The Democrat Governor of Kansas is allowing Satanists to perform a ritual devil-worship outside the State House. She claims she can't stop it because that would violate free speech. Democrats ruthlessly imprisoned people for praying outside abortion mills, but preventing Satanists from dedicating a state to the devil is a step too far for them. Also, a federal judge is furious that Trump ignored his order to send a plane full of deported drug traffickers and terrorists back to the U.S. And Trump scores a major victory by signing an order to abolish the Department of Education.

SPEAKER_00 (00:00):
Today on The Conservative Rebel, the Democrat
governor of Kansas is allowing amob of Satanists to perform a
blasphemous ritual of devilworship on the grounds of the
Kansas State House.
She claims she can't stop itbecause that would allegedly
violate the principle of freespeech.
According to the Democrats, it'sperfectly fine to throw people

(00:22):
in prison for praying or singinghymns outside abortion mills,
but stopping Satanists fromdedicating your state governor
to the devil is apparently astep too far.
Also, a federal judge is veryupset that President Trump
didn't obey his order to send aplane full of drug traffickers
and terrorists he was deportingback to the US to victimize more

(00:45):
Americans.
And Trump scores a major victoryfor the conservative movement by
finally signing an order toabolish the Department of
Education.
You won't want to miss today'sepisode of The Conservative
Rebel.

UNKNOWN (00:59):
Thank you.

SPEAKER_00 (01:08):
Two weeks ago, we talked about the movement
gaining popularity in red statesto restore school prayer and put
the Ten Commandments back inschool.
A few days ago, bills doing boththose things finally passed the
Texas Senate, meaning Texas iswell on its way to join
Louisiana and other states inthe fight to take back the

(01:31):
culture from the secularists andfrom the left.
But while Texas begins torestore Christian principles
just a little to the north inKansas, a very different story
has been unfolding.
Democrat Governor Laura Kelly, awoman who positions herself as a
moderate and who even claims tobe a Christian, is letting a

(01:53):
group of Satanists use thegrounds of the Kansas State
Capitol for a demonic,blasphemous, so-called Black
Mass ceremony scheduled forMarch 28th that's explicitly
designed to mock The SatanicGrotto, which is the
organization that planned theevent, advertised with

(02:16):
statements like this.
Quote, We will be performingrites to the Black Mass and
indulging in sacrilegiousblaspheme.

(02:36):
God will fall, and Kansas willbe embraced by the black flame
of Lucifer.
Yeah, you heard that correctly.
In several days, March 28th,these scumbags are literally
going to dedicate the governmentof Kansas to the devil.
And originally, Laura Kelly didabsolutely nothing about it,

(03:00):
because of course she couldn'tcare less if a group of
devil-worshipping cultists usedthe seat of the state government
to commit blasphemy.
That didn't bother her, itdidn't fill her with the kind of
rage any sane person would feelat that.
After all, the organizationplanning this event is openly
left-wing, anti-life, woke, andpro-LGBT, which are all things

(03:23):
she agrees with.
They were planning on using theritual to protest pro-life laws,
which she also opposes, as theleader of the so-called Satanic
Grotto himself said, This is aspecific response to our
legislatures continuing topander to groups like the Kansas

(03:44):
Catholic Conference and toKansans for Life, where they
keep trying to come back andattack abortion rights, much
less other rights.
Because, of course, there'snothing Satanists love more than
abortion.
But eventually, after localChristian organizations started
putting political pressure onher, as they should, they were

(04:06):
rightfully outraged at what wasgoing to happen.
Kelly finally caved a littlebit, half-heartedly.
But she didn't respond byshutting the event down, as any
governor in his right mind woulddo.
No, instead, she issued thisweak, pathetic statement.

