This breakfast is my favourite meal of the day, right?
And I would love pancakes. Yeah, French, all these things,
bacon and eggs and. Slices great.
Yes, that's exactly. What they had, yeah, it's
perfect. I love that.
I love that. So Beyoncé and Jay-Z, theirs was

(03:40):
homemade, so actually her mum and his grandmother or the other
way around, his mum and her grandmother made dishes.
Oh I love this so much. I don't.
Do because they had money when they got married.
That's right. It's not like they.
Yeah. They just said it brought that
personal touch to their wedding.I really love that and you know,
sometimes the the grandma food is the best.

(04:02):
Food. They really knew how to cook
back in the day. I.
Don't know it's. Going to be the same for us.
But I think that really it's sharing that cuisine as such
with their guests, like something really personal.
So that's really sweet. Lovely.
And then Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas had comfort food from
Indian, European and American. I wonder what comfort?

(04:24):
Food. Well, American.
It's probably like fried chicken.
Yeah, OK. Correct me if I'm chips, you
were made like. Fries, things like that.
What about European? I wonder what that is?
Yeah, if it's English chips, maybe some Guinness pie.
Yeah, maybe the sausages and things like that as.
Yeah, maybe. Yeah.
I mean, Indian food is comfort food at any time, isn't that

(04:45):
you? Know it's great.
It'd be. It's good in this weather in
Brisbane, yeah. It's freezing at the moment.
Yeah. You say freezing, but I'm sure
there's people from around the world that it's laugh very
interesting. Yeah, it's very true.
What is it? I think it's about 15°C.
So yeah, yeah. Write in and let us know where
where it is for you. Yes.
Let's look at some common wedding catering styles.

(05:09):
Great. I mean, there's really only a
few options that people generally would go with.
First one is plated sit down dinner.
So that's a bit more traditional, a bit more formal
approach where each guest has a pre selected meal served on a
plate. You know, often it can be.

(05:29):
A. Drop like so yeah, I guess the
advantage of things like this, it's a bit more of a refined
dining experience suitable for formal weddings or for those.
Seeking a more structured. Meal.
I guess the the risk there is, yeah.
I mean, you can usually scope with the person beside you.
I've done this many times. Yeah, sure.

(05:49):
You. That everybody.
Has. Yeah.
And I, I, I feel that, yeah. The disadvantage to it though,
is if people don't like one of the two options so much because
you're not going to ask for yourguests, are you OK with these
two options? That's.
Right. I mean, I'm a particularly fussy
eater. I don't eat chicken, which is.
Bizarre. It's always one of the ultimate.
Chicken, well always one of themand often beef is the other one

(06:12):
and I don't really eat that either so I usually get stuff
eating the bread Roll you almost.
Like to tell them you have dietary?
Recorders. Usually I'll tell them that I'm
vegetarian, it's just easier. Or if.
There's a fish option? Yeah, if I could have lobster
plate. No, Well, that's it.
I don't like to say, yeah, it's usually the more expensive

(06:34):
option is the seafood and I don't want to obviously make
them pay for that just for my one meal.
So I say if there's a fish option, I'll have that.
If not, very much happy with vegetarian.
Oh, that's good. Yeah, that's easy.
And yeah, so. I mean, that's, that's common
now. Vegetarians free people.
Yeah. So it's usually, sometimes

(06:55):
usually. Yeah, like a nice pasta.
If it's a vegetarian one, it's usually like a pumpkin resort
pumpkin ravioli or something. Like that.
Yeah, yeah. That's.
Always good. Another option is a buffet style
so we both had this. We did.
Why did you do? It I guess I did it because I
know I'm fussy. Actually, you know what I ended
up doing? I took some of the things off

(07:17):
the buffet, but I actually, theymade me fish and chips because I
was a lot worse back then than what I am now.
You. You've gotten better, even in
the time. I have gotten better.
I've tried a few things recently, yeah.
And yeah, So I think that's why I did.

