.
I'm your tour guide and Ibelieve that God is doing

(01:12):
something real special here withall of us together, together.
We're going to do this together, all right, and today I have a
very difficult topic to talkabout.
This is actually this has beenthe most difficult episode for
me to record, the most difficulttopic for me to get into,

(01:38):
because this was not my plan.
This was not my plan.
Plan Um, this was not my plan II have a running list of topics
and I have so many things Iwant to talk about and I just
could not decide on what Iwanted to do next.
I couldn't decide.
I wasn't being led by God inany specific direction until he

(02:01):
was, like yo, my son, it's time.
And so here I am and I have avery, very, very wonderful
message here today for us, and,as wonderful as it is, it is
difficult for me.
So, even as you are listeningto this, feel free to pray for

(02:37):
me as I'm going.
How I'm led, perceives truth, and how a lot of us may even
focus on the wrong truth, whichis which would be our truth and
the truth of ourselves and, um,what we want and what we like,
and so on, so forth.
But I really want to talk aboutthe truth here today and the

(03:02):
truth, the way, the truth, thelife, is god.
And there's a song that says doyou know the name of the father?
Do you know the name of the son?
Do you know the name of theholy spirit?
Don't you know the three or one?
Well, that's what the wordtells us, and that's what I want
to talk about here today, because his name is Jesus and

(03:27):
his name is Jesus and a lot ofpeople may not like that name.
How do I know that?
You say the name Jesus in atrain station, at the airport,
you walk down the street and yousay the name Jesus and you will
start to shake up the thingsthat are not of God, that are

(03:50):
within some of the peopleoutside and in this world.
You breathe the name of Jesusin this earth, in this
atmosphere, and things begin tohappen, Um, and I'm going to
really really try to keep myselfhere in check and in line here,
um, because I am a minister ofthe gospel and I don't want to

(04:16):
get too, uh, emotional or toohyped up.
I want to try to you know coolit just a little bit, or too
hyped up.
I want to try to you know coolit just a little bit, okay, um,
and I want to present thismessage in a way that can be
digestible to everyone.
Now, before I really get going,I want to make it clear that I

(04:36):
am.
I understand that not everybodybelieves what I know to be the
truth.
There are many people, I have alot of friends, I have family,
who they know the name Jesus, but they don't believe in God.
Maybe some of them, and some ofthem don't believe in some of

(04:56):
them don't believe the truth theway I know it to be true, true,
um, I know a lot of people whofollow the word of God, but not
to a T.
They, they, a lot of people, have taken scripture and
portions of it and they havecreated their own idea of who

(05:19):
God is.
Um, I don't want to get too farinto that, I don't want to get
ahead of myself, but Iunderstand that not everybody
believes what I believe and whatI know to be true, and that's
okay.
Okay, I'm going to speak on aspecific thing here today and I
I'm grateful that I have thisopportunity to have to be the

(05:41):
owner and the creator of thisparticular podcast, and you want
to know more about EonJohnson's moral compass and how
I have the direction I have.
I believe there is a morallycorrect and a morally sound way
for me to live my life and forme to go about my everyday

(06:02):
living right.
This is it, this is it for me,this is it for Eon Johnson, this
is what it is.
All right, it's Jesus and Jesusalone.
Okay, now the truth about God.
God is real.
God is very, very real, and Iknow there are many people who

(06:24):
don't believe that, and you knowsome of us.
You got a lot of people whodon't believe it.
Then you have a lot of us whobelieve it, but it's not a real
thing for us because if it were,a lot of us wouldn't be living
the type of lives that we areliving.
I've I grew up with a lot ofbrothers and sisters who they

(06:44):
grew up the way I did in thechurch, hearing the truth.
Yet they find themselves ableand even me at some point.
We have found ourselves able tosort of just wake up in the
morning and live however we wantto and do whatever we want to
do.
That is how I know thisconversation has not.

(07:09):
It's not true and real and it isnot of importance, or what's
the word I'm looking for?
There's a word I'm looking forhere, but it's not, it's, it's
not at the forefront of our mind, it is not pert.
It's not a dire thing for us.

