Nico and Fred are the perfect couple to bring this idea to life. Fred is a genius, in the truest sense. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of food and plants and that ecosystem but also the creativity to make something amazing out of nothing. And Nico, a comedian and writer who has had his fair share of mental health, issues brings a levity and normality to proceedings. His most frequent question probably being, “Is that going to kill me?” Our audience is anyone interested in food, foraging, nature and creativity. We think it’s a wonderful show.