UNKNOWN (04:26):
Quote,

SPEAKER_00 (04:27):
There are more constructive ways to protest and
express disagreements withoutinsulting or denigrating sacred
religious symbols.
However, as governor, I alsohave a duty to protect
protesters' constitutionalrights to freedom of speech and
expression, regardless of howoffensive or distasteful I find

(04:50):
the content to be.
Since these rights areconstitutionally protected, the
governor's office has limitedlimited authority to respond to
such actions therefore allevents planned for march twenty
eighth will be moved outdoors tothe grounds surrounding the
state house now of course themedia and even places like fox

(05:15):
have framed this as some sort ofdecisive action taken by laura
kelly She sure got real tough onthose Satanists.
She told them to dedicate thestate to the devil outdoors.
See, before they were going todedicate the state to the devil
indoors, but now they're doingit outdoors because of Laura

(05:36):
Kelly.
She looked at those Satanistsright in the eye and politely
asked,"'Could you please commitblasphemy and dedicate the state
to Satan outside?
It would bother me if you did itinside.'" plant a medal around
her neck, a big round ofapplause for Laura Kelly.
Her courage is an inspiration tous all.

(05:57):
What more could she havepossibly done, the media seems
to be asking.
To find out, imagine this.
Imagine a bunch of people showedup at the Kansas State House to
mock and insult and defameMuslims and to publicly burn the
Quran while shouting about thefall of Allah and the fall of

(06:18):
Islam and cleansing the state ofMuslim influence.
How many seconds do you think itwould take before law
enforcement was called in andthe protesters were dragged off
government property?
How many seconds do you thinkthat would take?
Two?
Five?
They would be fined, they wouldbe thrown in prison, the book

(06:40):
would be thrown at them, theywould be charged with hate
crimes, they would be thrownbehind bars, and Laura Kelly
would make sure the ringleadersnever saw the outside of a
prison cell again.
And instantly, everyone acrossthe country would be condemning
the anti-Muslim demonstration asa hateful, bigoted, far-right

(07:04):
instance of protest.
Instantly, it would be a newscycle that would last for weeks
and weeks and weeks.
Years later, children wouldstill hear about the great
Islamophobic or neo-Nazi rallyof 2025 in Topeka, Kansas.
We all know that These Satanistsare doing the exact same thing.

(07:29):
The exact same thing.
It's just that instead ofattacking Muslims, or attacking
Jewish people, or Buddhists, orwhatever other religion, they're
attacking Christians.
Why doesn't Laura Kellyintervene to stop these
Satanists from spewinganti-Christian hate and mocking

(07:51):
Christians like she would in twoseconds if they did the same to
Muslims?
Why doesn't she intervene tostop these scumbags from
dedicating the state she governsto the devil?
because she doesn't see muchproblem with it elected
democrats don't see any problemwith it in fact they endorse it

(08:13):
they approve of blasphemy theysee devil-worshipping cultists
mocking christianity and theirreaction is either neutral or
approval And if you think that'stoo harsh, consider this.
I'm actually giving theDemocrats the benefit of the
doubt on that one.
Because the alternative option,if you want to go down that

(08:36):
road, is that Laura Kelly andKansas Democrats don't approve
of blasphemy, they don't wanttheir state to be dedicated to
the devil, but they're suchspineless, squeamish, wimpy,
cowardly sissies that they'retoo afraid to do anything to
stop a demonic ritual they knowto be a great moral evil.

(08:59):
And if we're being perfectlyhonest, that might be the worst
of the two options.
And yet we'll hear all thesedumb excuses from the left about
the Satanists having a right topublicly dedicate their state to
the devil on governmentproperty, which, as we all know,
is one of the most sacredfreedoms our founding fathers

(09:21):
guaranteed in the Constitution.
Because if the Kansas governmenttakes away our freedom to commit
blasphemy and to hold demonicrituals on government property,
what right won't they try totake away?
We let them maintain order ongovernment property and soon
they might be, who knows, rounding up peaceful pro-life

(09:43):
activists and J6 protesters andimprisoning them, or some crazy,
unthinkable thing like that thatwould never, ever happen in
America.
As we all know now, it's rightthere in the First Amendment,
which says, It's right there inthe Constitution.

(10:09):
If only those MAGA redneckswould look at the Constitution
for two seconds, then they'dknow that.
These are all the samearguments, all the same excuses
we heard last year, I think itwas, when a Christian man
heroically took down ablasphemous satanic display at
the Iowa State Capitol, only tobe accused of committing a hate

(10:32):
crime against devil worshippers.
And the arguments and excusesare just as stupid as they were
then.
CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT?!