(07:30):
Had it been, then we would be,uh, moving much differently.
I know that to be true.
Um it.
There is no eminent, um, Idon't even want to go that route
, but I think you get what I'mtrying to say.
But God is real.

(07:50):
My brothers, my sisters, if youare under the sound of my voice
, whether you believe it or not, whether you like it or not, god
is real and he is true.
True, everything starts withGod.
I mean from the beginning, whenwhat we know to be the

(08:11):
beginning, god already was.
Okay, I heard Jesus say beforeAbraham was, I am, I am not just
I was, but I am.
And we know God.
In the Old Testament, a lot ofus may know he referred to
himself as the I am that I am.
And we know God.

(08:31):
In the old Testament, a lot ofus may know he referred to
himself as the I am that I am.
So I need somebody to know thatGod is real.
Everything starts and ends withhim.
Okay, um, I could go on and onabout the greatness, the
goodness of God in the land ofthis living that we are in, and
how he is holy, he's just, he is, he is righteous, he is right

(08:52):
and and correct in all of hisways.
He is the ultimate judge, he'sthe jury, he's the executioner.
Uh, he, he is the creator ofall things.
There is nothing that was madethat he has not made, okay, and
he has commissioned and he hasordained all things that exist

(09:16):
and everything that we know tobe real.
Look around the room right now.
Look outside If you're driving,if you're walking this entire
creation that we have come toknow and come to understand.
We have traveled the world andwe have experienced the beauty
of this world.

(09:37):
Many have let me not say many, but, yes, many.
Maybe we don't know many ofthem, but there are many people
who have left this world andhave gone up into space and have
seen the moon and the stars, and they have seen the sun from
a distance and they have seenother planets.
I need us to understand thatGod is the creator of all

(10:00):
everything that we know, of alleverything that we know, and
there is so much more that wedon't know than we do than that
we do know.
Okay, um, we.
We live in a world where peoplewant us to believe that there

(10:21):
are other things that createdthese things that we know, and I
don't want to go too far downthat road.
I'm glad that God has given methis podcast, as I was saying
before, and so there will betime, if we are granted time, I
have an opportunity to addressthose who don't believe and who
believe otherwise, and so on, soforth.

(10:42):
Oh man, I can't wait to go intosome of the stuff that I have
here for us, but I want to tryto stay here on track.
God is everything, guys.
God is everything and he wasfrom the very beginning.
The word of God tells me thatin the beginning, god created
the heavens and the earth, and Iand I want you to know the

(11:03):
earth was without form and therewas darkness across the face of
everything, and God said letthere be light.
I need you to understand that.
He spoke that word and thenthere was light.
He spoke that word andexistence became existent.
Okay, okay, god does not operatewithin the bounds of time and

(11:42):
space and matter and perceptionthe way you and I do.
Our minds cannot grasp and holdall that God truly is.
We are only privy to what hehas revealed unto us.
And it is clear to me, thankyou Lord it is clear to me that
God has not revealed the truthabout who he is to everyone.
That is clear, okay, andfurthermore, watch this the

(12:02):
truth about who he is.
It is there for everyone, buteveryone has not taken it for
themselves and thus furtherrevelation has not been able to
be given unto you.
Okay, um, this is the truth ofwho god is all, and I need

(12:24):
somebody to know that name Jesus.
That name holds uh, it holds alot of significance.
There is much significance inthe name Jesus I.
I need somebody to know that.
I just quoted Genesis, chapterone and verse one on, and I need

(12:44):
you to know that Jesus wasthere from the beginning.
I'm really going to try topower through this, because I
could go on and on.
This has potential to be thelongest episode thus far, the
way I'm feeling it right now.
Okay, jesus was there from thebeginning.
Jesus was not an afterthought, jesus was not.

(13:09):
Oh Lord, help me.
Jesus was there from thebeginning.
If you go to John, the book ofSt John, chapter one and verse
one, now, I was talking aboutthe fact that a lot of us, we
don't take the full word of Godfor what it is, the fact that a
lot of us, we don't take thefull word of God for what it is.
A lot of us have picked andchoose what parts of the word we

(13:29):
want to utilize and we want toquote now in the beginning.
This is St John, chapter one,in the beginning.
So let me stop right there.
This verse and this chapter isreferring to Jesus, because
Jesus now is born.
And I don't want to get tooahead of myself because I wanted

(13:51):
to go into what we're seeingand I'm going to get there, but
I just need somebody to knowthat Jesus was there from the
beginning.
St John, chapter one.
It says in the beginning wasthe word, that word is Jesus.
By the way, that word isreferring to Jesus.
In the beginning was the wordand the word was with God and
the word was God.
Okay, so in the beginning Jesuswas.

