Every episode there is also a special guest who shares their stories! The last section of the podcast is "The News", where Elijah and Kim share stats, news, tips and/or information related to the topic of that episode. Elijah McGowan and Kim Jacobi are part of The Jacobi Team of Century 21 Select Real Estate, based out of Chico, CA. Elijah is in his second year as a Realtor and Kim is in her 11th year.
