Encourage each other in the Lord and Doctor Kim. Week

Speaker 2 (02:09):
Right, absolutely, everybody walks your body and you will be
surprised how walking your body helps with weight management. It
helps with our mental awareness. But let's get into the
weight management. Did you know that every time you eat
a meal, if you get up and walk at least
(02:31):
one hundred steps or more after that, not only when
you have a great blood control, but great weight management.
This is one of the simplest ways to keep those
weights off. Walking at least twenty to thirty minutes a day.
Speaker 1 (02:48):
Oh wow, that's that's good to know. And you know
what I'm saying, You don't need a gym to do that.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
You don't need and it's so easy. And even if
you have to be seated, because there are some pe
people that feel like, okay, I can't walk my body.
I may be confined to a chair or to a wheelchair,
you can sit in that chair and lift your legs
and move them up and down. Just give it some
(03:15):
activity and some functionality. But moving your body and getting
those steps in, taking those steps, going the extra mile
to step up. If I tell you, the benefits are
just amazing. Wow.
Speaker 1 (03:29):
So why you walk and drink your water too? There
you go, you're working it out. You're working it out
with the water and the walk.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
That's right. And normally I do worship word water walking.
Looking at nature just planning my day or releasing my day.
You can plan your day, release your day, but walking
its beneficial for us.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
