Scared So What® is your go-to podcast for navigating personal and professional change, coaching, and leadership with courage. JoinDr. Grant Van Ulbrich — TEDx speaker, author, coach, and founder of the world’s first personal change model — as he and his guests explore real-life stories, breakthrough moments, and the tools to thrive through transformation.
On today's show we'll regroup a bit about what it means to use the SCARED portion of the Scared So What model. And then we'll dive into SO WHAT.
Where organisational change is already over and the change is supposed to be complete, we know that for people it's not that cut and dry. SO WHAT can we do about change as it has become personal to us?
We will talk about the SO WHAT portion of the model and how you can continue to manage your change scenario and stay out of fear and assumption by making your own bespoke plan.
You have the opportunity to make change happen in the way YOU want, not how someone else wants.
Not every change is going to be for you. You don't have to like or accept every change. You have options. And some options may be very difficult to embrace. Staying in fear and assumpion can be a dark place. Learn how to make your own plan.
Afterall, the most important person within personal change...IS YOU!
I hope you enjoy this episode.
