If you were a starship and youremotion is the navigation
system, could you understand itand use it to reach the stars?

Imagine unpacking your emotionalbaggage and learning to live
lighter.
Imagine you're an airplane or aspaceship.
You're also the pilot.
The pilot needs to be present,clear-minded, focused.
He or she needs to know wherethey're going and what the
priorities are.
In our case, emotions play ahuge role in navigating our
lives.

Our feelings, impulses, andemotions are the foundations of
our most primitive survivalsystem.
Much of it is difficult to putinto words and to describe in
any type of clear, consistentway.
Most people are confused abouttheir feelings.
Learning how we can let go andmove past negative or
destructive emotions andimpulses from the past, and to
do this more easily in thefuture, helps us to be more

effective and happy in life.
By listening to this workshop,you will learn to understand
your emotions.
You will understand where inyour body you feel emotions and
impulses, and what these bodysensations are saying to you.
You will learn to tellspecifically when to listen and
act upon your emotions andimpulses and when not to.

likelihood of our thriving andfinding passion, wisdom, and
fulfillment in our lives.
As you learn to take control andnavigate your own spaceship, you
can learn to create a flightplan and have a much better idea

However, when you crack themopen and apply them regularly,
you'll see magical changes inyour life and the lives of those
around you.
Understanding our emotionswithin a vacuum would not be
enough.
To be effective in life, we mustunderstand our emotions within
the greater context of ourrelationships to other people,

to our society, and to theuniverse.
To make this clear, we consideremotions in relation to the
following four categories orspheres.
Biology, our body and our brain.
Psychology, the way we think,the beliefs we formed growing
up.
Social setting, our family,environment, society, supports.

Spirituality, consciousness andconnection with a larger picture
through time, space, and purposewith or without a higher power.
All of these categoriesinfluence each other.
This presentation will not onlyteach you about your emotions,
but also expand the discussionto show how utilizing your
emotions more effectively willhelp strengthen you in each of

these other categories and howthat will be valuable to you.
Mind gem number one.
Strengthen yourselfbiologically, psychologically,
socially, and spiritually.