UNKNOWN (00:00):
!

SPEAKER_00 (10:44):
What do you mean, constitutional right?
Since when have the Democratscared about constitutional
rights?
Under Democrat rule, 23 peacefulpro-lifers were arrested and
jailed for the crime of prayingand singing hymns outside

(11:04):
abortion mills.
Under Democrat rule, 1,500peaceful, completely non-violent
J6 protesters were imprisonedimprisoned ripped from their
families and in general hadtheir lives turned into a living
hell because they peacefullyvoiced their political opinions
that was on government propertyjust like this satanic ritual is

(11:28):
going to be on governmentproperty J6 was on government
property.
If you can arrest people forpeacefully protesting that, then
yeah, you can arrest people forblaspheming on government
property and for dedicating thestate to the devil.
And let's not forget themillions of people who were

(11:49):
censored, shamed, cancelled, orhad their careers destroyed by
Democrats for refusing to injectthemselves with the experimental
COVID drug.
So according to the Democrats,it's perfectly fine, perfectly
fine and unobjectionable tothrow people in prison for

(12:11):
praying or singing hymns, butstopping Satanists from dead
Dedicating your state governmentto the devil is apparently a
step too far.
That's too far.
That's too extreme.
We can't do that.
For four years, the left neverpretended to care about

(12:32):
constitutional rights or freespeech or any of that.
Instead, they locked up theirpolitical opponents and censored
their critics and even tried toimprison Trump.
But the second the Satanistsshow up to mock Christianity,
that's when the Democrats starttalking about free speech.

(12:53):
That's when these hypocritesstart talking about the
Constitution.
All of it is fake.
All of it is a lie.
All it would take to make thisissue disappear would just say
to the Satanists, Sorry, youcan't hold your demonic ritual
on government property.

(13:14):
Sorry guys, hate to be a partypooper, but you can't dedicate
our government to the devil.
We have no obligation to let youdo that on government property.
You don't own this property.
Get out.
That's all Laura Kelly has tosay, but she can't bring herself

(13:36):
to do it.
And I don't know, she could beanother anti-Christian leftist,
she could just be a coward, shecould be genuinely stupid and
not understand what the FirstAmendment means.
I don't know.
But one thing is clear from allthis.
As long as Christians continueto sit back, as long as they

(13:58):
continue to be too afraid tofight back against the radical
left, too afraid to speak outagainst the evils they have
brought upon our country, tooafraid to use political power to
fight fire with fire, to win theculture war, to advance the
cause of truth and justice andChristianity, Unless they do

(14:22):
that, this is precisely the typeof thing we can expect to see a
lot more of.
Alright, on that happy note, let's get to our next topic.
About a week ago, as you'veprobably heard by now, Trump
deported a plane full ofcriminals and terrorists,

(14:42):
including members of a druggang, to El Salvador.
They're now being imprisoned, asthey should be, in one of the
strictest and harshest and mosthellish prisons in the world.
Maybe you've seen the videos, they're quite satisfying to
watch.
But partway through the flight,Judge James Boesberg ordered

(15:02):
that the plane be turned around, and the dangerous terrorists and
drug traffickers brought back tothe United States, as was his
clear moral and constitutionalduty.
The plane did not obey hiscommand, though, and he's quite
upset about that.
Politico has this.
Quote, U.S.
District Judge James Boasbergvowed Friday to determine

(15:25):
whether the Trump administrationdefied his command to turn
around planes bound for ElSalvador, carrying Venezuelan
immigrants Trump claimed weremembers of a terrorist gang.
Quote, the government's notbeing terribly cooperative, the
judge said during an afternoonhearing, before making it clear
that he was not dropping hisquest to establish whether his

(15:49):
Saturday directive was ignoredor deliberately breached.
Quote, I will get to the bottomof whether they violated my
order, who ordered this, andwhat the consequences will be.
What the consequences will be?
What does this judge think heis, Trump's dad?
What does he think Trump is,seven?

