Chapter Two, why do you crash at 2pm when you need to be
at your best? Your body is likea business. When systems break
down. Everything suffers insulinresistance is your body's system
failure. It's like having a teamthat ignores your emails, a
website that crashes undertraffic or a sales funnel that
leaks money. It's silentlysabotaging your performance
every single day. Mostentrepreneurs don't realise they

wrong, but I didn't know whatthat's when I started
researching my symptoms, themore I learned, the more
everything pointed to insulinresistance. It was like finding
the missing piece of the puzzle.
I made immediate changes tomanage my insulin levels, and
everything started to improve.
My energy stabilised, my focussharpened, and my mood became

more consistent. This wasn'tjust a health discovery, it was
