(00:03):
Welcome to Into the Woods. This is a meditation for the
mothers, the nurturers, the rebirth makers.
This is a sacred space, your moment of stillness, crafted
just for you, for the woman navigating the rawness of

(00:23):
postpartum in the vastness of love.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.
You can lie down or sit up, whatever feels best.
Let your shoulders drop, unclench your jaw, and begin to
breathe. Inhale deeply through your nose

(00:49):
and exhale slowly through your mouth again.
Inhale and exhale. Feel your body soften with every
breath. Let the weight you've been

(01:09):
carrying, both physically and emotionally, begin to melt, if
only for now. This meditation is for you,

(01:34):
Mama, for the parts of you that are tender, for the parts of you
that feel unseen. For the parts of you that don't
quite know who you are anymore but are finding your way.
You are not alone. There is no one-size-fits-all
motherhood. There is no perfect postpartum.

(01:57):
There is only your sacred, unfolding, messy, beautiful,
exhausting, divine. Let's honor what's real right
now. If you're tired, let that be OK.

(02:25):
If you're emotional, let the tears come without judgement.
If you feel joy or awe or grief, welcome it all.
All of it is sacred. Breathe into your heart.
Feel it beating, life, giving, strong.
You are a portal, a creatrix, a warrior.

(02:48):
You have done something miraculous and now you are being
called to mother yourself too. Let's whisper some truths into

(03:13):
your body. Repeat silently or out loud if
it feels right. I am doing enough.
I am enough. I am held even when I feel
alone. I am healing, I am powerful, I

(03:39):
am becoming. I am worthy of rest and joy.
I am loved. I am love.

(04:06):
Now gently place one hand on your belly and one on your
heart. Feel the connection between
where life was created and whereyour light lives.
These two centers are sacred. They are you.
Honor them with a breath. Inhale and exhale.

(04:30):
You are not alone. There are women across the world
right now breathing with you, crying with you, laughing with
you, nursing, pumping, aching, hoping, just like you feel them,
feel us, a forest of mothers, each rooted in our own truth but

(04:53):
growing side by side. You don't have to have it all
figured out. You just have to keep showing
up. And today showing up looks like
this breathing being. Let's close this space with deep

(05:29):
reverence for the woman you are,not just the mother, the woman
you are powerful, intuitive, sacred and the whole even in
your becoming. You are already complete.
Inhale and exhale. May this Mother's Day be a

(05:53):
reminder that you are never alone in the woods.
You are always part of somethingancient and wise and wild.
We see you, we celebrate you, wewalk with you.
Happy Mother's Day love, and until next time I'll see you in

(06:15):
the woods.