(16:09):
Is he going to send him to bedwithout his dinner or revoke his
video game privileges for theweek?
What authority does JamesBoasberg have to punish the
president for anything?
How many divisions does this guycommand?
That's what I want to know.
The article continues,"...Boseberg's hearing offered

(16:32):
the latest drama in theextraordinary showdown between
the Chief Justice of theDistrict Court in Washington and
President Donald Trump, who thisweek decried Boseberg as a,
quote, radical left lunatic andendorsed calls for his
impeachment." The judgeportrayed Trump's invocation of
war powers last week, part of asecretive effort to summarily

(16:55):
deport hundreds of Venezuelansto harsh conditions in a
Salvadoran prison, as apotentially, quote, alarming
assertion of executive powerwhich the administration claims
is virtually unreviewable by anycourt.
why was this proclamationessentially signed in the dark
on friday and then these peoplerushed into planes mosberg asked

(17:19):
so far the trump administrationhas declined to say precisely
when trump signed theproclamation it seems to me the
only reason to do that is if youknow it's a problem and you want
to get them out of the countrybefore there are suits filed the
judge said Boasberg alsorepeated warnings Friday about
the breadth of the powers Trumphas claimed.

(17:40):
The judge said Trump's actionsraised a series of, quote, very
frightening possibilities,including that the president
could declare an invasion byalmost any group of foreigners
and throw them out of thecountry.
Now if you've had the misfortuneto pay any attention to what
NBC, CNN, AP, or othermainstream left-wing news

(18:02):
outlets have been saying thispast week, you know that this is
a whole outrage cycle.
The media is very much outraged, like this judge is, that
President Trump did notimmediately order the plane
filled with dangerous terroristsand drug traffickers who were
selling poison in the UnitedStates to turn around and come

(18:25):
back to our country.
They are very upset that thatdid not happen.
And depending on the way youlook at it, that can either be
depressing or make you feelvery, very optimistic going
forward into the future.
And obviously it can bedepressing because how could
anyone be so insanely out oftouch as to think that

(18:50):
terrorists and drug tradersshould not be deported.
How could anyone be that dumb?
That's how it could depress you.
The way it could make you moreoptimistic is that this makes me
feel really good about ourchances in 2026 and in 2028.
If the Democrats are sotone-deaf, if the Democrats are

(19:14):
so clueless and out of touchthat they are crying crocodile
tears about terrorists and drugtraders, that those people are
not in the US, in the streets, and are instead in prison where
they belong.
If they keep doing that, theDemocrats are going to have a

(19:37):
very hard time in 2026 and 2028,and going into the future beyond
that, I'll tell you that.
So please, Democrats, please cryharder about this.
Yes, yes, keep this a newscycle.
Keep ranting about this.
That will be great.
That will win over the normieslike nothing else.

(19:59):
That's how you attractindependent voters.
There you go.
You have your talking point.
Trump is terrible because heships away terrorists to other
countries.
Go with that.
You'll do great.
nominate Tim Walls and have TimWalls run on that.
That will be even better.
You guys should do that.

(20:19):
But all of that aside, this justis yet another example of what
we talked about last week.
It's another example of thetyranny of activist judges who
think they can micromanageeverything the president does.
Activist judges who think theyhave unlimited power to do
anything they want withoutaccountability to anyone.

(20:42):
What was the term the articleused?
Command.
That's the term they used.
The leftist hack judge command aplane in the sky to turn around.
So the plane needed to turnaround because he commanded it.
That's what these people think.
They think they have controlover how the White House manages

(21:03):
its websites.
A federal judge literally issueda ruling restricting the Trump
administration from modifying awebsite They think they have
control over who can join thearmy.
A judge just ruled that Trump'sban on trans-identifying
recruits, so-called, joining thearmy is unconstitutional.

(21:24):
They think they have controlover who gets to be a citizen.
They revoked Trump's birthrightcitizenship order.
And these judges think they haveauthority to be air traffic
controllers who can commandplanes to move in certain
directions.
What don't these people thinkthey can do?
The answer is nothing.

