Speaker 1 (00:02):
Hi guys, and welcome back to Uncensored and Unapologetic, where
we talk about the mind, heart and soul. Today we're
diving deep into something many of us have felt, but
few truly understand. Soul ties. Whether they're from romantic partners, friendships,

(00:29):
or even family, these invisible bonds can shape your thoughts, emotions,
and decisions, sometimes without even realizing it. So what is
a soul tie? A soul tie is a spiritual, emotional,

(00:51):
and energetic connection you form with someone. It's more than
just law or attraction as a bond that can either
empower or drain you. Positive sal ties uplift you. They
make you feel aligned, supported, and whole. Negative sorties, on

(01:17):
the other hand, can leave you feelings stuck, anxious, or
dependent on some one else for your happiness. Romantic relationships
are often with solties or strongest. You may feel drawn
to some one long after they've left, or you might

(01:41):
carry their energy in ways that affect new relationships. Even
friendships can create sorties, especially those with coldependency or unresolved conflict.
The key is awareness. Recognizing a soul tie allows you

(02:03):
to either honor it, release it, or transform it. Without awareness,
these ties can hold you back from emotional freedom and
spiritual growth. Here some steps to heal or release sort
set sul ties, self reflection, identify the people who still

(02:27):
emotionally influence you, set boundaries, protect your energy from toxic connections.
Forgive and release, not for them, but for your peace.
Spiritual or energetic cleansing, meditation, prayer, or visualization can help

(02:52):
sever unhealthy ties and last, focus on self love. Cavate
a strong connection with yourself to prevent new harmful salt ties.
Here's an affirmation I would like for you to repeat

(03:13):
after me. I honor the connections that uplift me. I
release the ties that drain me. I am free, whole
and aligned with my highest good. Soul. Ties are powerful.

(03:37):
They can create deep love, but they can also create
deep pain. Your responsibility is to understand them, manage them,
and choose which connections deserve your energy. Healing your soal
ties is not selfish, necessary for your emotional, spiritual, and

(04:05):
relational freedom. Thank you for tuning in to uncensored and unapologetic.
If this episode resonated, shared with someone who might need
to free themselves from lingering connections. Until next time, protect

(04:31):
your energy, honor your soul and walk in freedom, and
soon there will be a part two. Have a great day, Goodbye,
