Heartbreak is one of the hardest ways life teaches us
self love. When someone leaves, hurts, or disappoints us. It's

does not define your worth. It's not a reflection of
your beauty, your spirit, or your power. Self love after
heartbreak starts with acceptance, except that the relationship served its

purpose and that healing is your path forward. This is
a time to reconnect with yourself, to rediscover who you
are outside of the relationship, and to remember the light
you carry. Many people try to numb heartbreak or rush

into new relationships, but real self love comes from sitting
with yourself, embracing your emotions, and learning from the experience.
Every tear, every reflection, and every moment of solitude is

a step toward reclaiming your power. Hereof your steps to

don't suppress emotions, re establish boundaries, limit contact with those