(07:37):
I just for anybody that was coming to my wedding, I wanted
them to feel comfortable choosing what they wanted to
choose. Yeah, it was a little bit more,
you know, you've got to go out and line up with your plate kind
of thing. Yeah, Yeah.
Which for a lot of people, that's not very refined.
It's. Not but it gives like a lot of.
Options. I like that.
Option. Yeah, that's right.
It's a lot more flexible, gives people wide range of options.

(08:00):
It's a great choice for casual and a bit more informal
weddings, which, I mean, mine wasn't that informal, yeah.
But that part, that part of it was what you wanted.
It was what that was what we wanted.
That's why we did it too, yeah. Food station.
So some people have this guest choose from various stations, I
guess so each offering a specific type of food such as

(08:21):
IBA Taco station or a sushi bar bun.
I know I've this love. This is kind of maybe a bit more
upmarket than just a buffet. You fishing?
Get such good food stations now.Yeah, yeah, love.
It's a bit more interactive, bitmore engaging.
You could have maybe some cute signs above it that might look

(08:43):
cute. Allows for a bit more varied
dining experience, often a modern, bit more trendy, kind
of. AOS Yep, Yep.
The next one is cocktail style catering so it's focuses more on
bite size, appetisers, finger foods, canapes usually served
while people mingling. And they have substantial

(09:06):
canapes now, so they're more like like they might have like
Mashed potato and like a meat like.
Yeah, that's right, something. That's right.
Yeah. So.
Like a small serving of paella or something.
Yeah. So those so you can still you
get, you don't have to worry about your guests not chilling
up. That's right.
Yeah, I think gone are the days where it just used to be kind of

(09:26):
Fabia fried prawn or something. Like that you are risking to
think with that one, no guests who are drinking a lot and they
don't eat and then you know, because if they have to sit at a
table, they're more forced to have that meal.
That's right. Whereas if they're not forced to
have it, you may risk a few people drinking.
Yeah, that's right. I mean, it's, it's more I guess

(09:48):
if you've got sort. Of a relaxed.
Reception, I guess they're encouraged more to move around
and socialise, but yeah, it can be a.
Little cheaper, yeah. That's right.
It's also good if you've got kids as well, because sometimes
the options, there's some pride options, and people love pride
food. Yeah, we all do.
But. Yeah.
The next one, which is a little bit different nowadays, is food

(10:10):
truck catering. So I've been to quite a few of
those, Yeah. And I mean, the one that I went
to was a Brazilian lady who was getting married, right?
And she had a Brazilian food truck and right off.
The the IT was good. Be fantastic.
Everybody loved it, Yeah. Another option is family style

(10:32):
dinner. So food is so family style, so
the dishes are all placed on maybe like a long table but
everyone kind of shares. I actually had this at my
friend's wedding. OK.
And I was in the bridal party and they placed these huge
plates of because, you know, you're, it's usually put in
front of you still. It's like banquet style.

(10:53):
And they put these food in frontof us.
And I was like, I cannot like I was like, is that just for us?
Like it was just for myself and the other products.
And I was like, that is so much food.
We didn't get through even half of it, right.
So it can be, it can be really good if you feel worried about
your guests. Not, you know, Yeah, trying to
give it to the table in front ofit.
I mean, especially if you had a theme, we can imagine if you had

(11:14):
sort of an Italian family style,I mean, people would love it.
They would, you know, giant bowls of different pastas and
different pizzas or. Yeah, it's very.
Common and they only actually the that's the only style they
now do at the Lighthouse restaurant actually.
It's your ass style. Yeah, it, well, it's, it's bank,
they call it Banquet, but yeah, I mean it restricts your styling

(11:37):
a little. Bit that's.
Because they can't. We can't put as much along the
table. But it definitely obviously is
popular and they find that that's how they serve it.
OK, It's easier. Yeah.
OK. All right, fair enough.
Yeah, some other unique options are obviously you can have a
dessert bar, you can have this no matter how you have your
actual main meal. Yep, it's it's more of a

