They have a tradition ofkindness there, and on the first
Wednesday of every month thisKorean barbecue restaurant opens
its door to feed anyone whowalks in completely free.
The staff volunteers their timeand guests are from unhoused
neighbors to struggling students, share meals at communal tables

into their own savings to keepit going.
They say their faith drivesthem and even if they one day

cook with Dutch ovens, yes, andso it's a real throwback to the
