Intro Welcome to the Cephas Karate Jujitsu podcast!!! Where we have talk about karate and jujitsu we knew from the old school. And the martial arts we love today! Professor Will Cephas, II is your I’m your co-host and Sensei Brandon Gamble is his uke and sidekick. Thanks for listening! History In 2000, Cephas Karate-Jujitsu Elite (CKJ Elite) system was founded by Professor Soke Will Cephas II, drawing from his personal training philosophy and experiences. CKJ Elite is comprised of three core components: an unorthodox form of Karate, Muay Thai and unique locking throws, along with tradition (Gi) and progressive (NOGI) Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Both the co-hosts trained under Grandmaster Willard Cephas, Sr., and have also trained in various other systems. They continue to train and teach out of Southern California.