(14:14):
Jesus was there from thebeginning.
It says the word was with God.
So Jesus was with God in thebeginning.
And then it goes on to say andthe word was God.
So you tell me what that means?
All right, the same was in thebeginning with God.
All things were made by him andwithout him was not anything

(14:39):
made that was made.
All right.
So I don't know who's confused.
I'm not sure if we completelyunderstand what that is saying.
Okay, we know Jesus to be theson of God, but I need somebody
to understand that Jesus is theson of God in the flesh, but

(15:03):
he's God himself In creation.
All right, I need us tounderstand.
Jesus was there from thebeginning.
He was there with God and theword was God.
Okay, all things were made byhim and without him, there was

(15:23):
nothing made.
That was made, and I'll go.
I'll go a little deeper intothat in a little bit, but while
I'm here, I need us to know that, uh, the, the prophets this is
who the prophets spoke of.
This is who Moses spoke of.
This is, this is who.
This is who the prophet, isaiahand Jeremiah this is who they

(15:44):
spoke of.
David this is who he spoke of.
Okay, all right, from the verybeginning up until the New
Testament, if you have therevelation that you need to have
, jesus is who they werespeaking of.
He was the one who was promisedand it was for a reason, and

(16:05):
this is good news.
I need somebody to know.
This is good news, this is goodnews.
This is good news.
This is good news.
All right, and again, I don'twant to get too ahead of myself
because I'm already.
I'm already.
I'm already at about 15 minuteshere.
I don't know how I got herealready, but this is who God is.

(16:26):
This is who God is.
All right, and you mentionedGod, you mentioned Jesus, jesus,
you're looking for Jesus.
That's where you'll find God.
If you're looking for God,you're going to see Jesus.
All right, if you go down tothat, that, that same chapter,
go down to verse 14,.
St John one in the beginning wasthe word.

(16:48):
The word was with God and theword was God.
If you go down to verse 10, asa matter of fact, it'll tell you
that Jesus was in the world andthe world was made by him and
the world knew him.
Not Verse 14,.
If you continue, it goes on tosay that the Word was made flesh

(17:11):
.
That's Jesus.
The Word was made flesh anddwelt among us, and we beheld
his glory as of the onlybegotten of the father.
He was full of grace and fullof what?
Full of truth.
That's what we're talking about, right truth.
We're talking about truth.
This is the truth.

(17:35):
The prophet Isaiah spoken, said, for unto us a child is born,
unto us A son is given and thegovernment will be upon his
shoulders, and his name shall becalled wonderful, his name
shall be called counselor.
Wonderful, his name shall becalled Counselor.

(18:09):
His name shall be called theMighty God, the Everlasting
Father, the Prince of Peace.
Jesus was the Father increation, true and living God.
In him dwelleth the fullness ofthe Godhead bodily, all that.
The Godhead is all that God is.
I detailed it.
I went in.
I told you that God is thecreator of all things.

(18:30):
Well, guess what that's whoJesus is.
God is the creator of allthings.
Well, guess what that's whoJesus is.
In Genesis, chapter one, if yougo down to verse 26, and this is
a scripture that you'll hearpeople mention and debating and
so on and so forth, it says letus make man in our own image.
Let us make man.
So let us make man in our ownimage, right, and so people

(18:52):
wanna know.
Well, that's how you know thatthere's more than one person
there.
Well, that's because Jesus wasthere from the beginning.
If you go down to the very nextverse, verse 27, and I was
preaching one time and this cameout If you go right down to the
next verse, you want to knowthe answer to that verse where

(19:15):
the Bible says let us make manin our own image.
So God has to be speaking tosomeone else, right, go down to
the very next verse.
It says so God created man inhis own image.
In the image of God created hehim.