(11:59):
dedicated station. Various desserts including
cupcakes, cookies, brownies. It doesn't love a good dessert
bar. Yeah.
And I mean, they've, they've come a long way as well.
I think you know a lot that I'veseen.
You know, I've seen some chocolate bars that have sort of
been set up. And.
All the little, tiny little chocolates and and also long

(12:21):
sheets of chocolate that you've got a break bit.
Oh, that's fun. Fantastic.
Delicious. Yeah, everyone loves that.
Yeah. There's interactive food bars as
well, so this allows guests to assemble their own meals maybe?
Play the sale on Labour, yeah? Right Taco bars, Salad bars.
Build your own burger station. That's a bit fun.

(12:43):
Yeah. Because not everyone likes
pineapple on a burger. Why is that there?
But I mean, it's, it's I think it's a great idea.
It is awesome. You've got to think about
whether or not how formal your occasion is is that's right
glove type of affair. Mate, maybe not people.
Making their own tacos. But if it's a fun, low key kind

(13:06):
of wedding. Great.
I would love it. Like, yeah, that would be great.
Yeah, I think so. So I would love to go to a
wedding that had. That I know, yeah.
That's. Just being a mussicator.
Find someone to get married and convince them we.
Do so if you're getting married. Please invite us.
We we, we make very entertainingguests.
That's right. Especially if you build your own
burger station. We're there.

(13:27):
We're there. We're hanging out there all
night. There's also Cursed.
I'll start that against customizable menus.
So many caterers offer customizable menus, allowing
couples to create a unique culinary experience that
reflects their personal tastes. With that being fun.

(13:50):
Yeah, I think that's a great idea.
A lot of, I think we had an episode a few episodes ago where
we were talking about a couple that were palaeontologists and
they wanted Dino. Themed nugget.
Fantastic, yeah. That's your thing, I think.
Chelsea, back in our Finding Space episode, also talked about
how she is very customised, likeif they're not happy with the

(14:10):
menu, then they're happy to sit down with them.
So you won't like if, if you're picky, pick a venue that's going
to say yes, not no, Yeah, exactly.
Because there are plenty out there that will.
Yeah, Yeah. So that's really lovely.
Especially if they do have any kind of actual restaurant also
on site, they might be a bit more flexible with the food that
they're. Saying that's right.

(14:31):
And like if they, if they want your business, they're gonna
customise and you can often, yeah, like I think pay extra to
have like to check on the food and like try it.
So we're over that. Further on, yeah, but.
OK. So beverages beverage option.
This almost seems to be a whole other topic.
Yes, I feel like at some stage we need to get some of these

(14:53):
really cool beverage trucks whenyou.
Were talking to me, I was we're ready for our favourite episode.
I was like, is it the one alcohol?
Not yet, Not yet. Alright, but beverage option.
Just beverage options, yes. OK, so you've got beverages on
consumption, so you only pay forwhat is consumed.
This option allows flexibility, but costs can be unpredictable

(15:16):
if guests drink more than. Expected.
That's right. But you can often restrict it to
just be one in soft drinks. Yep.
So, you know, like it can be a great way to do it.
Some people worry that extra stuff gets put on it that they
that, that that wasn't it can assume with dodgy.
Yeah, yeah. All right.
So I like. Yeah.

(15:36):
But it can work out cheaper if you're not sure who's drinking
because often these days, you'vegot quite a number of guests
that aren't drinking, right? Yeah.
So then you've got a bar tab. So you set a predetermined
amount for the drink, and guestscan order freely until the limit
is reached. This provides more control over
the spending, but it also may require monitoring.

