In this first episode of The Pilgrims Library, we begin Charles Spurgeon’s classic work All of Grace with chapters 1 and 2. Spurgeon reminds us that salvation is by grace alone, through faith, entirely the gift of God. These opening chapters are a direct call to sinners, showing that salvation is not about what we do, but about what God has already done in Christ.
I’ll read the chapters in full and share a few brief reflections at the end. My goal isn’t to be the expert, but simply to bring the food to the table so we can taste it together.
