If you’ve ever been judged by someone who’s never lived your life or carried your weight — this one’s for you. People love to talk from the sidelines like they know your pain, your choices, your fight. But they weren’t there when you were sleeping on the floor. They didn’t feel the pressure, the hunger, the battles. So before they judge, they should try walking a mile in your shoes — if they can even make it that far.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome back to the Ground, Real Talk, Real Life. Today's
episode is called you Can't Judge My Fight from the bleachers.
If you ever felt judged by someone who ain't never
walked up your road, this was for you. Everybody's got
something to say when they're on the sidelines. People loved
to point fingers, offer advice, or act like they know
your life, but they weren't there when you were sleeping

(00:23):
on a concrete floor. They didn't feel the weight you
carried or the knights you almost gave up. It's easy
to criticize when your hands are clean. It's easy to
preach when you never bled. But the truth is, nobody
can judge your fight unless they been in the ring

(00:44):
with you, unless they've taken your hits, swallowed your pain,
and still stood back up like you did. I'm tired
of people saying you should have done this, or what
did you? Why did you do that? Where were when
you know I had no food? Where were you when
my family turned their back on me? Where were you

(01:05):
when I had to pick up the pieces with no
glue and no help. This world will try to shame
you for surviving your way, but they did not s
get a say only you know what took to keep going.
Only you know what it costs just to breathe today.
So let them talk, let 'em let them doubt you,

(01:28):
because every time they watch from the bleachers, you're still
out here fighting, and that's what separates the real from
the fate. You're still in the game, you're still pushing through.
And if they can't respect that, they ain't ever gonna
get it. This is the rhyme, real talk, real life
catch on the flip side,
