Please enjoy episode five of What Would You Tell Her? Podcast. Jacqui Hanford joins me in the guest seat today.
She has been in the fitness industry since 2008. She has her Personal Training Certification, her Kickboxing Certification, and her Group Fitness Certification with AFAA. She has additional training on the BOSU Ball, Senior Fitness, PiYO, (a pilates/yoga program), and on the TRX suspension system.
Her passion for fitness and form on the exercise floor has led her to get FMS Certified and in January 2018 to become a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and a CrossFit Gymnastics Level 1 Trainer.
Jacqui is the mother of two young men and was actively involved in the training and coaching for their high school sports teams. She also loves being a student and is always looking for the next opportunity to learn and grow. “To see people reach their fitness goals and experience breakthrough moments is priceless, fitness is my passion.” Currently she teaches a resistance class at Mesa Community College that starts with the basics of movement and movement patterns and ends with performing olympic and power lifts.
Building strength and confidence is her primary message to everyone that wants to feel better, look better and be better, on the inside and out. Jacqui trains people of all ages and has been a coach and mentor for many teenage girls. She has always been interested in health and fitness and will continue to find ways to educate and empower women specifically, to be strong and independent.
