Interview with Employment Lawyer Lillian Caller

In this week’s extended episode Charlotte, Charlie and Millie speak to the incredible employment lawyer Lillian Caller. 

Lillian is an expert in her field and worked closely with Your Nanny Network when producing the contract available on their resource Library.

Lillian gives clear and in depth answers to all the listeners’ questions whilst being mindful of swerving any lawyer jargon!!! Giving clarity on what Nannies should have in their contract and how to deal with situations such as employers refusing to adhere to a contract or, even worse, refusing to issue one all together. Amongst other things Lillian advises on how often contracts should be reviewed, where a Nanny stands if they've been made redundant and what payout they're entitled too.
