We will explore the House of the Full Life. This model includes the basement (you) and two columns (Others and Occupation). This chapter will focus on You. Your physical and spiritual health is the foundation of the Full Life house. Three elements in a healthy life: Eat, Move and Sleep.
We will focus on the importance of relationships in developing our Full Lives. Our relationships include our life partners and friends. It is essential to practice empathic listening and show gratitude.
This is the second column of the Full Life House. Your occupations take a big part of your adult life. Therefore, it is very important to dedicate to activities that contribute to your flourishing; we will apply the Japanese model called IKIGAI.
