Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello, listeners. I cannot thank you enough for stopping by
for another episode of your favorite podcast, the Time and
Travel on Travel Podcast, a show dedicated to the fascinating
topic of time travel. Just think about this. If time

(00:21):
travel is possible, it's already happened. There could be time
travelers among us right now. Today's episode is a bit
of a continuation, which if Memory Serisday, was a continuation
of the episode before that we got into the very

(00:46):
topic of time travelers among us. You'll want to go
back in time and enjoy those episode. If you didn't
get to check them out, you missed a lot. We
talked about the Man from Torrid. We talked about the

(01:06):
time traveling Hipster. We talked about the Coronavisor and Rudolph Fence.
We talked about Flight nineteen as well as John Titter.
We talked about Sir Victor Goddard's airfield time slip as

(01:28):
well as Andrew Carlson, the stock Market time Traveler. We
talked about the Philadelphia Experiment. If you didn't check out
the past couple episodes, you'll want to go back. We
covered a lot. We're going to start off today's episode
with Project of Pegasus the nineteen seventies DARPA United States

(01:54):
America Time Travel project. Andrew D. Vasago is the main proponent.
He was a lawyer and self proclaimed child time traveler.
Andrew Vasiago claims he participated in Project Pegasus, a US

(02:17):
black budget DARPA program focused on quantum teleportation and chrononaut
travel chrononauts. He claimed to utilize devices based on Nikola
Tesla's recovered documents. This included the coronaviser and stargates, as

(02:43):
well as jump rooms to Mars. Children were used due
to their adaptability to time travel induced psychological strain. He
claims he met future US presidents, including Barack Obama in
the program. Notable missions included traveling to Gettysburg in eighteen

(03:07):
sixty three and claims to have photographic proof he witnessed
Lincoln's Gettyburg address and visited the year twenty forty five,
describing holographic archives and temporal resonance scanning. Some side claims
of basi Ago include time travel was only used for

(03:31):
extraterrestrial diplomacy, and portals to Mars and other planets were
reportedly routinely used by US elite operatives. There is no
mainstream evidence to Basiago's claims. It's often dismissed as delusion
or disinformation, yet his consistent story across decades has gained

(03:58):
a niche following conspiracy and UFO researchers. Next on the
lists from nineteen seventy one to nineteen eighty three and
Camp Hero, New York the Montark Project, with allegations of

(04:20):
underground experiments at Camp Hero and Montalk, Long Island. They
allegedly used electromagnetic fields, psychic amplification, and time tunnels. Preston
and Nichols claimed he recovered repressed memories of working on

(04:45):
a mind control in time travel tech. He worked on
the Montalk Chair, a device that translated psychic energy into
physical manifestations. He claimed contact with other timelines in dimensions.

(05:08):
In August of nineteen eighty three, a boy named Duncan,
supposedly a psychic manifested a monster from his mind that
destroyed the lab, causing a collapse of the time portal.
The U. S. S. Eldridge was allegedly teleported through time

(05:30):
space and linked to Montalk. A bridge was supposedly created
between nineteen forty three and nineteen eighty three. This occurrence
inspired Stranger Things which was originally titled montalc its reference

(05:50):
in countless conspiracy documentaries. The ancient astronaut chrononaut theory the
basic premises that ancient visitors to Earth weren't just aliens,

(06:12):
they were humans from the future using time travel. They
were interpreted as gods or sky beings in mythologies. Some
evidence lending to this include the Nascal Lines in Peru.

(06:34):
These are time travel landing markers. There are ancient depictions
of beings in suits or with helmets in maps like
the Perirese map showing Antarctica's ice free coastline centuries before discovery.

(07:01):
The advanced knowledge in the Mahabarata and the Book of
Enoch theories suggest that time travelers may be manipulated human
evolution or correcting historical anomalies. Events like the Library of

(07:24):
Alexandria fire or mine collapse might have been attempts to
alter timelines. This is also popular in Ancient Aliens, which
Eric von Dannikin's works and time Wave zero prophecy circles.

(07:47):
Then there was the Charlie Chaplain time traveler. You haven't
heard about that one? In a behind the scenes clip
for Chaplain, the Circus in nineteen twenty eight, a woman

(08:07):
appears to be talking into a modern cell phone. She's
dressed in dark clothes as she walks past the camera
with her hand up to her ear, appears to speak
and laugh as though on the phone. Some suggest it
was just an ear trumpet, a common hearing aid at

(08:30):
the time. Others argue her behavior is too modern and
casual for that to be plausible. Altern Into theories say
she could be a time tourist observing key culturally events.

(08:51):
And what about the man who woke up in the future.
Paul Amadeus Daynach. This Swiss Austrian teacher fell into a
coma for a year after an illness. Upon waking, he
claimed his consciousness traveled to the year thirty nine oh six.

(09:14):
He saw humanity had suffered a population collapse, recovered and
formed a utopian society. There was no money, no wars,
and people used it. Telepathic communication and hybrid species had evolved.

(09:36):
Religion and science had merged. People could navigate both time
and consciousness. He wrote a book, Chronicles from the Future.
A handwritten diary was published decades later in Greece. Dnach

(09:57):
never sought fame and left instructions to keep the writings private.
This raises the idea of soul based time travel or
astral projection through time lines. Unfortunately, that's all the time
that we have for today's episode of the Time Travel

(10:20):
Unravel podcast. I hope you've enjoyed this one and until
next episode.
