SPEAKER_00 (00:00):
Today on The
Conservative Rebel, the leftist
media is churning out propagandaclaiming Trump is a lawless
tyrant because he refuses toreturn a deported El Salvadoran
national and suspected MS-13terrorist back to the United
States.
They have declared that Americais officially in a
(00:22):
constitutional crisis becausethe Supreme Court ordered him to
do just that, crying aboutcriminals and gangsters being
deported is a great strategy theDemocrats should use if they
want to get destroyed in thenext election.
Fortunately, it looks like theymight be stupid enough to do
(00:42):
just that.
You're listening to TheConservative Rebel.
Recently, the media has beenrunning a lot of headlines about
Orange Hitler deporting aninnocent Maryland dad.
(01:05):
That's the term practicallyevery major media outlet has
mysteriously been using todescribe this guy.
This Maryland dad's name isKilmar Abrego Garcia, and this
Maryland dad is so selfless,he's so caring and upright, he's
such a light of positivityshining in his community, he's a
(01:27):
saintly role model for us all tolook up to, he has a little halo
floating over his head, and hisonly mission in life is to serve
others and bring them joy.
Maybe you've seen the headlinesabout this man.
Now, this Maryland dad is, it'strue, an illegal alien.
His first action in this countrywas to defy its laws and spit in
(01:50):
the face of its people byillegally entering without
permission.
He also is a suspected member ofa Satan-worshipping drug gang
that routinely murders innocentpeople and makes its money by
selling poison to the Americanpopulation.
In fact, two courts have ruledhe's a member of MS-13, but the
(02:11):
one Wonderful people in themedia didn't let these
inconvenient facts distract themfrom what's truly important in
this story, which is that thissuspected terrorist is a dad and
he's apparently living inMaryland, so he must be a great
guy.
Neither did the leftist robotswho they programmed to wave
(02:31):
around protest signs demandingthat Trump bring Kilmar home.
Yes, unborn children are beingmurdered, young kids are being
mutilated, and the government issucking the life out of the
economy with taxes, but to thesemorons, the most important issue
facing the country today is thefact that Trump deported a
(02:52):
suspected MS-13 terrorist to ElSalvador.
That's the thing that keeps themup at night.
While those of us with reallives might be concerned about
the economy or abortion, they'rewaking up in the middle of the
night in a cold sweat because ofthe horrifying fact that there's
one less criminal alien in thecountry.
(03:12):
While a lot of people are sayingthere's not definitive proof
that this man is a member ofMS-13, as the Trump
administration suspects, andagain, two courts ruled that he
was, there is definitive proofthat he's an illegal alien.
He broke the laws of thiscountry.
He doesn't belong here.
The left's not disputing thatpoint.
(03:34):
Their entire argument that thisguy needs to be shipped back to
the US at taxpayer expense is,well, we don't No, for certain
that he's a member of MS-13.
You can't prove he's a murdererwho sells poison.
First of all, this is an illegalalien.
I don't care if he's a kind,caring, wonderful angel.
(03:57):
He broke the laws of thiscountry.
He doesn't belong here, so he'sa criminal.
He needs to leave.
And when you break the law, guess what?
You need to face theconsequences of your actions.
Secondly, if there's even a 5%chance that this guy is a member
of a Satan-worshiping terroristorganization, and obviously the
(04:21):
chance is far higher than that,I want him as far away from my
country as possible, like everyother sane American.
But the Supreme Court, which aseveryone who reads CNN knows, is
controlled by dangerousfar-right extremists, had a
different perspective.
They recently ruled, unanimously, that Trump needs to
(04:46):
facilitate the return of thisillegal alien to the United
States.
They believed that to be theirclear moral and constitutional
duty, apparently.
But on Monday, the Trumpadministration made very clear
it has no intentions of obeyingthis stupid ruling.
Here's Stephen Millerexplaining.
(05:07):
Listen to this.
SPEAKER_03 (05:09):
Is the president
asking President McKellie today
to send Mr.
Francisco Garcia back to
SPEAKER_01 (05:14):
the U.S.?
To be very clear about this, theSupreme Court ruled that the
district court cannot, obviously, compel us to conduct
diplomacy or foreign policy withthe other nation.
And so they overturned thedistrict court order.
And they said very clearly thatthe district court, it was
actually unanimous ruling, Boverreached in that ruling.
(05:36):
I'm not going to reveal any headof state conversations or
conversations at the StateDepartment or the lower level.
But the important point that weall agree on is that he's an El
Salvadorian.
That is his country of nativityand citizenship.
He is an illegal alien in theUnited States.
He has no lawful right to behere.
He was issued a final order ofremoval from this country.
