Ashley Torchio
Dr. Ashley Torchio, DC, is a passionate chiropractor and co-founder of Pangea Chiropractic in Bend, Oregon. A Spencer, Iowa native, she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College and spent years traveling across the U.S. and internationally, gaining experience through chiropractic missions and holistic health outreach before planting roots in Central Oregon. Known for her patient-centered, whole-person approach, Dr. Ashley specializes in family, prenatal, and pediatric care. Since 2012, she and her husband have built Pangea into an award-winning wellness hub, recognized as Bend’s Best Alternative Health Care Provider. When not caring for patients, she homeschools her daughters, enjoys Central Oregon’s outdoor adventures, and teaches community wellness workshops, empowering families to thrive naturally.
