Resources & Next Steps:

  • Practice Self-Compassion: If you find yourself being overly critical, consciously make an effort to show yourself compassion. Write a letter to yourself giving the same advice you’d give to a friend.
  • Develop a Ritual: Create a simple daily ritual in honour of someone you've lost. This could be lighting a candle and spending a few moments in silence, going for a walk they enjoyed, or making their favourite recipe.
  • Ben (somatic massage guy) - his website doesn't do him justice - he's AMAZING! http://benbarnett.co.uk/

💬 Let’s keep the conversation going! If you're part of our Facebook group (How to Reign When It’s Raining), and you’re feeling brave, share your letter with us. Or you can share your ritual on instagram and tag us @reignwhenitsraining and use the hashtag #reignmaker.