(05:57):
And so it's up to El Salvadorand to the government and the
people of El Salvador what thefate of their own citizens is.
We can't extradite citizens offoreign countries to our country
over the objection of thosecountries.
Obviously to do that, be amonstrous violation of
international law.
We can't go into other countriesand kidnap their citizens and
(06:18):
then take them back into ourcountry.
That's up to Del Salvador.
But you would ask
SPEAKER_03 (06:22):
them to send him
back, right?
SPEAKER_01 (06:24):
But it's their own
citizen, right?
So remember, this whole entireconversation has been wrong from
the beginning because nobody wasmistakenly to court at any.
That's like the big fact thatall of you, most of you have
gone wrong.
No one was mistakenly sentanything.
The only mistake that was madeis a lawyer put an incorrect
line in a legal filing and hassince been relieved of duty.
(06:46):
He is El Salvadorian.
He is an illegal alien.
He was deported to El Salvador.
I would welcome anyone here totell me what country they think
we should be sending ElSalvadorian illegal aliens to.
SPEAKER_00 (06:59):
So what Stephen
Miller does here is really
smart.
He's saying that the UnitedStates has no authority over the
citizens of foreign countries.
It has no authority to take awaycitizens of El Salvador, who are
in El Salvadoran prisons, fromEl Salvador, and fly them back
(07:20):
to the United States.
The government of El Salvadorwouldn't like that, and it would
be a violation of internationallaw, as he said.
And we don't have to guess atthat.
On Monday, President Trump helda press conference with the
president of El Salvador, NayabBukele, and reporters asked
(07:41):
Bukele whether he had anyintentions of sending this
criminal back to the UnitedStates.
Here's how Bukele responded.
UNKNOWN (07:52):
Nayab Bukele.
SPEAKER_06 (07:54):
Well, I suppose
you're not suggesting that I
smuggle a terrorist into theUnited States, right?
How can I return him to theUnited States?
I smuggle him into the UnitedStates, or what do I do?
Of course, I'm not going to doit.
It's like, I mean, the questionis preposterous.
How can I smuggle a terroristinto the United States?
(08:14):
I don't have the power to returnhim to the United States.
Yeah, but I'm not releasing, Imean, we're not very fond of
releasing terrorists into ourcountry.
I mean, we just turned the AndTrump, of
SPEAKER_04 (08:32):
course,
SPEAKER_00 (08:44):
gestures to the
reporters while he says sick
people.
This guy is hilarious sometimes.
But this Bukele guy, he knows...
He knows how to deal withcriminals.
When he said El Salvador wasonce the murder capital of the
world, he wasn't exaggerating.
It was one of the singledeadliest countries in the
(09:05):
world, totally overrun withgangsters and other terrorists.
It had a murder rate 20 timeshigher than the United States
because cowardly leftists whowere too afraid to confront
these criminals ran thatcountry.
But because Kaylee quicklytransformed it from one of the
(09:26):
most dangerous countries in theworld to one of the safest by
imprisoning thousands uponthousands of these terrorists in
hellish prisons with unbearableconditions, which is exactly
what its inmates deserve.
If you haven't seen the videos, you should check them out.
It will fill you with joy andsatisfaction to see the misery
(09:48):
the worst people on the planetare currently enduring.
2% of the population of ElSalvador is in prison right now.
One in 50 people.
That's how much of a gangproblem they had.
So when Trump is sending theseillegals to El Salvador, he is
sending them to a country thatis very hard on crime.
(10:12):
He is striking terror into theirhearts.
Absolute terror into the heartsof Trendy Aragua and MS-13 by
doing this.
And that's the only way tohandle these criminals.
You have to make the price ofmurder and the other horrendous
things these gangs do sounbearably high and inflict so
(10:36):
much misery and suffering onthese people who are killing and
raping and pillaging And that'shopefully what Trump's doing by
sending these people to ElSalvador.
He can't show mercy, he can'tcave into the bleeding hearts
and crybabies and sissies, andfortunately it looks like Trump
(10:58):
has no intentions of doing it.
Now, real quick, I want you tolisten to this last clip.
It's of Pam Bondi, who's theAttorney General.
She was also at the pressconference, and she explained to
the reporters just who thisMaryland dad they've spent weeks
crying about actually is.
SPEAKER_05 (11:20):
to help return the
man who your administration says
was mistakenly deported.
The man who was mistakenlydeported to El Salvador.
SPEAKER_04 (11:30):
Well, let me ask
Pam, would you answer that
question?
SPEAKER_02 (11:33):
Sure, President.
First and foremost, he wasillegally in our country.
He had been illegally in ourcountry.
