Cocktail Recipe’s:

Joy Division-

2 Ounces London Dry Gin

 1-ounce dry vermouth

½ ounce Cointreau

 3 dashes of absinthe

  Lemon twist forgarnish

  Stir ingredientswith ice and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

 

Dark and Stormy-

2 ounces Gosling’s Black Seal rum

3 ounces ginger beer

Lime wheel for garnish

Candied ginger, for garnish (optional)

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add rum and ginger beer thenstir. Garnish with skewered lime wheel and candied ginger.