(15:58):
So I have been to 1 where the bar tab ran out in like the
first hour hour and you know, and you, you guests need to know
that that's what you're doing because they may not bring
money. Right, so you.
Need to make sure your guests are aware that there's a bar
tab. I mean, most of the ones that
I've seen where the bar tab has run out, usually at the father

(16:19):
of the bride or something like that goes down and they throw
their credit card down and that's sort of the way it goes.
Right, but it's not taking my wedding.
Be prepared. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's right.
So the other thing is that some venues offer, well, most of them
offer beverage packages where the guests that receive an
unlimited drinks for a fixed price and time frame.
Yep, this can be cost effective for weddings, ensuring that

(16:42):
guests are catered for without unexpected expenses.
Where? So that's if.
Yeah, if you haven't told your guests then that they're going
to assume probably that they're on a package.
The problem with beverage packages is, in my opinion only,
in my opinion, they're going to make you pay for that beverage

(17:02):
package for every adult that's attending, whether they're
drinking or not, they're good. So you might be paying a fair
bit for a lot of guests that aren't drinking.
That's. Right.
I mean, they've got to cover their bases.
So they probably will assume that every adult there will be
drinking to at least, Yeah, at least.
And they'll, you know, they'll probably go as high as maybe

(17:23):
saying 5 each just to cover their bases.
And so if most of the guests areprobably only having, you know,
maybe one on arrival and then maybe one with dinner.
Yeah, if they're driving, that'sit.
That they might have and you know you've overpaid.
That's right. So like my own personal thing is
the original consumption. That's what I like, because then

(17:44):
you're only paying for what you have.
Or a Bata. Yeah, Yeah.
What about you? I mean we had a beverage package
just with V wine and soft drinksand then the bridal table had
spirits as well. Yeah, which is COVID.
Yeah, I guess we like to know how much we were going to get

(18:05):
charged, and we'd already paid for it beforehand, so it was
just kind of done and done. And but we are.
I just like, you know, you're charged.
We may. Yeah.
Yeah. We don't.
You don't know, but it took it out of your hands.
You didn't have to worry about it.
Worry about it, which is the thing.
It's stress free. That's right.
Yeah, Yeah, No. OK so I've got some tips for
wedding casual. Tell me, OK.
So first it know your guest count, then give correct numbers

(18:28):
to those who need to know. Yes, because they said for to
me, people say, oh, we've got 70guests and then I'll be like to
set include you guys. Oh no, oh, we'd better go back
to the venue and tell them because I told them 70 as well.
So yeah, yes, accommodate guests.

(18:48):
Dietary requirements don't make a big deal out of it.
Some people have real reasons why they are.
So just make sure that you have asked.
Do not think that you don't needto ask because for me, you know,
I had someone who was vegetarianand it's really important that
we had that option for here. Yep, decide the tape type of
catering. You went.
You went through all those. Yep, if not provided then high

(19:12):
experienced staff, not amateurs.100% we can't stress this enough
with pretty much all the vendors, yes, experience does
count. That's right.
You don't want a Fawlty Towers restaurant situation happening.
Make sure staff have relevant licences if needed.
Yes, I had this at my wedding. My venue, like the place we were

(19:34):
having it, the venue they required copies of the
responsible service of alcohol certificates of ours.
Yep. So they wanted it all prior.
So make sure they've got it. And like, an amateur person
might not have that. Like the so and so's friend's
daughter. Yep, I have that.
That's. Yeah, decide if you want late
night snacks for your guests. We love a good late night snack.

(19:58):
Sign a contract and make sure everything discussed is in the
contract. You do not want any unexpected
surprises. Definitely look over.
Your contract, be sure that you know what's in it, be able to
make sense to you before you sign it.
Yeah. Definitely.
Yep. Let's look.
At the fun thing. Oh, I love the.
Fun. Ideas for your wedding catering?

