This podcast is the culmination of years of intense study on the topic of hope, inspired by my journey through life's many challenges, including a mountain biking accident that left my husband in a coma when I was five and a half months pregnant with our second child. In each episode, I’ll share my story and delve into both the gospel of hope in Jesus Christ and the science of hope, based on positive psychology's fascinating Hope Theory, which has been examined in over 2000 academic studies. As we explore hope from every angle, intertwining both the science and gospel of hope, my goal is to unleash the power of hope in your life by revealing its true meaning, eternal purpose, and life-altering application.