(19:37):
So let us make man in our ownimage.
So guess what?
God created man in his ownimage.
What is that image?
What does it look like?
What is the image that Godcreated man in His own image?
And if you want to know whatthat looks like, it's Jesus.

(19:59):
It's Jesus.
If you go to Colossians, chapterone, verse 15, it says that
Jesus is the image of theinvisible God.
Now we know God is a spirit.
Those that worship him.
You got to worship him inspirit.
And what Spirit and truth.
And this is telling you thatJesus is the image of the

(20:21):
invisible God, the firstborn ofall creation, for by him were
all things created that are inheaven and that are in earth,
visible and invisible, whetherthey be thrones or dominions or
principalities or powers.
All things were created by himand for him.

(20:44):
And he is before all things andby him all things consist.
Yo, this is not where I plan togo.
This is not how I thought itwas gonna go.
This is not the notes that Itook down.
This is not how I was supposedto go at all.
But god is good.
I need you to know god is real, this thing is not a joke.

(21:10):
And again, I can address, youknow, all those who don't
believe, and so on and so forth.
We can get, I'll get there.
I think this is more of aconversation for those who know
that this thing is real and I'm.
I guess I'm just here to shedsome light on the truth about
this thing.
But that's who God is and he'swonderful, marvelous, and it is

(21:43):
our job to acknowledge that.
Now we live in a world.
We live in a world and I kindof wanted to get here and I
didn't think it was going totake me this long to get here.
But we're living in a time andin a world where man it's the
Bible tells us of, of what ishappening right now where the

(22:08):
hearts and minds of of men andwomen everywhere have been
deceived and we've got evil, evil, I mean, my God.
Just Romans, chapter one, tellsme about people being inventors
of new evil.
This world has become so evilthat we are still inventing new
evil.
That's what you're seeing Warsand killing, and I mean people

(22:37):
just pushing people in front oftrains for no reason.
I mean, this is an evil worldwe're living in.
But I thank God that I'mreminded in Colossians that God
is in charge of everything inthe heavens and in the earth.
And I want to take a littleside note.
The book of 1 John I believeit's chapter 5 or something

(23:03):
tells me that there are threethat bear record in heaven the
Father, the Word, which is Jesus, and the Spirit.
And the three are one.
I don't know who needs to hearthat, but the three are one.
The three are one.
And I was saying I'm talkingabout the evil that's going on.
I thank God that he is still.

(23:25):
He is still in charge In heavenand earth For things that are
visible and invisible, whetherthey be thrones or dominions,
principalities, powers, evil, demons, devils the name of Jesus

(23:47):
.
Every knee bows, demons trembleat the name of Jesus, and so
I'm thankful that I have thatname in my heart.
I know God for myself, I have arelationship with him, I have
his spirit flowing through me.
His spirit is a revealer of allthings and I am grateful.

(24:07):
I am grateful that I have thatrelationship and we are living
in a world where there arepeople who do not have that.
There are people who do notwant it.
There's so many things going on,people are saying so many
things and you hear so manydifferent philosophies and

(24:28):
ideologies and these differentthings I'm told in.
I'm not sure where it isexactly, but I know it's Paul
telling us to beware, eitherPaul or Peter.
Beware lest any man spoil youthrough strange philosophy and
vain deceit, the traditions ofmen and the rudiments of this

(24:53):
world, and not after Christ, hesays.
I think that's Colossians.
Peter tells us about falseprophets that are among the
people, false prophets that wereamong the people, false
prophets that were among thepeople, he says, even as there

(25:16):
shall be false teachers amongyou, these false teachers are
going to be bringing in thesedifferent philosophies and these
winds of doctrine, damnableheresies, and they're going to
bring destruction uponthemselves.
So and Romans?