(20:19):
What have we seen recently? I think you saw this recently
down the point didn't you? It was a a Gelato cart, yes.
I still want it. We need just like someone from a
Gelato cart come in and ask themto bring samples.
I think we need samples. Yeah, right.
Just so we can really tell everybody what it's like.
That's right. I mean, especially if you're
having any kind of outdoor summer hyper or down by the

(20:42):
beach kind of. It's a Gelato cut.
It's beautiful. Yeah, that's.
Lovely isn't that? It's maybe a lovely.
Idea. Yeah, especially for just after
the ceremony. Yeah, You know, as a bit of a
snack before the reception begins.
Very good, dear. Or to come in later on, I guess
in the evening as your dessert. Absolute dessert.
Yeah. Yeah.
Great. A late night food truck.

(21:03):
So maybe after your actual reception that this is, I guess,
you know, late night snack kind of a thing.
I mean a good late night cheeseburger.
I mean McDonald's could make a fortune having a food truck that
just served cheeseburgers. I don't.
Mind, we could. You're probably not ready.
So. In Australia, the big thing, I

(21:23):
guess, is to have a kebab at theend of an eye.
Yeah, that's quite. It's same in London, Same.
Like when I used to go out there, we'd always go to the
kebab store on the way home, right?
Yeah, yeah. So, you know, have that an
option if you think it might be a big night.
Funny say that because when I was in Berlin, actually we had,
we went on a David Hasselhoff pub crawl.
What? Yeah, crazy.

(21:44):
Might be crazy, but on the way home we don't stop for Krinsky,
right? Yes.
Yes, there was food trucks. Food trucks, Yes.
Loved them. Yes.
Candy buffet, Yes, we sort of spoke about this before, like
I've seen that chocolate buffet.Tate, you do a candy buffet,
don't you? We do.
We do like a package and it's all themed for the wedding, so
that's fun. OK, so yellow tip Taco bar.

(22:07):
Talked about that that's. It.
That's it. That's fantastic baked potato
bar. See this is fun.
This is a good idea for late night, isn't it?
Isn't it? And winter, Yeah.
Yeah, that's right. Yeah.
Especially if you can pick your own toppings, like yeah, a
cheese. Wheel I love this.
This is right. I would totally What sort of?

(22:28):
Things would you put around the cheese?
Wheel No. So you they're, you know, like
where they melt the cheese in itand you put the pastor in and
they swirl the pastor around inside the cheese.
I was thinking more like a. Cheese.
Fondue kind of that. 'D be great too.
Dip things. In.
That's a good one too. Yes, this is great.

(22:48):
You imagine. If we had one on each table.
A little fondue. Or a chocolate fondue.
Yes, this. I'd be going for that.
A burger truck. We love, yes.
We love burger truck. Yes, Yep, Yep.
I saw this recently. I guess this was American.
Yeah, but a ranch fountain. So a ranch dressing fountain.

(23:09):
So you can dip all sorts of things in range.
So I mean they. Had they had things like they
had carrot sticks and things like that as well, but they also
had chicken wings. That say chicken wings.
Yeah, yeah. Yeah, that's great.
I mean it, it doesn't have to just be ranch if you're really
into tomato sauce or ketchup or like golden America human.

(23:30):
I mean ranch. It's quite.
Runny, so it would work really well, but yeah, for sure.
Yeah. But I mean, it doesn't just, I
mean, you could have a chocolatefountain be a little bit more
tasteful, I guess than the ranchfountain.
But I ain't. Who doesn't love a chocolate
fountain? That's it.
Chocolate covered strawberry. Yeah.
Yeah. Marshmallows.
This is great. What time is it, Ruth?

(23:52):
It's my fast question. Oh, it has been a quick episode
this time, seeing these short, fast ones.
Yeah, yeah, all. Right.
So this was actually a question that we got for our photography
episode that we did a few episodes ago, right?
Yeah, from Hayley. Do photographers mind if you
have your pets in the shoot, Do you?
No, we don't mind. You don't mind?

