When I say "eitherly", I mean "either"!
I wonder when we talk, we talk like we make no mistakes. But when I listened, I was worried the whole time about that one mistake. I decided to discard the episode altogether and that is when I realised I'm letting go of the label: "Perfectionist". Now, if you're a perfectionist too, you might be stuck on that one word like me or you might not even notice it, but now that I have; you would definitely notice it! Haha!
Anyway, recording this episode was a real struggle for me because I'm not doing that well emotionally. But, when I do the things I love; they somehow have a habit of making me feel like I'm okay.
