My name is Kemi Emmanuel Author of over 20books, Publisher, Teacher, Coach, Advanced Mental Health Nurse practitioner and Minister of the Gospel.
This debut episode is a deeply personal one.
I sit down with my daughter as she celebrates her 18th birthday, standing at the threshold of adulthood. Alongside her friends, eight bright and beautiful young women, we have a reflective and empowering conversation about purpose, pathway, and becoming. Together, they open up about what finishing secondary school and A-levels has meant for them, and what hopes, dreams, and fears they carry as they begin a new chapter—university, adulthood, and destiny.
But this episode isn’t just about looking forward, it’s about looking back too.
Eighteen years ago, I faced one of the hardest seasons of my life. I battled health complications, including pregnancy diabetes. My daughter was born prematurely. The journey to her birth was paved with uncertainty, pain, and deep faith. I held onto God through every test, every tear, and every night I wondered if I would make it.
And yet—she is here. Whole. Focused. Strong. Purpose-driven.
This conversation is for every mother who has prayed her child through. For every young woman standing at the start of her journey. For every person still healing from what they thought would break them. You have a voice. You have purpose and your story matters.
Purpose Pathway is a space where real stories birth real strength. In each episode, we explore the powerful connection between our past, our purpose, and our voice.
🎧 Listen, reflect, and join the journey.
