Ever thought you'd find yourself in a hot tub filled with Lucky Charms? That's just a taste of the chaos and hilarity we're serving up on the Scotty Don't X Show! I'm here to regale you with tales of outrageous antics from the BJ Shea Show, like the time I cleverly snagged a Nintendo GameCube by mastering the art of outrageous acts. And let's not forget that time I became the unsung hero of a Bellevue live event, armed with only a collapsible table and a knack for foresight. Whether it's about Lucky Charms displacement or the wizardry of table preparation, there's a method to the madness that runs deeper than you'd think.

Join me as I reminisce about my brief yet unforgettable intern days and share some mischievous anecdotes featuring my four-legged co-host, Canine, who adds his own brand of comedy to the mix. From navigating the wild world of radio with an unconventional flair to the geeky nods and winks that Doctor Who fans will appreciate, we're all about making every moment an adventure. Plus, don't miss your chance to connect on all the social media hotspots and even dive deeper with our Discord community. Buckle up for a rollercoaster of humor, unexpected wisdom, and a touch of eccentric geekery that guarantees a wild ride you won't want to miss!

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the Scotty Don't X Show.
I still still still havenothing of substance to say.
Let's see Coolest things I havedone in regards to BJ's show
and I apologize if I'vementioned this on the podcast

(00:21):
before, but they had peopledoing outrageous acts in like
October, november and theirprizes were an Xbox, a Nintendo
GameCube and some other stuff.
So, having owned my Xboxalready, I was targeting slot

(00:41):
number two and the in-studioperformance of our outrageous
acts and the live judges.
I wish I could remember whothey were.
I got my slot two, so, yay, nintendo GameCube walked with
that.
Fantastic Things I've done forthe BJ Shea Show.

(01:07):
Because I was pretty sure thatthe sponsor hosting the event,
or his company, was going to Fit up.
It was a live event in Bellevue, just like six or seven blocks
from where I lived at the timeof you, just like six or seven

(01:28):
blocks from where I lived at thetime.
And uh, they were going to havelike electric car races and
free wings.
Um, and I'm like you know what?
They're not going to have atable for the wings, they're
just not going to.
So I threw my collapsible tablein the back of my 1990 Mercury
Tracer with the customizedlicense plate, banky.

(01:51):
So 10 points, the first personto reach out and tell me what
the Mercury Tracer and the Bankylicense plates have to do with
each other and the banky licenseplates have to do with each
other, anyway.
So I brought the table and theywere setting up and they're
like, uh, what do we?

(02:11):
Just, you know, put somecardboard down and put the wing
pot and stuff on the ground.
And it's like, no, I got.
You Broke out the table and BJand Peeps were amazed.
They're like how did you bringthis?
And I go, oh, it's something Ialways carry when I think

(02:31):
somebody's going to get screwed.
Anyway, table definitely madethings a lot better Because they
didn't have to put stuff on theground or cancel the wings.
Canine, we're going down.
One of us has to work to earnmoney to buy the other one
kibble.
I'm pretty sure you're not theone bringing in the cash.

(02:51):
Okay, I stopped so other peopleand their dogs could get ahead
and so canine could pee throughthe fence to some raspberries.
I was an intern for BJ's showfor two and three quarters days
and, yeah, I'm not going toshare what happened on that one,

(03:12):
other than to say some peoplewere right and some people were
wrong.
Let's see other cool stuff.
Oh, hey, so they were doing aSt Patrick's Day show from a

(03:32):
bowl of was it milk or was itwater?
Hot tub, and so it was filledwith Lucky Charms.
Anyway, when they were about toplay the water, I noticed that,
hey, just so you know, you'vefilled the tub completely with
Lucky Charms.
Lucky Charms are going to floatup on top of your liquid, which

(03:55):
means you should unload the toplayer equal to the amount of
water you're going to put in.
Yeah, they went ahead and didthat after the first batch of
Lucky Charms were rolling offthe side.
Displacement, hashtag science, learn it, live it, love it.

(04:20):
Hey, canine, come on, keep up.
It's no good.
Come on, keep up.
It's no good peeing on stuffwhen you're out of fluid.
You're just posing, literally.
Anyway.