(21:46):
Federal judges think they haveunlimited power, by and large,
to do anything they want.
They think that their rulingsare final.
And this elitist attitude is agreat danger to the United
States.
Because if these judges areallowed to micromanage

(22:06):
everything the president does,if they're allowed unlimited
jurisdiction over every aspectof American politics, they
become the rulers of thecountry, not the people.
The power is taken from Trump, the power is taken from the
people, and instilled inunelected, unaccountable people

(22:27):
like this.
And these judges are used tothat kind of power.
They're used to having theirorders obeyed without question.
Which is why this judge is sobitter about the elected
president not bending the kneeto his every whim.
And unfortunately for him andall other activist judges, they

(22:48):
don't get a blank check anymore.
That's why this one is throwinga hissy fit.
But it's a wonderful thing thatthey don't get a blank check
anymore.
And this is long overdue.
Judges have been ruling withimpunity for so many years, but
better late than never.
This is a wonderful thing, and Iwill celebrate a victory where I

(23:11):
can get it.
All right, here's some good newsfor once.
CNN has this, quote, PresidentDonald Trump on Thursday signed
an executive order to begindismantling the US Department of
Education, seeking to fulfilldecades of conservative ambition
to get rid of the agency.
No president in modern historyhas tried to close down a

(23:34):
cabinet-level agency.
Shutting down the departmentwholesale would require an act
of Congress, which created theagency in 1979.
trump officials acknowledge thatthey don't have the necessary
votes to dissolve the departmentthat way instead the order trump
signed thursday instructededucation secretary linda

(23:54):
mcmahon to take all necessarysteps to facilitate the closure
of the department of educationand return education authority
to the states Speaking in theEast Room, surrounded by
schoolchildren in uniformssitting at classroom desks,
Trump said, quote, White HousePress Secretary Carolyn Leavitt

(24:19):
said ahead of Thursday's signingthat the order would, quote,
greatly minimize the agency, butthat certain critical functions
like student loans andadministering grants for at-risk
students would remain under theagency's umbrella.
Now, I won't give you the wholerant again about how the
Department of Education hastransformed our nation from one

(24:42):
of the most intelligentcountries on Earth into a nation
of barely literate morons whospend all day on TikTok while
they guzzle Red Bulls and stufftheir faces full of Doritos.
If you want that, you can goback and listen to the episode I
already did on that topic.
Because no one really deniesthat fact.
Well, they might not use thesame language I used, of course,

(25:04):
but no one is denying that underthe education department,
reading scores have plummeted.
No one is denying that literacyis plummeting, math scores are
continuing to go down.
No one is denying that afteryears of going through the
government school system, Gen Zis still one of the most
depressed and anxious andmentally ill generations in U.S.

(25:28):
history.
The data is just toooverwhelming and damning for the
education department for anyoneto deny that.
The leftists who are screamingabout this aren't actually
talking about that data.
They're not arguing that theeducation department actually is
good for reading scores becausethey can't.

(25:50):
Instead they've decided tofearmonger about various
programs that eliminating theDepartment of Education would
allegedly cut It's a trend thatyou can see across different
platforms.
We're seeing headlines like thisTrump's executive order to
dismantle Education Departmentrisks chaos for student loans

(26:10):
and grants Trump's plan toabolish Education Department
threatens civil rightsenforcement in schools.
That's a scary one.
Trump's move to gut educationHere's what NPR had to say about
it along the same lines.
But the federal government playsan outsized role in helping

(26:42):
high-needs schools get the moneythey need to stay afloat.
These federal grants can pay forthings like school staff
salaries, supplies, technologytutoring programs, and a range
of basic services thatlow-income schools may not
otherwise be able to afford.
So Trump's eliminating thisthing that spends hundreds of
billions of dollars oneducation, this massive

(27:05):
behemoth, this massivebureaucracy, and they're
choosing to hyperfixate on thesetiny, tiny little programs that
are just a couple milliondollars in a hundred billion
dollar agency, and they'rechoosing to talk about that?
And that's the only part of theDepartment of Education they're

(27:27):
even bothering to defend?
The rest of it is just soindefensible that they're trying
to emotionally engineer us bytalking about how rural schools
and minority schools and poorschools need these grants.
And this just goes to showthey're making Trump's argument
for him.
Okay, that's what these peopleare doing.