(25:39):
Paul is telling us in Romansabout people who profess
themselves to be wise and theymake themselves fools, and how
people have changed the glory ofthe uncorruptible God into an
image like unto corruptible men.
And it says so much more and Ijust like, I just don't want to

(26:08):
go too far down that rabbit hole, but I thank God that I know
who he is and this is that sinthat we, we I could go into that
that that is now the issue, andit has been the issue since the
beginning of mankind, when sinentered in.
And the truth is, all of ushave failed to live up to the

(26:32):
glory of God, all of us, we'veall.
The Bible says we've all sinned.
In Romans also.
I believe we've all sinned andfallen short of the glory.
But I thank God for his graceand his mercy that, even when we
, we, we make the glory of Godlook worthless and and we, we

(26:53):
don't hold up the standard thatwe ought to.
We, we have dishonored God inso many ways, and and you know,
the truth is we do it withoutknowing it.
That sin is not all, it's notabout stuff, that it's not all
about stuff that we do, that weknow we are inherently sinful by
nature.
That is our nature and and andthat is why, throughout history,

(27:17):
men and women, we have justsinned and sinned and we have
gone against God.
I mean throughout history.
You go back to Genesis.
All throughout the Bible talksabout how we've done right in
the sight of God, and then weturn around and do evil in the
sight of God, all of uscontinuously.

(27:38):
It's like a revolving door ofGod, all of us continuously.
It's like a revolving door ofof sin, and the Bible tells us
the wages of sin is death, right, but the gift of God is eternal
life.
And so God, he saw.
He saw that you and I wouldnever be able to live up to that

(28:01):
standard that he wanted for us.
It's not even possible.
I think it became clear.
It's not even possible.
God revealing himself to us andhis plan of salvation for our

(28:23):
souls has always been Jesus.
That was always a part of him.
Him revealing himself to us andthe truth of who he is, the
truth of who he is, his plan forour salvation, so that we would

(28:46):
be able to inherit eternal lifewith him.
That has always been a part ofGod's plan in the form of Jesus
Christ.
And the further and further youget into the word of God, after

(29:11):
you know more and morerevelation and the gifting of
the Holy spirit.
That's the more truth that isrevealed of who Jesus is, and
that is revealed of who Jesus is.
And so that plan of salvationfor our souls, because of our
inherently sinful nature and ourinability to remain without sin

(29:39):
, that's where Jesus comes in,in that's where he comes in.
And and he was born and cameinto the world.
God took of himself, and again, just like in genesis 20s, in
genesis 1, 26 and 27, right, heknew that the image of man was

(30:08):
going to be the image of Jesus.
That's the image that he had ofhimself for us, and the goal
for us was to live that perfectlife the way Jesus did.
And we have been unable to doso From Adam and Eve.

(30:29):
We have been unable to do that.
We have been unable to live theperfect life.
So then Jesus comes into theworld and lives that perfect
life and shows us how to do itworld and lives that perfect
life and shows us how to do it,shows us what it's supposed to
look like.
But guess what you and I willnever be able to attain, that.
We'll never be able to reachthat benchmark.

(30:49):
Jesus was the standard and wehave never been able to live up
to that and we will never beable to live up to that.
And so Jesus took that uponhimself, the sins of the world,
took it upon himself and bledand died and rose from the dead

(31:12):
to prove and show his divinityso that that plan of salvation
for our souls could be madewhole and made complete.
Beautiful, I mean, just abeautiful thing.
And when you have arelationship with the Lord for

(31:34):
yourself, you start tounderstand how real this is,
start to understand how realthis is.
That's sometimes.
That's why I don't blame Idon't even blame people
sometimes who don't know theLord and don't believe what I
know to be the truth, becausethis has to find you to some

(31:58):
degree.
The Bible tells me that no mancomes to God unless he draws
them.
He's the one that does thedrawing Right and so and I know
that he will draw you some wayor another, and so that's why we
put our faith in Jesus Tells usthat I and the father are one.

(32:19):
If you're looking for me,you're going to see the father.
You look at me.
You and the father are one.
If you're looking for me,you're going to see the father.
You look at me, you see thefather.
You're looking for the father, you're going to see me.
That was Jesus's energy man.
I'm grateful for the free giftof God, which is eternal life,
and it's for each and every oneof us, and there's no more

(32:43):
condemnation for those of us whoare in Christ.
We put our faith and our trustin Jesus that the work he did on
the cross it's finished, it'sfinished, it's finished, it's
finished.
And I me being a sinner, who Istruggle every single day, I

(33:12):
fall short every single day, Iam now able to be called a son
of God.
I am now able to experiencethat love of God, that free gift
of God, even here on earth, andI'm, and I'm, I'm eternally,

(33:35):
eternally grateful.
I, man, there's so much there's, and this, and I don't know if,
if you probably understandthose of you who know you
understand what I mean when Isay this is the.
This has been the most difficulttopic to really to really talk
about, but I I pray that themessage has come across.

