Here in this episode we discuss the first half of the SCARED SO WHAT model. It's the SCARED portion.
In this portion we begin to learn how we can start to manage our feelings about a change situation. Our goal is to get out of fear, worry, anxiety, and most importantly....ASSUMPTION.
We'll talk about the importance of critical reflection and how we can start to process our feelings to make an informed decision. This starts to put us in control over change and we can begin to manage it.
It all starts with your feelings! Don't ignore them. They are there for a reason to tell you to DO SOMETHING!
SCARED is that something you can do.
And you don't have to be scared to use the model. You just have to be curious enough to learn how!
