Welcome to The Dad Shift, a podcast where we talk about faith, family, and life as a first responder! We hope to encourage men to step up and lead with faith in their families and work life. We believe in bearing each other's burdens as Galatians 6:2 states as well as sharing our struggles and successes so that the enemy doesn't get a foothold!