(27:49):
They are making Trump's argumentbetter than Trump could ever
make it.
Because in this whole massivehundreds of billions of dollars
bureaucracy.
They can only find this littlething that they are willing to
defend because all of the othermoney is wasted and they know
it.
But the casual reader who readsCNN and just gets his entire

(28:13):
view of the world from CNN isnot going to think hard about
this, so they know they can usethis to scare people.
The fear-mongering hasofficially begun.
But what's going to happen ifyou do this?
If Trump abolishes the educationdepartment, if Congress approves
his executive order and codifiesit into law, and Congress

(28:35):
actually cooperates andabolishes this thing, worst case
scenario, nothing happens, okay?
Worst case scenario.
Reading scores are not affected.
Math scores are not affected atall.
Everything stays the same.

(28:55):
Best case scenario, which noteven best case scenario, but
most likely scenario, is thatthey go way up.
because the Department ofEducation is no longer
deliberately dumbing everythingdown and deliberately making our
school system a flaming dumpsterfire, and states can actually

(29:16):
have more accountability.
Schools can have moreaccountability to the parents.
That's what's most likely tohappen.
But in the worst-case scenario, where nothing happens...
We're still saving hundreds ofbillions of dollars, and the
people who read CNN, the peoplewho read this propaganda about
the grants for poor schools andrural schools, who read all this

(29:40):
emotional sludge, all thispropaganda about it, they're
gonna be worried about this, because they were programmed to
be.
As Trump said, unfortunately, these necessary programs
quote-unquote, will just be doneby other agencies.
So these things that they'retalking about are most likely
just going to be taken up byother agencies.

(30:01):
So people will have thisprogramming that they need to be
afraid, they need to be veryafraid that the Department of
Education is going to go away, and then nothing happens.
No one in their life isaffected, nothing in their life
changes, and if anything theynotice an improvement in the
public school educated childrenthat they know.

(30:22):
So what's gonna happen whenthese people see that a massive
bureaucracy was abolished andnothing in their life was
affected at all exceptpositively?
They're gonna start questioning, what other federal bureaucracies
might we abolish?
What other things can we get ridof?

(30:43):
What other money can we save?
And I won't even notice at all,and no one will even notice at
all.
So the media might feel reallygood that they get to scare
people, scare people about thesestudent loans and grants, which
is all going to continue anyway.
In the short term, they get toattack Trump for abolishing the

(31:05):
Department of Education in theshort term, but in the long
term, this is only going to hurtthem, and it's only going to
hurt their reputation.
And that's actually one of thereasons why abolishing the
Department of Education is agreat idea.
Not just because it has been acomplete failure, but also
because people, it's going toestablish a precedent, is what

(31:28):
it's going to do, of peopleseeing that federal agencies can
be abolished and federalspending can be significantly
slashed and their life actuallygets better for it instead of
worse for it.
And that's going to be a greatSo we'll see what happens.
We'll see if Congress actuallyvotes for this to be codified

(31:52):
into law.
Trump, again, does not needcongressional approval for this.
He is the chief executive.
He is the head of the executivebranch.
But under the interpretation ofthe Constitution that pretty
much everyone has accepted for avery long time, unfortunately,
Trump needs Congress to vote forthis.

(32:13):
So we'll see what happens there.
But for now, I'm just glad thatTrump is actually moving in the
direction.
He's taken the decisive action.
He's done the most that hethinks he possibly can to
actually fulfill this campaignpromise that Republicans have
promised since Ronald ReaganSince the 1980s, literally the

(32:35):
year after this was founded,Republicans have been promising
to abolish the Department ofEducation, and Trump's finally
doing something about it.
So even if Congress doesn'tapprove it, this is still a
great sign that Trump actuallymeans business.
He's made a couple blunders, butby and large, he means business,
and he's far more serious aboutimplementing his agenda than he

(32:59):
was the first time around, certainly, and that's a very
good thing.