(33:58):
God created us to be with himand to enjoy this work of his
hands, and it was our sin thatseparated us from God and our
sins couldn't be removed by ourgood deeds.

(34:19):
Even the law, the law wasn'tenough.
The law of Moses that God gaveto Moses for us and for the Jews
, really it wasn't enough, andthat's why Jesus had to come and
pay that price for our sin onetime.
He did that one thing and thatpaid the price for our sins,

(34:43):
both past, present and futuresins, as long as I accept him
into my life and I put my trustin him, in jesus and in jesus
alone.
John, we all know john 3.16,right For God, so loved the

(35:04):
world that he gave his onlybegotten son that he that
believeth on him should notperish but will have everlasting
life.
And all I've got to do isbelieve on him and put my trust
in him.
And all I've got to do isbelieve on him and put my trust

(35:24):
in him, and then now my lifewith Jesus can begin and it's
going to last forever.
Man, what a wonderful thing tobe free from sin, man, and have
Christ within.
So, hey, man, I, I, this, thisis um.
I believe this is an ongoingconversation.

(35:45):
There's so many elements tothis man and, um, I again, I, I,
man, I didn't even know whereto start.
But it's like you start, youlook up and it's, it's, it's a
half hour, it's 40 minutesalready, and I'm like man, I
don't even understand how thathappened.
But there's so much to thisconversation and so many
different elements and you knowwhat.

(36:07):
We can come back to it and Ican talk about it from different
angles and I can give my, evenmy testimony and and the things
that God has done for me.
But it's I, man.
I have seen how real God is formyself, to the point where it
can't.

(36:27):
You can't tell me that God isnot real, bro, and you can't
tell me that his name is notJesus.
And because God is not stupid.
You don't think God understoodhow times would change and, oh,
my goodness, I don't even know.
I probably should have led withthis, but you know what it is
time, everything in its own time.
You don't think that God knewhow times would change, the

(36:50):
creator of everything, how timewould change, how language
barriers wouldn't be a problemfor much longer.
You, you got people who who wantto believe that.
You know, I can't, I can't,people can't.

(37:11):
Some people say to them, sothey can't take the bible for
for for what it says, and can'tbelieve the word of god because,
oh, there were books of theBible removed whole time.
Those same books of the Biblethat you're referring to got
written after the, the.
The authors, supposed authors,of those books were dead.
How is, how is a dead man goingto write a book?

(37:34):
These are books that got writtenafter the gospel of Barnabas,
the gospel of of of Thomas.
The gospel they got a gospel ofMary out there.
These are the books that thegospel of Barnabas, the gospel
of Thomas.
They got a gospel of Mary outthere.
These are the books.
The gospel of Judas.
These are books that werewritten after Mary was dead,
after Barnabas was dead, afterJudas killed himself for what he

(37:58):
did, and we're living in aworld where people are so
misinformed and people want tobelieve what they want to
believe and so anything thatdoesn't align with that which,
quite frankly, we're living in aworld full of selfishness and
full of self and and pride andego and ego and flesh.

(38:26):
It is no surprise that peopledon't want to feel like there is
someone above them who createdthem, who created them.
People want to feel like theyare God and they are the gods of
their own universe and theirown reality.
But I'm here to tell you thatyou're not.

(38:48):
You are not, and I pray thatyou come to that revelation
sooner than later, because wewill not always be able to hear
this conversation.
The preaching of this gospelwill be over at some point and
you will never be able to sayyou didn't hear it.

(39:09):
Man, this is not at all thedirection I wanted to go in with
this, but to God be the glory,I pray.
Somebody got something from itand we will continue.
We will continue and God willcontinue to have his way and
we'll just continue to go aswe're led by the Lord.
So God bless all of y'all.
Man, I love you.
If you made it to this point, Iappreciate you and keep rocking

(39:33):
with me.
Man, this is the Moral CompassChronicles.
Let's see where God takes usnext.
