After dropping out of university Adam started his firstdigital marketing business from his mother’s hallway aged just 21 and soon went on to found Captify Technologies, aglobal marketing technology company, that over the course of 10 years Adam took to 300 staff globally, expanded into 13 markets, and brought the revenue to over $60m per year.
During the 10 years of scaling the company, through to thesuccessful exit of the business in July 2021 for north of $100m, Adam was continually learning about himself and found himself on his own journey of self-discovery,understanding what made him unique, and where his true passion lie.
With the realization that he wanted to directly solve someof the world’s most troubling trends across gen z & millennials of record stress, anxiety, depression, sleep deprivation & poor health, Adam discovered the world of functional breathwork, and set out on his new personal mission, to reinvent wellness as we knew it, and create a tool fit for the masses.
After reading book after book around breathwork, and thentraining directly with Patrick McKeown, the number one functional breathwork expert in the world and now exclusive advisor to Adam, in October 2022 Adam started to assemble a passionate, driven and highly skilled team to help bring his mission to reality and formed FivePointFive.
The vision for FivePointFive was clear… Deliver the mostimpactful wellness experience for anyone, at any moment in time.
Over two years of overcoming barrier after barrier thatwould have sent most entrepreneurs running, the recent launch of FivePointFive across America marks not an endpoint, but a beginning. A declaration that wellness can be accessible, enjoyable, and scientifically measurable.