And in 2019, two courts, animmigration court and an
appellate immigration court, ruled that he was a member of
MS-13 and he was illegally Nowthe media, of
SPEAKER_00 (12:04):
course, is having an
absolute meltdown over this.
They're running headlines likethis one.
Man mistakenly deported to ElSalvador won't be returned to
U.S., Lawyers defy court overstatus of wrongly deported
Maryland dad.
President of El Salvador won'treturn deported Maryland father.
(12:29):
Both the U.S.
and El Salvador refuse to returnwrongly deported man to the U.S.
They're especially angry thatTrump is refusing to obey the
every whim of the robed ones onthe Supreme Court, who are
supposed to have godlike powerto command the president to do
anything they want.
(12:50):
The legal news outlet CourthouseNews has this headline, quote,
We are in a moment ofconstitutional crisis.
Legal experts are calling outPresident Trump for defying the
Supreme Court's order to helpreturn a Maryland father to the
U.S.
after the administrationunlawfully deported him to a
(13:13):
notorious prison in El Salvador.
Quote, There's another verytraditional name for you.
A law professor at Columbiasaid, The U.S.
Constitution sets up a system ofchecks and balances where the
(13:34):
branches respect one another, and the executive branch
generally complies with federalcourt orders, especially when
they're issued by the U.S.
Supreme Court.
In the case of Kilmar AbregoGarcia, a Maryland father sent
to El Salvador last month, theTrump administration has crossed
a line between veiled resistanceand actual defiance, court
(13:59):
watchers say.
what we've seen is an executivebranch that is intent on pushing
the bounds of its authority asfar as possible and now beyond
the breaking point of ourconstitutional democracy mccurdy
said Now, we've been over theissue of judicial tyranny on
(14:21):
this show before.
We've talked about how thejudiciary was never supposed to
be so powerful.
It's supposed to be the weakestbranch of government, not some
all-powerful cabal of unelectedoracles in flowing robes who can
command anyone to do anythingthey want and can never be held
accountable to anyone ever, which is what we've all been
(14:44):
taught to believe.
Obviously, the Supreme Court isoverstepping its bounds here.
It can't stop the president fromcarrying out a perfectly
constitutional function of theexecutive branch.
That's literally what theexecutive branch is for, is to
enforce the laws of the country.
(15:06):
It's right there in the name, executive, execute the laws of
the country.
But you're not going to hearthat whole rant again.
You know all of this.
You've heard it before.
What I do want to focus on isthe unbelievable hypocrisy of
these people.
Because it's completely off thecharts.
(15:28):
When one president treasonouslyimports tens of millions of
illegal aliens into the country, including some of the worst,
most violent psychopaths on theplanet, when he brings them into
this country to terrorize itspeople for his own political
purposes, that's perfectlylegal.
(15:50):
That's perfectly constitutional.
In fact, if you dare to questionit, you're a racist bigot who
deserves to burn in hell.
But when another presidentdecides that actually he's going
to fulfill his constitutionalduty and enforce the laws of
this country, actually he'sgoing to protect the people of
(16:10):
this country and the nationalsovereignty of this country by
removing these criminals fromthe country, then that's a
constitutional crisis.
That's authoritarianism.
This is actually what thesepeople think, or at least
pretend to think.
This is a glimpse inside thedelusional fantasy world these
(16:35):
people are living in.
It's truly astonishing that somepeople can be so completely out
of touch and so completelydivorced from common sense and
reality that they can thinkcrazy things like this.
But this is the way millions ofAmericans are, believe it or
(16:57):
not.
They have this totallyself-destructive mentality.
The left didn't care whenillegal aliens murdered and
pillaged and drug trafficked andhuman trafficked.
The leftist media mostly ignoredthat when it happened in the
Biden administration.
Instead, they shilled for JoeBiden while he continued to let
(17:20):
the murderers and rapists anddrug traffickers and terrorists
and other assorted scumbags pourinto the country.
It's when Trump deports thepeople that committed those
crimes that the media startscrying about the constitution
and about the law whichobviously they don't care about
(17:41):
at all and as i said a coupleepisodes ago this is a great
political strategy there'snothing that mobilizes
independent normie voters morethan this there's no cause
independent normie voters aremore likely to get behind than
the cause of shipping suspectedand convicted terrorists back
(18:07):
into the United States tocontinue to commit crimes
against United States citizens.
So Trump's message to the mediaand to the left is precisely
what it should be.
Cry harder, sissies.
Try harder that MS-13 gangstershave to go to a scary prison in
(18:30):
El Salvador.
See how that works out for youin the next election.
And unbelievably, it looks likethe left is so stupid that
that's exactly what it's goingto do.