(24:12):
No. Is there anything involved?
I mean, pets don't always cooperate unless that's probably
the most annoying part. But you know, I guess it's the
same as a toddler. A toddler also.
Usually, yeah, right. Participate.
You can't kick the toddler. Yeah, I'm.
So neither. So OK.
Now I think pets are fine. OK.
Yeah, as long as you think your pet will behave itself and it

(24:34):
won't become the the centre of the day.
Yeah, that's. Yeah, that's that's job.
OK, then Mir has said what if I want a late night snake truck
but my venue won't allow it? My own personal thing is,
unfortunately you have to go by the rules of the venue.
So unless you have it off site, but yeah, actually there's not
much you can do about that really.

(24:54):
Yeah, there's. Absolutely nothing you can.
Do about it, unfortunately. Can we BYO our alcohol to save
costs? There's probably not.
No, you're. Not in a licenced venue.
No, Yeah, that's right. So if anywhere that's licenced,
yeah, you're an. Australian or anywhere?
No, that's right. If you have even Hall, if
there's something in particular you want though, some menus will

(25:17):
get that in. If you drink a particular beer
and a whole heap of your guests do as well, don't be too picky.
You can't say I drink this particular wine and expect them
to get just two or three bottlesof that wine in.
They do have to get it through their wholesaler.
So it needs to be something that's going to be a group
effort to have a. Substantial amount, yeah.
And that's right, yes, Alice wrote in and asked.

(25:39):
Do caterers provide the crockeryand glances?
Sometimes, yeah, is the answer to that.
You definitely should ask them. That should be a question to ask
the caters because. You sometimes have to supply to.
So, so two different circumstances.
I often have caterers hire it from us.
OK, Yep, Yep. And then I often have couples

(26:02):
hire it because the caterer doesn't provide it.
OK, so two different options there.
So make sure you ask. Yeah, OK, that's good, Emma
said. Are food tastings common?
It depends on your venue becauseyeah, if you have a catering
truck, probably not because theyneed to make a lot of it right

(26:23):
to be able to do it. If it's at a venue they can.
They usually will have a tastingnight where they'll, you pay
money, say in Australia, I thinkmaybe $60.00.
You pay and it's an experience and you go and you sit.
Sometimes they'll decorate the tables like a wedding.
Yeah. And you're there with a whole
heap of other couples who have paid their money and you can all

(26:44):
do the tasting together. So it's worth it.
Yeah. And because they're making it in
bulk, but yeah. I mean, if you're having it at a
restaurant, then obviously you can just go into the restaurant,
book a night before the weather before you book it and try it
out. If it is a food truck, you know,
you could always go often. The food trucks will often be at
markets or. But if they had a private

(27:05):
caterer who doesn't do a food truck and they're not like a bit
like a restaurant, then I mean, you'd have to ask them.
Yeah ask them and probably also go off reviews as well.
Actually they they licence. Filling that with every vendor.
Why haven't we said that before?Check the reviews.
Check the reviews back. Yeah, yeah.
I mean, you're always going to say good see good and bad, so

(27:28):
read through a good amount of them.
Yeah, definitely read. Read the good at read the bad
and also you know, out of the bad ones, make sure that
anything that they've written. There is applies.
To you, yes, because they might be complaining about something
that has nothing to do with whatyou want anyway.
That's right. Yep, Yep.
Yeah, you kind of concludes it. And if you have any questions,

(27:49):
we would be interested in answering this.
If you're a caterer and you wantto correct anything we've said,
feel free to contact us and we can let you in.
I think this needs a revisit. I think at some point down the
track, maybe in season 2, we cango over maybe one of some of the
newer trends that are coming outas well.
Yep, you know, for now I think definitely food truck is still

(28:11):
up there is one of the the big height definitely.
And McDonald's, if you want a cheeseburger, we are in.
We are in. Fantastic.
Yeah. No, that's great.
I mean, we would have bought food in on this podcast, but it
wouldn't be good listening. No, no.
But other than that, that's great.

Yes. Thank you so much, Steph.
