In this episode we’re talking about something I call the "life checklist." I'll explain what that is and how I discovered it while working at a prestigious law firm in New York City. So many people unconsciously chase this checklist or some version of it, thinking that happiness will finally be waiting for them at the end of the list. But as we'll discuss, happiness is never found at the end of the list.
I'll share why this "life checklist" was a key foundational observation that stuck with me and ultimately contributed to me quitting my job as a lawyer to start my own jewelry brand. We'll also talk about why it's important to chart your own course and live intentionally if you want to eventually find true happiness in your career and in your life. I'll then send you off with a practical exercise so you can begin thinking about how the life checklist has impacted your own life and how you might want to do things differently going forward.
