In Episode 028 of the Tickets Toward Success, I begin the start of a new series, The Journey Back To Running Series. During this series we will be discussing the actions that I am taking to get back to doing what I love, running and competing in endurance events at a high level. After suffering a herniated disc for the second time in my life towards the end of 2024, I have faced many struggles and set backs. Not only did I drop out of Grandmas Marathon, but I spent $1,000s on Physical Therapy that did not help me recover.
During this episode I will be recapping my injury, diving deep into the mental and physical toll it has taken on me, what I have learned so far in the process, and what the next steps are for me.
