Wellness Wednesday. Are you up for the challenge? Week one
of julyve Doctor Kim, our wholeness expert is back. So
just in case folks missed challenge week one? The week
one challenge, what was it, doctor Kel?

Well, the week one challenge was us making sure that
we add something live, something raw to every meal. So
congratulations if you made it, and if you need.

Speaker 4 (01:03):
To join us, don't worry.

Speaker 3 (01:06):
We're stacking that challenge with our challenge today.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
Are you ready?

Speaker 1 (01:11):
All right?

Well?

Speaker 2 (01:11):
I did okay, I did add some broccoli, not every meal,
but somes. I did pretty good. I was impressed with myself.
Doctor Kim and I think you'd be proud of me too.

So where do we go from here?

Speaker 4 (01:25):
Well, now it's time to water you.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
A lot of us love plants and greenery and we
love what it does for us, and we'll eave it
water water our plants. But did you know that it's
important to water you?

Speaker 4 (01:40):
We are water.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
We are fifty to sixty percent water, and so it's
very important that we drink a certain amount of water
throughout the day.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
And what dictates how much water we should drink, you
know what?

Speaker 3 (01:56):
It really depends on fags. It depends on when I
say facts.

Speaker 4 (02:01):
I mean gender.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
It also depends on where you live, what you're doing
in the day, as well as your body composition.

But we all should.

Drink at least have our body weight in pure spring water.
And we can also add H three oh two H
two to zho and H three oh two.

So we're going to talk about different waters.

Speaker 3 (02:29):
And ways to water us to hydrate and feel great.

The bottom line for July week to challenge, no other
beverages but water.

Correct no other beverages but water.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
That is what we're drinking in the morning, in the afternoon,
in the evening, throughout the day, but we're gonna show
you how to mix it up where you'll really enjoy
the water and feel the difference.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
All right, good morning, it's version thirteen ninety fively. I
know you was looking forward to willness way like me.
It's so flaky with wholeness traditions, Expert Doctor Kim, it's
week two of the Your Live Challenge. It was all
about eating something raw, something live last week. Now it's
about water. You know, Doctor Kim has been teaching us.

(03:16):
Now she's testing us. She's putting us to the challenge
because we know what to do by now.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
So doctor Kim, we're talking about water, right.

Speaker 3 (03:25):
Absolutely, and you're so right.

Speaker 4 (03:28):
We've been teaching.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Now it's time to test. And water is power and
it's important that we hydrate to feel great. Did you
know if you hydrate and feel great, that water may
increase the efficiency even of our immune system to help
us like comeback infections.

Speaker 4 (03:47):
And certain disease.

Speaker 3 (03:49):
And also it will help with like if you have
a lack of energy and depression. It actually is an
essential part to help our hearts and brains. It's like
different parts of our bodies contain certain amounts of water,
like our brain is seventy five percent water.

Speaker 4 (04:11):
Our kidneys is eighty three percent water.

Speaker 3 (04:14):
Our liver is eighty five percent water, Our heart is
seventy nine percent water. Our blood is eighty three percent water.
So if you wake up in the morning on an
empty stomach and drink luke warm water and add some
lemon to the water that you know, it'll pull sugar
out of your body and start your metabolism for the day.

(04:38):
When you add a little bit of raw sea salt
is different from table salt.

Speaker 4 (04:44):
Raw sea salt.

Speaker 3 (04:46):
It'll help that water actually enter into the cells so
you can receive the hydration that you need and.

Speaker 4 (04:53):
Not wash out the electric lights.

Speaker 3 (04:56):
So those of us that may carry around a gallon
of water and we're drinking a gallon of water challenge
all day. We have to make sure that we're not
watching out certain minerals and certain electrolytes in our bodies.
So drink pure spring water. Make sure when you're drinking
that pure spring water, you know when and how to

drink it. You can also add a three to oh two,
which is water that comes from your fruits and your veggies,
and you can infuse those in your water.

Speaker 4 (05:29):
But drink water.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
Wow, No coffee, no tea, no shakes, no soda, none
of that for this week.

Speaker 4 (05:37):
Huh nope, nope, just water. And you know what, Watch.

Speaker 3 (05:43):
How your energy rises, Watch how certain cravings that you had,
watch how they are eliminated. Watch how you can think
more clearly and feel more better. It even helps the
unflogged arteries. So I'm so excited about this challenge.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
Wow, okay, great, great great great, all right, we're gonna
we're gonna do it, doctor Kim. We're gonna hydrate to
feel great, and we are up for this challenge.
